OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Observe correct polarity red + (positive) terminal and black — (negative) terminal
when connecting to your power supply.
Do not exceed the maximum load rating of the power supply, otherwise the unit
may be damaged. 5 Amps @ 50% Duty Cycle e.g. 5 Amps @ 10 minutes on and
10 minutes off intervals. OVERLOADING YOUR POWER SUPPLY WILL
DAMAGE THE UNIT AND VOID THE WARRANTY.
Keep the power supply well ventilated. Do not obstruct ventilation holes by
placing articles on top of or against sides of the unit.
DO NOT use this unit for charging your car battery (it will overheat and be
damaged)
DO NOT remove the cover whilst the AC cord is plugged in.
DO NOT attempt to carry out any adjustments or modifications as this will
void your warranty.

IN CASE OF FAILURE
Determine if the 3 pin AC outlet socket is faulty by plugging the power supply
into an alternative outlet socket.
When switched "ON", if the neon indicator does not glow, then check the fuse
as follows.
1.
Switch off and disconnect the power supply from the AC supply mains by
removing the plug from the AC outlet socket.
2.
Using a ballpoint pen or matchstick inserted from the top front of the fuse
holder (marked "fuse" on the front panel), press downward on the fuseholder
tab through the small hole.
3.
The fuse holder will pop out and the fuse can be removed,
4. Repalce fuse with 3AG 1Amp fuse of the correct length. (29mm) N. B.
Incorrect length (30mm) may not make proper contact internally
5.
Insert fusheolder and push into position until locked.
6. Switch on unit.
