Instructions
Register Your Kit
Go to trudiagnostic.com/register
(or scan the QR code on the back
of these instructions) to register
your kit. Use your kit’s bar code
and complete your 5 minute health
assessment.
Step 1
Prep Arm
Rub arm quickly and firmly to
encourage circulation.
Wash hands and upper arm
with warm, soapy water. Dry
thoroughly. Use alchohol wipe
to clean arm.
Step 2
Remove the Tasso+ from its
packaging. Unscrew the purple
top from the collection tube
included in your TruAge kit. Insert
tube’s open end straight up into
the Tasso+. Twist slightly for a snug fit.
Remove plastic lid over the red
button. Peel off paper tab on
back of device. While seated,
stick Tasso+ to clean arm,
with the tube hanging straight
down.

Prepare for Activation
Step 4
Begin Collection
Firmly press the red button as far
as it will go, hold for 2 seconds,
then release. Blood should begin
flowing into tube after 1-2 mins.
Tube should fill past the 250ml
line within 5 minutes. Keep arm
straight down during this process.
Step 5
Once you’ve filled past the
250ml mark, remove Tasso+
by peeling from one side. While
keeping Tasso+ upright, removie
tube with a slight twist and
downward motion.
Remove Sample
Step 6
Close Tube Lid
Holding the tube upright, close
the tube lid (as shown) by firmly
pushing on the lid until you hear
a click. Make sure that the lid
closed tightly.
Shake the tube for 5 seconds.
Step 6
Seal In Bag
You’re almost there! Now,
place the capped tube into
the biohazard bag that we
provide and seal. Place the
biohazard bag into the
prelabeled mailer.
Step 7
Peel the strip and seal the prepaid
bubble mailer with the biohazard
bag inside.
Drop off the bubble mailer at
any USPS drop box - shipping is
already prepaid.
Ship your sample on the same
day of collection or place your
sample in the fridge until ready
to ship. This will ensure our lab
receives the best quality sample.
