All of our sheds are made from only the nest selected timber which are
(Tanalised), specially pressure treated for a longer and lasting durable life
span to the elements.
Each shed is carefully packed and delivered on a pallet
ready to be assembled.

Unpack all of the components and check that
you have all the parts required. Please use the
checklist on previous page.
Carefully dispose of the delivery pallet and
any excess timber.
Advisable: The underside of the oor must be
treated with a quality wood preserver.
Recommended: Paint shed
in an oil based treatment to
prevent water ingress into
the timber. Also silicon your
windows (Must silicon inside &
outside) to prevent rain water
seeping through the gaps
between glass and the timber.

1d. Secure the oor sections together
by screwing the oor bearers at each
end where they meet as shown in
diagram 1d.

IMPORTANT
All Sheds With 4 or More
Floor Pannels have the
smallest Floor Panel
located at the back.
As shown on this diagram.
2a. Place the 5ft long Floor Block
Ends provided on both ends of
the oor alongside existing oor
bearers as shown below.
2b. Fix together by screwing
the Floor. Blocks at each end as
shown. Use the screws provided
and make sure the ends
are xed securely. 3 screws on
each end will suce.

far right of shed oor
as shown.

3a. Place the 2ft panel against the far left side of the back of the shed oor. Make sure the panel
stands rmly on the Heavy Duty Post (Floor Block)
3b. Now prepare the 3ft Blank Panel in order to create an
‘L’ shape in the corner with the two panels.
3c. DO NOT x the panels at this stage to the oor. This is
because you need to leave room for adjustements in the
nal stages of the shed build.
Next step will be to add the other 3ft section
on the back to create an ‘L’ shape.

INFORMATION
Not all Sheds will have the same panel
arrangment. Please Ensure that the 3ft
Panels are placed onto 3ft oors.

IMPORTANT
Start Build point from Left to Right of Shed
5a. Place the 3ft blank panel as shown along the side of the shed oor aligning with the edge
of the side Floor Block.
5b. It is advisable to have a second person holding the panel in place while the next section is
attached. You may notice that the panels will have nothing to balance on or againts at this stage.
Please use supports if required at this stage untill the corner frames are attached for balance.
5c. DO NOT x the panels to the oor
to leave room for adjustments in the
nal stages. Next Step will create a
corner frame balance 4ft panels.
Use RED highlighted area as guide.
NOTE: Place panel to sit rmly on the
side Floor Block. See Diagram 5a

Sections. Create a Corner
for Balance.
4a. Place a 3ft blank panel side as shown below.
Repeat this step for all larger sheds. Please use reference on left for additional sections required according to
your shed size.
4b. Screw the panels alongside the framework as shown in Diagram 4b.

6a. Now place a blank 4ft panel side as shown.
Repeat this step for all other sheds. Please
use reference on above for correct sections
required according to your shed size.
INFORMATION
Repeat Step 4, making sure that the back
panel sizes corresponds with
the oor size.

INFORMATION
All of the Sheds, no matter the length or depth will have either a 2ft, 3ft or 4ft back section
located at the back of the shed.
7a. Place the 3ft panel side against the corner of the back right of the 3ft oor as shown making
sure the panel is sitting rmly on the shed oor and the side meeting the framework of the back
3ft blank panel.

7b. Fix the panels together with screws as shown in diagram. You may require some supports to
keep the frame upright whilst building longer sheds.

DID YOU KNOW?
Window panels can be placed anywhere a
corresponding panel is. This counts for the
door panel also.
11a. Use the RED areas below as reference to
the joining points of the nal panel. Note the
4ft section should t perfectly to continue the
front section.
11b. Place 4ft window panel as shown and x in place
at the meeting points with screws. Fix the panel sides
with 3 screws.

Gable Ends Tand the 5ft
Apex Truss
DID YOU KNOW?
Door panels can be
placed anywhere a 3ft
panel is. The 3ft Door
must be placed opposite
the 3ft back panel and
on top of a 3ft oor.
10a. Place the 3ft front door panel as shown and x in
place at the meeting points to nish the outer shed
framework as shown below.
10b. Secure the
framework to the side
of 2ft section and use
additional screws where
needed to make the
frame strong.
11a. Place the the roof Gable Ends as shown below. The 2 outer
sections will be fully framed as below and any centre trusses will t
in between all panel meeting points.
11b. Truss must sit in
between panel sections
where two panels meet.
Ensure the Gable Ends
slot neatly in to the
current Tongue & Groove
over lower section, then
screw down using the
framework behind.

Place 4ft Roof section.
Repeat for all Roof Panels
(2ft, 3ft and 4ft)
16a. Place the 4ft x 5ft roof
section in place. Repeat this
stage for models as shown below.
Repeat placing the roof panels
corresponding to the panel size
for the Floor Front an Rear.
INFORMATION
The Roof Panels are placed ontop of the
appropriate front Panel, making sure that the
sizes corrispond correcly.

16b. Screw the roof panel
down as shown in
diagram 16b.
Repeat this for all roof
panels, making sure each
panel is sitting on its
corresponding sized
front/back panel.
SIDE & CORNER STRIPS
Hide the panel edges.
Cover the framework &
seams.
15a. Use all the side/corner strips to n-
ish o the shed, by covering any exposed
framework and the panel joining seams.
INFORMATION
The Corner Strips cover all panel edges.
Remember to attach these to the exterior back
panels too.

APEX ROOF SECTIONS

(Ensure all panels are placed
so so that they are on top of
the panel of the same size.)
15b TACKS PROVIDED
ATTACH THE ROOF FELT
Use the felt lengths
provided.
15a. Apply the roof felt as shown.
Apply lower levels rst to create correct rain run o
positions.
15b. Using a hammer, tack down the felt with the tacks provided in a
neat fashion.
15c. Trim down excess felt with a stanley knife.
Remember to overlay the 1st felt to avoid rain leaks.
15d. Tuck and fold edges neatly and tack in place to
hide any loose edges. Check that all areas are covered
and there are no holes to avoid any rain water
getting through your felt roof.

14a. Place the other roof
panels onto the Roof. The
upper and lower roof blocks
will slot in place as shown.
The top roof block will
naturally hang o the Gable
Ends & Truss peaks when
placed correctly.
14b. Screw the roof panel
in place against lower
panel and relative trusses.

Timber is a naturally grown product and may shrink and warp when dried out, timber is a porous
material which can absorb water. Although all of our buildings come pressure treated we strongly
advise the building is re-treated with an oil/spirit based treatment inside and out to make the timber
water repellent and to preserve the quality and life of the product.

16a. Using the felt strips provided cover the edges of the roof front and back apex.
16b. Drill in the felt strips as shown on fornt and back of the shed to nish the roof o. Use the
framework of the roof blocks to screw the felt strips into.
17a. Using the provided
Diamond Caps you can
create a nice nishing
touch to the Apex Shed.
This also covers the
seam bewteen the arch
of the Felt Strips and
hides any joins showing.
