PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS HEATER
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, BASIC PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE
FOLLOWED TO REDUCE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK AND INJURY TO PERSONS
OR PROPERTY, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
When switching on the appliance for the first time, allow it to run at full
power for about two hours to get rid of the unpleasant smell. Make sure
that the room in which the appliance is located is well ventilated during this
operation. It is normal for the appliance to emit small cracking sounds when
you turn it on if the first time.
1. Read a instructions before using this heater.
2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not et bare skin touch hot
surfaces. Use the hand e (if provided) when moving the unit. Keep combustib e
materia s, such as furniture, pi ows, bedding, papers, c othes and curtains at east 3”
(0.9 m) from the front and top of the radiator and keep them away from the sides and
rear. Keep the rear gri e away from wa s or drapes so as not to b ock the air intake.
3. Caution and supervision are necessary when any heater is used near chi dren or pets
and whenever the heater is eft operating unattended.
4. A ways unp ug heater when not in use.
5. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or p ug or after the heater
ma functions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the heater to an
authorized service faci ity for examination, e ectrica or mechanica adjustment or
repair.
6. Do not use outdoors.
7.This heater is not intended for use in any area where there is standing water. Never
ocate heater where it may fa into a bathtub or other water container.
8. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or
simi ar items. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from
high traffic areas where it wi not be tripped over.
9. To disconnect the heater, turn contro s to OFF, then remove the p ug from the
out et.
10. Connect to proper y po arized out ets on y.
11. Do not insert or a ow foreign objects to enter any venti ation or exhaust opening as
this may cause e ectric shock, fire or damage to the heater.
12. To prevent possib e fire, do not b ock air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not
use on soft surfaces ike a bed, where openings may become b ocked.
13. A heater has hot, arcing or sparking pads inside. Do not use it in areas where
gaso ine, paint or f ammab e iquids are used or stored.
14. Use this heater on y as described in this manua . Any other use not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause fire, e ectric shock, injury to persons or other damage to
property.
15. To prevent over oad and b own fuses, be sure that no other app iance is p ugged into
the same out et or into another out et wired into the same circuit.
16. It is norma for the heater’s p ug and cord to fee warm to the touch. A p ug or cord
which becomes hot to the touch or becomes distorted in shape may be a resu t of a
worn e ectrica out et. Worn out ets or receptac es shou d be rep aced prior to

further use of the heater. P ugging heater into a worn out et may resu t in overheating
of the power cord or fire.
17. Ensure the heater is on a stab e, secure surface to e iminate the potentia of tipping it
over.
18. We do not recommend use of an extension cord as it may overheat and cause a risk
of fire. However, if you have to use an extension cord, the cord shou d be No. 14
AWG minimum size and rated not ess than 1875 W, and has to be used on y for
supp ying power to this heater.
19. Be sure that the p ug is fu y inserted into appropriate out et. P ease remember that
out ets a so deteriorate due to aging and continuous use: check periodica y for signs
of overheating or deformation of the p ug. Do not use the out et and ca your
e ectrician.
20. Check that neither the app iance nor the power cab e has been damaged in any way
during transportation.
21. Make sure that no pieces of po ystyrene or other packaging materia have been eft
between e ements of the app iance. It may be necessary to pass over the app iance
with a vacuum c eaner.
22. Always plug heater directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord
or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).

1. urning unit ON/OFF
a. Press the button once and rotate the mode knob once: the heater wi
be on at the ow output setting and the “LO” indicator wi ight. At this
setting, the heater output is 750 W.
b. Press the button again to turn heater off.
2. Select working MODE:
You can select the mode by rotating the mode knob.
a. (LOW) MODE: heater wi work continuous y and the output wi be
750 W at a times.
b. (HI) MODE: heater wi work continuous y and the output wi be
1500 W at a times.

When the heater is in use, you can set the timer for turning off the unit. Press the
or button to set the timer between 0.5 and 7.5 hours in 0.5 hour interva s.
When the time runs out, the heater wi turn off automatica y.

Overheat shut-off protection system: Your heater inc udes a protection system that
shuts off the heater if it overheats for any reason.
Environment air overheat protection system: This heater wi automatica y shut off if
the environment air becomes overheated.
1. Before any c eaning, make sure that:
a. Heater is turned OFF
b. Power supp y is disconnected by removing p ug from power out et.
2. Regu ar c eaning:
a. Interior dust can often be removed by using a vacuum c eaner with a
crevice too attachment.
b. Do not spray c eaning iquid or other chemica s on the unit.
c. To c ean enc osure, use a c ean, soft and damp c oth to gent y wipe off
the dirt from the surface of the unit. Be sure not to wet the heating
e ement and the switches. A ow the unit to dry comp ete y before using
it.

RADIATEUR
POUR RÉDUIRE LES RISQUES D’INCENDIE, DE CHOC ÉLECTRIQUE, DE BLESSURE ET DE
DOMMAGE MATÉRIEL, VOUS DEVEZ TOUJOURS RESPECTER LES CONSIGNES DE
SÉCURITÉ ÉLÉMENTAIRES, DONT LES SUIVANTES, LORSQUE VOUS UTILISEZ DES
APPAREILS ÉLECTRIQUES.
Laissez l’appareil fonctionner à puissance maximale pendant environ deux
heures lorsque vous le branchez pour la première fois afin d’éliminer l’odeur
désagréable. Lors de cette opération, veillez à ce que la pièce où l’appareil
est utilisé soit bien ventilée. Il est normal que l’appareil émette de petits
craquements au cours de la première utilisation.
1. Lisez toutes es instructions avant d’uti iser ce radiateur.
2. Le radiateur est chaud orsqu’i est en marche. Évitez tout contact entre a peau nue
et es surfaces chaudes de ’apparei pour ne pas vous brû er. Uti isez a poignée (si
fournie) pour dép acer ’apparei . Tenez es matériaux combustib es comme es
meub es, es orei ers, a iterie, es papiers, es vêtements et es rideaux à une
distance d’au moins 3 pi (0,9 m) du radiateur. Tenez a gri e arrière oin des murs et
des draperies pour éviter de b oquer es prises d’air.
3. Faites preuve d’une grande prudence et attention orsque vous uti isez e radiateur
près d’enfants et d’animaux domestiques ou si vous aissez ’apparei sans
survei ance.
4. Débranchez toujours e radiateur orsque vous ne ’uti isez pas.
5. N’uti isez pas ’apparei si e cordon ou a fiche sont endommagés, si ’apparei
fonctionne ma , s’i a fait une chute ou s’i a été endommagé. Apportez e radiateur
dans un centre de réparation agréé à des fins de vérification, de rég ages é ectriques
ou mécaniques ou de réparations.
6. N’uti isez pas ’apparei à ’extérieur.
7. Cet apparei n’est pas conçu pour être uti isé dans un endroit où i y a de ’eau. Ne
p acez jamais e radiateur dans une position où i risque de tomber dans une
baignoire ou dans ’eau.
8. Évitez de dissimu er e cordon sous un tapis, une carpette, un tapis de cou oir ou
tout autre revêtement simi aire. Ne faites pas passer e cordon sous es meub es ou
es apparei s ménagers. P acez e cordon à ’écart des endroits passants où i ne
risque pas de faire trébucher que qu’un.
9. Pour débrancher e radiateur, p acez es commandes en position d’arrêt, puis retirez
a fiche de a prise.
10. Branchez a fiche dans une prise po arisée seu ement.
11. Évitez d’insérer et de aisser pénétrer des objets dans es entrées et es sorties d’air,
sans quoi vous vous exposez à des risques de choc é ectrique, d’incendie et de
dommages matérie s.
12. Pour prévenir e risque d’incendie, évitez de b oquer es entrées et es sorties d’air.
N’uti isez pas ’apparei sur des surfaces mo es comme un it, où es ouvertures
pourraient être obstruées.

13. L’intérieur du radiateur comporte des pièces chaudes pouvant produire des arcs
é ectriques et des étince es. N’uti isez pas ’apparei dans des endroits où ’on uti ise
ou entrepose de ’essence, de a peinture ou des iquides inf ammab es.
14. Uti isez e radiateur uniquement comme e décrit e présent guide d’uti isation.
Toute autre uti isation non recommandée par e fabricant peut entraîner des risques
d’incendie, de choc é ectrique, de b essure et de dommages matérie s.
15. Pour éviter de surcharger et de gri er es fusib es, assurez-vous qu’aucun autre
apparei n’est branché dans a même prise ou dans une prise du même circuit.
16. I est norma que a fiche et e cordon de ’apparei soient chauds au toucher. Si a
fiche et e cordon deviennent très chauds ou que vous constatez une déformation
de a fiche, i se peut que a prise soit endommagée. Vous devez faire réparer es
prises de courant endommagées avant de continuer à uti iser e radiateur, faute de
quoi vous risquez de faire surchauffer e cordon d’a imentation et de causer un
incendie.
17. P acez e radiateur sur une surface stab e et so ide pour éviter qu’i ne bascu e.
18. I n’est pas recommandé d’uti iser une ra onge en raison du risque de surchauffe et
d’incendie. Par contre, si vous devez uti iser une ra onge, ce e-ci doit être au
minimum d’un ca ibre 14 AWG et d’une puissance nomina e de 1875 W, et ne
servir qu’à a imenter e radiateur.
19. Insérez comp ètement a fiche dans une prise appropriée. Veui ez prendre note que
es prises se détériorent avec e temps et un usage constant. Vérifiez régu ièrement
si a fiche porte des marques de surchauffe ou de déformation. Le cas échéant,
n’uti isez pas a prise et faites appe à un é ectricien.
20. Assurez-vous que ’apparei et e cordon d’a imentation n’ont pas subi de dommages
pendant e transport.
21. Assurez-vous qu’aucune pièce de po ystyrène ou d’emba age n’est coincée entre es
é éments de ’apparei . I peut être nécessaire de nettoyer ’apparei avec un
aspirateur.
22. Branchez toujours ’apparei directement dans une prise mura e. N’uti isez jamais de
ra onge é ectrique ou de barre d’a imentation mu tiprises.

REMARQUE : II se peut que ’apparei produise un peu de fumée ou une odeur
particu ière ors de a première uti isation. Ne vous inquiétez pas. Ce a signifie tout
simp ement qu’une goutte d’hui e est tombée sur e serpentin de chauffage au cours du
processus de fabrication. Cette goutte s’évaporera rapidement, et a situation ne devrait
p us se reproduire.

Vei ez à uti iser une prise de 120 V CA, 60 Hz.
1. Mise en marche et arrêt de l’appareil
a. Appuyez une fois sur e bouton et tournez e bouton de mode:
’apparei se met en marche à basse puissance et e voyant « LO » s’a ume. La
puissance est a ors de 750 W.
b. Appuyez à nouveau sur e bouton pour éteindre e radiateur.
2. Sélection du MODE de fonctionnement :
Choisissez un mode en tournant le bouton de sélection du mode.
a. MODE BASSE PUISSANCE : e radiateur fonctionne de manière
constante et a puissance est de 750 W en tout temps.
b. MODE HAUTE PUISSANCE : e radiateur fonctionne de manière
constante et a puissance est de 1500 W en tout temps.
c. Mode confort (18 °C, 21 °C, 24 °C) :
Tournez e bouton à a température de votre choix. I y a trois rég ages
différents : 18 °C, 21 °C et 24 °C. Dans ce mode, e radiateur sé ectionne
automatiquement a puissance convenant au rég age de a température.
Lorsque ’air a atteint a température désirée, ’apparei diminue
automatiquement a puissance pour maintenir a température de a pièce.
1. Lorsque a température de a pièce est inférieure à a température
rég ée, a puissance est de 1500 W en tout temps.
2. Lorsque a température de a pièce est éga e ou inférieure de 2 °C à a
température rég ée, a puissance passe de 1 500 W à 900 W.
3. Lorsque a température de a pièce est éga e ou supérieure de 2 °C à a
température rég ée, e radiateur s'arrête.
3. MINU ERIE D’ARRÊ AU OMA IQUE (boutons et )
Lorsque le radiateur est en marche, vous pouvez uti iser a minuterie pour arrêter
’apparei . Appuyez sur e bouton ou pour rég er a minuterie par interva e de
0,5 heure jusqu’à un maximum de 7,5 heures. L’apparei s’arrête automatiquement une
fois e dé ai écou é.
Système d’arrêt automatique en cas de surchauffe: Votre radiateur est doté d’un
système de protection qui en arrêtera e fonctionnement si ’apparei surchauffe, que e qu’en
soit a raison.

Système de protection contre la surchauffe de l’air ambiant: Le radiateur s’arrêtera
automatiquement si ’air ambiant devient trop chaud.
1. Avant de nettoyer ’apparei :
a. éteignez ’apparei ;
b. coupez e courant en retirant a fiche de a prise de courant.
2. Nettoyage de routine :
a. Vous pouvez en ever es poussières accumu ées à ’intérieur de ’apparei
à ’aide d’un aspirateur muni d’un suceur p at.
b. Ne vaporisez pas de nettoyants iquides ou d’autres agents chimiques sur
’apparei .
c. En evez soigneusement a poussière de a surface de ’apparei avec un
inge propre, doux et humide. Vei ez à ne pas moui er es é éments
chauffants et es interrupteurs. Laissez ’apparei sécher comp ètement
avant de ’uti iser.
A EN ION : NE LAISSEZ PAS D’EAU PÉNÉ RER DANS L’APPAREIL;
VOUS POURRIEZ CAUSER UN INCENDIE OU SUBIR UN CHOC ÉLEC RIQUE.
1. Suivez es procédures de nettoyage décrites dans a section « Entretien ».
2. Essuyez toutes es pièces pour es assécher.
3. P acez e radiateur dans un sac de p astique et rangez- e dans un endroit frais et
sec.
AVER ISSEMEN : Tout autre entretien ou réparation doit être effectué par un
technicien de service autorisé. Ne tentez pas de réparer ’apparei vous-même.
