• 36" HD Compatible FST PURE®flat tube eliminates unwanted reflections from room light compared to
conventional tubes designs and increases viewing angle
• Invar Shadow Mask enhances color reproduction thanks to its nickel-alloy construction, making it more heat
resistant than conventional iron masks
• CrystalScan HDSC™ upconverts all video signals (including 480i/p) to 1080i HD. This results in a significant
reduction in jagged-line artifacts which produces a smoother, more natural image. Selectable 540p, for users who
want to display a progressive scan image from a progressive scan source, is available via the on-screen menu
• Auto16:9 Mode (1080i Vertical Compression) allows the consumer to display a 16:9 HD source (full 1080i) on
their 4:3 HD Compatible television. This mode will create black bars at the top and bottom of the screen.
• 3D Y/C Digital Comb Filter with Vertical Contour Correction provides more accurate processing of RF and
composite video signals for a sharper, cleaner picture This advanced Comb Filter significantly reduces detail
noise, seen as shimmering or flicker, in complex or intricately detailed scenes.

• FST PURE®Fine Pitch Flat Picture Tube - This "purely flat"
picture tube delivers increased viewing angle along with the
enhanced picture linearity necessary to produce accurate
life-like images.
• Cinema Mode (3:2 Pulldown Switch) - This circuitry identifies
original film based content from DVDs, it then reassembles
the frame sequence to more accurately reproduce the original
24 frame film-based material.This process eliminates
artifacts and results in sharp, accurate full-frame progressive
images.
• Dynamic Quadruple Focus - produces clear legible text and
graphics around the outside of the screen thanks to improved
edge and corner focus
• DFine™ High Speed VSM - increases the scanning speed to
create sharp, well-defined images which results in greater
detail.
AUDIO
• Double Baffle Speaker System - Provides improved stereo
sound reproduction without connecting additional speakers.
• SRS®WOW - Combines SRS 3D (creates a wide three-
dimensional sound field), TruBass (boosts bass frequency
perception for more dramatic low frequency effects), and
Focus (raises the sound image vertically to create clearer
