Thank you for purchasing your Total Shed. All of our sheds are made from only the
nest selected timber which are (Tanalised), specially pressure treated for a longer
and lasting durable life span to natural elements.
Each shed is carefully pre-packed and delived in ready to assemble sections.
Provided with Brenton Bolt Lock, Felt Strips,
40kg Roof Felt, Screws & Finishing Accessories
PLEASE NOTE: Shed sections may come in smaller sections and in part sections to make up all 4 side panels
and roong if access and parts are too large to assemble and access to your location. This will be established
upon your order and also highlighted in your delivery package.

PLEASE NOTE: Use extreme caution when using any tools. Always wear
safety gear where necessary. It is advisble that at least 2 or more
persons assemble the shed for health and safety purposes. We are not
responsible for any injuries caused whilst assembling this shed.

3. Assemble Roong 4. Apply Roof Felt
1a. Lay down the oor on a level and durable foundation to
take the weight of the shed and also keep a level ground to
build shed on. Use a spirit level to get exact results.
1b. Place any side panel to the edge of the ooring section
and then place the back section to t perfectly in to the
edge of the side section. Drill the 2 sections together once in
place to make secure to each other. Do not drill to the oor
section just yet.
1c. Check that the 2 panels are level upright and horizontally
using a spirit level. Then place the 2nd side panel (See Pic 1c)

position and secure to the
side panels, again using

2a. When you have secured all of the
side panels to the back panel. Attach
the front door panel to the structure
a shown on diagram 2a.
2b. Secure using screws or nails
provided. Ensure the structure is
suitably secured at all 4 corners and
the panels are attached as shown.
PLEASE NOTE:
Drill driver is best
used for securing
panels with the
screws provided.
3a. Once all the panels are secured in place then
attach the roof sections as shown in diagram 3a.
3b. Align the front and rear of the roof panels to
sit perfectly between the end panels as shown on
point 3b. The front lip of the roof should
overhang the top of front as shown on 3b.

3. Secure Panels to Floor
3a. When you have secured all the panels together
now using the screws provided secure the panels to
the shed oor to nalies the main structure.
3b. Double check that all areas are straight and there
is no loose panels. It is important to make the
structure as stable as possible by screwing into the
sides and ooring.

4a. Now apply the roof felt as
shown. Always apply at lowest
point rst to ensure correct overlap
so rain water cannot run under the
felt and cause any damage.
3b. Tack down the roof felt to
structure and cut away any excess
felt that is overhanging.

Neatly cut and tuck felt
under roof sides
Use hammer to
tack in felt to place

7a. Now x your 6”Brenton Bolt Lock to
secure your sheds access.
Apply as shown with ttings provided .
Look at diagram 7a.
For best results please check the sheds
structure for any lose sections or areas
that need extra support. This is to ensure
that your shed is fully secure and has no
areas that will compromise the stability of
your nished shed.
6a. Once the roof felt is correctly
applied place the felt strips provided to
nish of the roong for the shed.
Use screws provided to secure the felt
strips as shown in diagram 6a.
PLEASE NOTE: Felt strips may need to
be cut down to size.

5a. Remember to apply the lower section
felt rst then the top layer from along the
highest point as shown in the diagram.
Cut any excess felt and tuck under
roong edges and secure using felt tacks
provided.
