STEP • 1
Unpack all of the components and check that you
have all the parts required. Please use the checklist on
previous page.
Carefully dispose of the delivery pallet and any
excess timber.
Advisable: The underside of the oor must be
treated with a quality wood preserver.
1a. Place the 6ft side ends of the oors to match as below, then
screw together using screws provided at the end of the bearer
points. Use RED areas as joining points.
1b. Repeat this process for larger sheds in similar fashion.
1c. Check that all oor sections are securely attached and in a
straight line to avoid any problems later on the build stage.
Use a Spirit Level if need be to get accurate results.
Recommended: Paint shed in an oil based treatment to
prevent water ingress into the timber. Also silicon your
windows (Must silicon inside & outside) to prevent rain water
seeping through the gaps between glass and the timber.

2a. Place the 6ft long Floor Block Ends
provided on both ends of the oor alongside
existing oor bearers as shown below.
2b. Fix together by screwing the Floor
Blocks at each end as shown. Use the
screws provided and make sure the ends
are xed securely. 3 screws on each
end will suce.

so please ensure all sections are connected correctly then
the Floor Blocks are added only after the oor is complete.

3a. Place the 2ft panel side against the far right side of
shed oor shown making sure the panel is sitting rmly on
6ft Heavy Duty Bearer (Floor Block).
3b. Now prepare a 4ft blank panel to make an ‘L’ shape with
the 2 frames (2ft & 4ft Blank Panels)
See Step 4
3c. DO NOT x the panels at this stage to the oor
to leave room for adjustments in the nal stages.
Next Step will create a corner frame balance with 4ft panel.

Fix 4ft Wide Blank Sections
Create Corner for Balance.
4a. Now place a blank 4ft panel side as shown. Create an ‘L’ Shape.
Repeat this step for all larger sheds. Please use reference on left for
additional sections required according to your shed size.
4b. Screw the panels at the framework as shown in Diagram 5b.

the shed oor and the side meeting the framework of the

meeting points with screws. Fix the panel sides with 3 screws.

shown on the diagram to the left.

2ft FRONT PANEL
Place the Final 2ft Panel
For 6ft, 10ft, 14ft & 18ft Sheds
11a. Place the nal front panel as shown below to complete
the outer framework. Then adjust and screw down the
panels to the shed oor to make the build secure.
11b. Use the RED areas below as reference to the joining
points of the nal panel. Note the 2ft section should t
perfectly to complete the front section.
11c. Make sure all panels are straight and screwed down
rmly to each other to strengthen the outer framework
before continuing.

Now attach all the SideTops
of Pent Shed End Panels.

Place the front tops of shed.
Use 2ft Section for below models.

12a. Place the right and left Pent Angle Tops as shown below.
Make sure the higher ends are at the front of the shed as shown in the diagram below.
12b. Adjust the panels so that the tounge & groove are xed together in place correctly.
Use a hammer to lightly tap in to the grooves to create a perfect t.
13a. Place the 4ft Pent Front Top sections in place. Use any 2ft sections if your shed size is
one of the above. Make sure the 2ft section is placed on top of the 2ft front panel only as
shown in the diagram.
13b. Adjust the panels so that the tounge & groove are
xed together in place correctly. Use a hammer to lightly
tap in to the grooves to create a perfect t.
13c. Attach the sections down by screwing through
the inner frameworks of both panels.

SIDE & CORNER STRIPS
Hide the panel edges.
Cover the framework & seams.
14a. Use all the side/corner strips to nish off the shed,
by covering any exposed framework and the panel
joining seams.
14b. Fix the strips down by using 3 screws to
secure them to the shed. This will create a nice
nish and hide any gaps on the outer walls of
framework, front, back and sides.
14c. Continue this process along the sides and
rear of the shed till you have covered all
exposed panel edges and seams.
PENT ROOF PANELS
Place 4x6ft roof section.
Repeat for larger models as shown.
15a. Place the 4x6ft roof section in
place. Repeat this stage for models
as shown below. 2ft roof section will
follow last. Shown in Step 16.
15b. Screw the roof panel down as
shown in Diagram 15b.

2ft ROOF SECTION
Place 2x6ft roof section last. ATTACH THE ROOF FELT
Use the felt lengths provided.
16a. Place the 2ft roof section at the far
left end of roof if your shed size is a 6ft, 10ft, 14ft & 18ft.
16b. Please note that the roof sections should sit rmly on
the top of the front and rear panels and have the same
height as the side Pent Angle Tops.
16c. You will notice the gaps in
the roof as above. This is normal
and will be covered by the roof
felt material once applied.
17a. Apply the roof felt as shown. Apply lower levels
rst to create correct rain run off positions.
17b. Using a hammer, tack down the felt
with the tacks provided in a neat fashion.
17c. Trim down excess felt with a stanley knife.
Remember to overlay the 1st felt to avoid rain leaks.
• 1st Section Lower Back

17d. Tuck and fold edges neatly and tack in place
to hide any loose edges. Check that all areas are
covered and there are no holes to avoid any rain
water getting through your felt roof.

ATTACH FELT STRIPS
Create the Final Roof Edges.
Final steps nishing off the roof.
DIAMOND CAPS
Add the FinishingTouch.
18a. Using the felt strips provided cover the edges of the roofs
and ends of the roof felt. You will need to measure these to t
to your requirements and create the perfect roof nish as
shown below.
18b. Drill in the felt strips as shown on front and back of the
shed to nish the roof off. Use the framework of the roof blocks
to screw the felt strips down to. The felt strips will give your
shed a neat nish for the roof and hide any overhang areas of
the roof felt.
18c. Felt Strips must be same height as roong felt to allow
rain water to run off. See Diagram on the right.
19a. Using the provided Diamond Caps you can
create a nice nishing touch to the Pent Shed.
This also covers the seam bewteen the Felt Strips and
hides any visible joints.
19b. Double check your shed for any loose bits or
areas that need further strengthening
