Installation
Determinetheleftandrightsidesofthemachinefrom
thenormaloperatingposition.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,
disengagetheblade-controlswitch,movethe
motion-controlleversoutwardtotheNEUTRAL
position,andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Securethejackmounttotheleftfrontaxle-tube
using2U-boltsand4angenuts(Figure1).

UsingtheJackMount
WARNING
Themachinecouldfallontosomeoneand
causeseriousinjuryordeath.
•Donotkeepthemachineraisedonthejack
forextendedperiodsoftime.
•Alwaysuseajackonalevelsurface.
•Ensurethatthejackissecuredproperlyto
thejackmountusingajackpin.
•Donotrelysolelyonthejackforsupport.
Useadequatejackstandsorequivalent
support.
•Donotmountordismountthemowerwhile
thejackisraised.
•Beforeeachuse,ensurethatthejackand
jackmountworkproperlyandthatthere
arenosignsofdamage.
Note:Useonlyamanufacturer-approvedjackrated
at907kg(2,000lb)orhigherliftcapacitywiththe
jackmount.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,
disengagetheblade-controlswitch,movethe
motion-controlleversoutwardtotheNEUTRAL
position,andengagetheparkingbrake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Attachthejacktothejackmountwithajackpin
(Figure2).

WARNING
Raisingthemachinecouldcauseafuel
leak.Fuelisextremelyammableand
highlyexplosive.
•Checkforanyfuelleaksbefore
performingmaintenance.
•Ifyouseeafuelleak,immediately
lowerthemachine,drainthefuel,and
wipeupthespill.
5.Supportthemachinewithjackstands;referto
themachineOperator’sManualforjackstand
placement.
6.Whennished,usethejacktolowerthe
machine,thenremovethejack.
Note:Donotoperatethemachinewiththejack
attached.
