Feature:
1. This system use clean, renewable solar energy to heat the tank water hot for shower
and washing, It is environment friendly and also safety.
2. Our flat plate solar collector has passed SRCC and Energy Star Certificates(holder
Tychon LLC), which has higher efficient and heat absorption. As long as there is
sunshine, can continuously bring hot water.
3. Our pressurized solar tank adopts the food grade SUS 304-2B stainless steel, it has
stronger corrosion resistance and longer span life.
4. Our frame can be installed both inclined and flat roof structure and combine with
buildings completely.
5. The whole system can withstand 0.6Mpa pressure, running under pressure to
provide comfortable hot water for shower and bathing.
User Instruction
Dear Customers, before installing and using solar water heater, please read this manual
carefully and attention to the following terms, so that our products are better service for
you, and please keep this Manual for future maintenance staff and you reference.
This product can only be acquired by the company approved by the professional
personnel to install. For self-installation of solar water heater, our company will
not undertake any responsibility.
Used to install water heater roof for solid steel reinforced concrete structure, can
withstand at least four to five times the weight of the filled with water.
The company is equipped with safety relief valve (rated pressure: 6 Bar) can not
be changed or modified the installation location, and safety relief valve port
should be connected with atmosphere.
In order to protect your water heater tank, suggest 6 months to replace magnesium
anode rod.
Water Heater improper use may cause burns when water temperature is too high,
please be sure to use after mixing hot and cold water.
Don’t use the solar water heater when lightning and also pull out the plug.
It is strictly prohibited use solar water heater in the case of outlet non-grounded
connection.
When you use solar water heater, please cut off electric heating and it is
strictly prohibited to be charged
It is strictly prohibited to replacement parts and disassembling maintenance
without permission.
Lift transport and installation process is strictly prohibited strong impact, so as not
to damage the tank.

3. Installation Guide
1) Determine the installation position
a. View top layer environment and indoor pipeline arrangement and also
consult user’s suggestions to determine the position of the scientific and
reasonable installation. The position can be a good load bearing and fully
sunlight and also convenient fluctuation water pipe layout and heat
preservation.
b. Identify the south direction. The collector part of solar water heater should
faced south direction, generally by east to west is not more than 10 degrees,
ensuring the best water heater collector.
c. The front of the water heater as far as possible without shading objects, If
any should maintain a certain distance from solar water heater to shading
objects, the general control of the height of 1.5-2 times the shade, to ensure
good lighting the water heater.

2) Installation of bracket and tank
a. Open the packages of tank, bracket and collector, according to the packing list to
check parts is complete or not.
b. Firstly to install the both sides of front legs and then install middle bar.
c. Install fixed rails of flat plate solar collector.
d. After finish the complete frame, please don’t lock all of the nuts to prevent the need
to adjust the bracket assembly when installing water tank and collector.
e. When the main tank on the bracket, please make sure two or more persons to operate.
The main tank at the bottom of the bracket to be embedded bolts pillow with intact as
much as possible to maintain the level of the tank, not skewed, do not install the
embedded nut fixed die.
3) Install solar collector, connection collector and tank
a. Solar collector is mounted to the bracket crossbar and don’t lock nuts.
b. Please use special fittings to connect the upper circulation hole of tank to circulation
outlet of collector, meanwhile connect the bottom circulation hole to the circulation
inlet.
c. Lock all of the screws except collector bolts and protect the painting surface and not
to scratch the protective layer.
d. Feed water , after fill full of the tank, please double check all of holes on the tanks
have leaking or not, and also double check the collector and tank connection joint have
leaking or not. If have to reconnect, if necessary, replace the gaskets, confirm the joint
without leakage.
e. Fixing Locking collector nuts.

4. Pipeline Installation
PT valve
· Standard setting: 87, 100, 125, 150psi
(0.6, 0.7, 0.86, 1.0MPa)
· Temperature relief: 99℃
· Size: 3/4
Installation
· PT valve should be installed on the water heater top or side. The temperaturesensing
element must be immersed in the water within the top 6” of the tank.
· The eliminating pipeline should be installed under the relief valve. Its terminal station
distance in floor drain should be greater than 6” make it easily remove and observewater.
Reducing valve
· Pressure: 0.6MPa
· Diameter of inlet and outlet: 3/4
Please install according to the warning mark indicated on the valve
Reserve hole(Optional)
Reserve hole, according to user’s requirements, we can install electric heating element,
The specification is 220v/1500W( +5%,-10%), UL certificate E65554. Also optional thermostat
with specification 18mm*6mm, set to start heating 75℃±5℃, stop heating 50℃± 5℃, UL
certificate E303634
Thermostatic mixing valve(Optional)
Thermostatic valve model DN20M ，Ideal working pressure 0.1-0.5Mpa over 0.5Mpa
requires a pressure reducing valve ，Cold water inlet temperature 4-29℃, Hot water inlet
temperature 55-95℃ ，Water outlet temperature range 35-55℃can be customized，Flow
26.67L/Min (at 0.1Mpa pressure difference)。Temperature control accuracy ±2℃ ，Body
material: brass nickel plated Thread G 3/4 external thread
Warning：
1、Please use the teflon tape or sealing ring on the pipeline connections to
prevent leaking.
2、User-defined of hot and cold water pipes should be withstand pressure 1.2
Mpa, and also have good heat preservation.
3、Please switch off the water valve and also release the tank pressure when you
don’t use the solar water heater for a long time.

Warning：
1. Exposure without water is strictly prohibited.
2. Please use the teflon tape or sealing ring on the pipeline connections to prevent
leaking.
3. If the inlet water pressure approaches or exceeds the safety relief threshold (0.6Mpa),
relief port of safety relief valve has continuous drip phenomenon, it can be installed a
reducing valve away from the inlet.
4. After all connections securely fixed, be sure that all connections no leakage, do all the
pipeline insulation.
5. Type of corrosion protection: magnesium rod , it has to be replaced every 6 months
in order to maintain a good water quality.
6. Type of heat transfer fluid: water ( water quality has to be controlled , in which PH value
is close to neutral, and Chloride Ion content must be below 25ppm. With bad quality water
solar water heater needs to be equipped with water filter in order to protect the whole system.
Every 6 months, please drain and refresh all the water in the system.
7. Safety with regard to frost: when installing the pipes, the distance to walls is at least
50mm. Using the thermal insulation cotton of 30mm thickness outside the pipes. In the
extreme cold area( lower than -10 ℃) we suggest the users drain out all the water from the
system. After draining out the water, covering the collectors with a piece of have lock to
avoid damages caused by insolation

10. Withstand freezing of the system: using the system above 0℃.
11. Commissioning of the system: Communicate with users to find the appropriate
installation location. Firstly fix the support structure of the system, put the tank on the
support structure, install the flat plate collector. Install the pipes: connecting the inlet hole
and tap-water pipe, outlet hole and hot water pipe, and installing the valves alone, the
location of valves should be convenient to operate by user. Fill water into the system: open
the PT valve which is on the top of the system, open the inlet valve. When the water
overflows from the PT valve, close the PT valve. Please inform the users, it is forbidden
to close the inlet valve when the system is in use.
5. Use Instructions
For the first time or long term stop before using again, please conduct the
comprehensive inspection of water heater, piping valves, safety relief valve，PT valve and
full fill with the water and so on.
Once a system operation should ensure the normal water supply.
Overheating protection: When the water temperature reach 90 degrees, the PT valve
at the top of tank will be open to discharge part of high temperature water, while cold water
fill in. If the temperature in tank is too high, the water discharges from the tank, which is the
normal phenomenon. When the water temperature is lower than 85 degrees, PT valve will
be automatically closed.
Regularly open the pressure relief valve, such as drop of water out shows safety valve
is working properly.

● Frost damage: frost maybe will lead to the system cannot use. The system are not
suitable for locations that are prone to freeze conditions or where the air temperature
can fall below 5 ℃. When the temperature surrounded is under 0 ℃, please drain the
water of whole system to protect all components.
Warning: Don’t work under 0℃.
Overheating: if the system is overheating in long time, it maybe lead to short the
system service life. Please check the PT valve at fixed period.
Users should choose to install the product comply with national regulations in
accordance with national regulations
6. Maintenance
The water heater only by professional service personnel for repair and
maintenance, incorrect method may cause serious injury accident and property loss
Periodically turn the water heater safety valve wrench, to see if there is water out,
and if not, indicates that the safety valve is damaged, please connect professionals to
repair.
Suggest to replace every 6 months the magnesium anode rod of water tank
( to maintain good water condition ).
Not to use for a long time, please unplug the power supply.

Periodically turn the water heater safety valve wrench, to see if there is water out, and
if not, indicates that the safety valve is damaged, please connect professionals to repair.

Not to use for a long time, please unplug the power supply.
Open the PT valve, check whether there is water drain out. If no, it means PT valve is
damaged, please ask the professional people to repair. Suggestion: check once every 6
months.

7. Decommissioning of the system
If need removal system, follow these steps:
a) First, close the tap water pipe valve in the main pipeline to the system;
b) Drain the water of the water tank;
c) Removal the water tank, heat collector;
d) Remove the bracket, and then disassembleit;
e) Disassemble pipeline of water heatersystem;
f) Remove all parts and pack them, clean up the site
Warning: All work associated with the installation and Decommissioning must
comply with local authority regulations
