Please read all instructions carefully to familiarize yourself with your new heater

Warnings
1. Do not use any other programmer, timer, separate remote control system or any
other device except the remote controller equipped with the product. Do not

turn on the heater when the device is covered or positioned incorrectly to avoid
the risk of fire.
2. It’s dangerous to install the heater close to curtains or any other combustible
materials.
3. Do not use the heater near showers, bathtubs or swimming pools.
4. Do not place the heater directly under the socket.
5. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or asimilarly qualified person to avoid ahazard.
6. To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
7. Theheater can be used by children from aged 8years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,or lacking experience and
knowledge,if they have been instructed the use of the heater safely and
understand the hazardsinvolved. Children should not play with the heater.
Cleaning and user maintenance should not be made by children unless they are
older than 8and with supervision.
8. Keep the heater and its cord out of reach of children less than 8years old.
9. The heater is not equipped with adevice to control the room temperature. Do
not allow persons with mobility impairments (such as infants, disabled persons or
elderly people with mobility impairments) to use the heater in asmall room to
avoid dangers caused by excessive temperature, unless continuous supervision is
provided.

10. Please be careful not to use this heater near combustible materials that will
move due to wind or other environmental influences, such as curtains, tents, flags,
plastic foils, etc., to avoid the risk of burning.
11. Some parts of theheater can become very hot during use and may cause burns.
When there are children and vulnerable people,special attention must be paid.
When using theheater,you should follow basic safety precautions to reduce the
risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the followings.
Read All the instructions before using theheater.
Be aware of the risk of electric shock. Do not open or try to repair the heater by
yourself.
Theheater may get hot when it is in use. To avoid burns, do not touch hot
surfaces with your bare skins.If needed,use handles when moving theheater.
Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, paper, clothes,
and curtains at least 3ft away from the front of the heater and keep them away
from the sides, top, and rear part. Do not place towels or other objects on the
heater.
You must pay extreme attention if the heater is used when there are children or
the disabled nearby. Don’t leave the heater operating and be unattended.
Do not operate the heater with adamaged cord or after any heater
malfunctions, for example, it has been dropped or damaged in any man ner.
Return the heater to the authorized service facility for examination, electrical or

mechanical adjustment, or repair.
Theheater is not designed for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar
indoor locations. Never place the heater where it may fall into abathtub or
other water container. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse the
heater in water or other liquids.
Do not touch the control panel with awet hand.
Do not place the cord under carpets. Do not cover the cord with rugs, or similar
coverings. Please place the cord away from the traffic area and at the place
where it will not be tripped over.
Do not insert or put any other objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust
opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
To prevent apossible fire, do not block the air intake or exhaust in any manner.
Do not use it on soft surfaces where may block its openings,like abed.
There are hot and arcing or sparking parts inside aheater. Do not use it in areas
where gasoline, paint, explosive and/ or flammable liquids are used or stored.
Keep the heater away from heated surfaces and open flames.
Avoid the use of an extension cord,which may overheat and cause afire.
However, if you have to use an extension cord, the minimum length of the cord
must be 59 inch.
To disconnect the heater, turn the control to OFF.
Always turn off the heater before moving or cleaning it,and whenever the
heater is not in use.

It can be used for household use only as described in this manual. It is not
recommended to use it for other functions, or it may cause afire, electric shock,
or injury to persons. And please use the original attachments provided or sold
by unauthorized dealers,or it may cause hazards.
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use theheater with any speed
control device.
Do not attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on the
heater.Doing so will void your warranty. There is not any user-serviceable part
inside the heater.If the heater needs to be examined or repaired, please
contact the qualified personnel for help.
Connect the heater to properly grounded outlets only.
Theheater is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lacking experience and knowledge.
When they try to operate the heater, they must be supervised and given
instructionsconcerning the use of the heater by aperson responsible for their
s a fety.
Please make sure that children do not play with the heater.
When installing the heater,please don’t cover the marketing information.
Save the user manual for future reference.

Safety Features
Caution:
Before installing or removing the heater,ensure that the power cord of the heater
has been unplugged. When using the heater, check that the power cord is
connected to a30mA differential circuit outlet.
Theheater is designed for use in gardens, and any room in the house, including
those where there is arisk of splashing with acertain degree of the waterproof
design.The installation and use of your heater must comply with the applicable
standards in your country.
When an electrical heating appliance reaches avery high temperature,it may
cause burns. So when the heater is switched on, make sure that all other users
are aware of the risks.
If you have any doubts concerning the installation of theheater, please consult
aqualified electrician.
Children, the elderly and the infirm may not always be aware of the danger
involved in using electrical appliances. Never allow these people to use the
heater without supervision.
The heater must be positioned upright when using it.
Operating Instructions
1. Place the heater in asuitable and safe position where you want to heat up.
2. Plug the heater into the mains supply.

3. The Description of the Display Panel
①Power Button ②Timer Button ③Timer Indicator ④Power Indicator
4. Turn on the power switch of the product (as shown below)and the power
indicator on the display panel will flash.
5. When pressing the Power button, the panel displays P0, and the power indicator
lights up, but there is no power output. When pressing the Power button again,
the panel displays P1, and the power indicator lights up, and it is in the low power
output. When pressing the Power button the third time, the panel displays P2,

and the power indicator lights up, and it is in the maximum power output.
When pressing the Power button the fourth time, it will return to the P0 setting.
6. The Remote Control Operation (The remote control can be used to operate the
heater only when the main switch is turned on.)

When pressing the Power Button on the remote control, the panel displays P0, and
the heater is turned on, but there is no power output. At this time, the status of the
operation is to be received, so you can press P1 Button or P2 Button to select the
option of the power output. If you press P1 once, then press P1 again, and the
value on the display panel will not be displayed. Now the heater enters the standby
state. When the heater is working in P1 or P2, you can press the Timer Button to
select the time as desired. (The rest of the time is invalid if you have set the timer.)
The maximum timing is 12 hours.

Maintenance
Attention:
It is required to do regular and careful maintenance for the heater to attain along
and efficient operation.
1. Check the cleanliness of the reflector and IR-filament at least once amonth. If
necessary, refer to cleaning and maintenance instructions.
2. The frequency of checking depend on the amount of dust in the environment.
3. Check the deformation of the reflector, wire and frame. If there is any
deformation, consult aqualified technician for help.
4. Check the power cable and plug. If there is anything abnormal,consult a
qualified technician for help.
5. It is recommended to replace the reflector every 2years for more efficient
operation.
Cleaning
Attention:
Regular and careful cleaning will allow your heater to work for longer years and
more efficiently.
1. Unplug the power cable for your safety before cleaning the heater.
2. Take out the front wire grid through the inlets on the frame by using aslotted
screwdriver.
3. The reflector and filament must be cleaned with asoft cloth, asmooth brush or

cool or dry a i r. The cloth can be damp but never too wet.And don’t use any
chemicalsto clean it, which may damage the reflector.
4. Install the wire grid by using aslotted screwdriver.
Troubleshooting
If the heater does not work,please check the following before seeking help.
1. Check if the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet, if not, plug it in.
2. Check if the electricity to the main power switch (in the beside) is working.

Note:
For the heater to function properly, the desired temperature on the heater must be
set afew degrees higher than the temperature in the room. If it seems that the
heater cannot heat up normally,increase the desired temperature on the heater to
engage the heat elements.
Storage
Store the heater in acool, dry location when it is not in use. To prevent dust and dirt
build-up, use the original packaging to repack the heater.
Disposal
Used products with batteries should be taken to arecycling station and not be
disposed of with household waste. Hand it over to the applicable collection
station for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. The separate
collection and recycling of the product will help to conserve natural resources and
ensure that it is recycled in amanner that protects human health and the
environment. Disposal must be carried out in accordance with local environmental
regulations for waste disposal. For more details about where you can drop off the
appliance for recycling, please contact your local city office, your household waste
disposal service or the seller from whom you purchased the product.

Warranty
TRUSTECH provides aOne-Year Warrantyfor productsagainst defects in
materials and/ or workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase by the
original purchaser ("Warranty Period" ). If adefect arises and avalid claim is
received within the Warranty Period, at its option, TRUSTECH will either 1) repair the
defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the
product with anew product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original
product, or 3) provide astore credit in the amount of the purchase price of the
original product.
Areplacement product or part, including auser-installable part installed in
accordance with the user manual provided by TRUSTECH,assumes the remaining
warranty of the original product. When aproduct or part is exchanged, any
replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes
TRUSTECH‘s. And if the store credit is given, the original product must be returned
to TRUSTECH.To obtain warranty service, e-mail TRUSTECH for Limited Warranty
Service at Support@trustechproducts.com.Please be prepared to describe the
product that needs service and the problem of the product.
This warranty does not apply to the following situations:
1. Damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to product use or
component installation.
2. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquake or other
external causes.
3. Damage caused by servicesperformed by anyone not represented by TRUSTECH.
4. The product or its part has been modified to alter its function or capability.

5. Items that the purchaser should replace regularly during the normal use period
of the product, including but not limited to batteries or light bulbs.
6. Any product sold "as is", including but not limited to floor display models and
refurbished products or products used for commercial or commercial purposes.
