Precautions
1When USB is connected to the computer for the first time, you need to install the driver,and it can be used、
after the installation is completed.
、2USB port and iOS port cannot be connected at the same time. Otherwise there will be an unrecognizable
phenomenon.
、3 In order to protect your hearing, please turn the volume knob to the minimum before using the headphone .

Troubleshooting
Phenomenon Cause Analysis Approach
Drive problem
Detect if the system audio has an XMOS device,and the
DAC front mode needs to be selected as USB.The XMOS
driver can be reloaded once the DAC is not recognized.
Playback
software
Try to change the different playback software (FB2000 /
Cool Dog / Thousands)Play the software settings output as
XMOS…
Rear wiring Try to connect different headphones and amplifier
speakers to check if they are in place and set correctly.
Setting problem
The player (computer/TV/DVD...)settings correspond to
digital output,
Select the corresponding mode in front of the DAC (optical
fiber/coaxial)
Channel
problem
DAC is a stereo device, output mode / playback source
needs to be selected as PCM stereo
