Attention
Surge Protection Device Issue
We suggest that connect the PLC adaptor and IP Cam into home
power outlet directly. If you need to use the extension cord please
avoid using the cord with surge protection device (SPD). Some SPD
may cause the disconnection of signal.
Three-phase power system
Generally speaking, the three-phase power system is used by the
industry environment. It is rare for home use. But if you are using the
product at the three-phase power system environment. Please make
sure that the PLC adaptor and the IP Cam must be connected at the
same power phase, otherwise it may cause the disconnection of
signal.
Voltage Issue
our products support AC 100V~240V. But all devices must be
connected at the same voltage environment; otherwise it may cause
the disconnection of signal. For example: if PLC plug into the outlet of
110V but the IP cam plug into the outlet of 220V, then there will be
no signal connection due to the different voltage.
Quantity Issue
One PLC adaptor does not support more than 16 IP cameras. It does
not allow setting up two PLC adaptors in one network in case the
mistake of network connection.
Distance/Power meter/Power-off Protection
All devices must be under the same power meter, or it may cause the
disconnection of signal. The entire device has the connection
distance limited of 300M. However, the Power-off Protection does
not affect any signal communication as result there is no worry issue
of Power-off Protection.
