Thanks for choosing our TPMS product. The sysetm is used to detect the pressure and
temperature in the tire. After the alarming condition is set up by the user, the system will
alarm under the situations of abnormal pressure and temperature and warn the driver of
dangerous driving. The system also enhance the efficiency of fuel, prolong the lifespan of the
tire and make the driving more comfortable.
Be sure to read the user instruction carefully before installation and keep it for future use.
1. The monitor will be in sleeping mode to save battery lifespan if the motion sensor detects
the vehicle has stopped for ten minutes. It will turn on again when it detects the vehicle is
moving again. If one of the sensor data has not been displayed on the monitor at the
beginning, the data will be displayed later when there is any change of the pressure or
temperature in the tires.
2. The signal transmission from the monitor to sensors is wireless, and the transmission
distance is long enough for normal use in a car. And it is designed with internal anti-
intereference circuit.
3. Due to the air expansion and contraction, the tire pressure and temperature will normally
change all the time while driving
4. There is normal air leakage in the rim of every tire. The tire pressure will be changed after
long-time storage or driving.
5. When encoding the sensor for the first time, please turn on the power of the monitor first,
and then install the sensor on the tire for encoding.
6. Should you have any question or problem while installation, please contact with your
local distributor.
It is highly recommended to read the instructions below before installing the system:
1. The monitor should be installed inside the vehicle where it does not affect normal driving.
2. The monitor should be well fixed to avoid falling off while driving.
3. The tires temperature and pressure will increase while driving. The vehicle should be
stopped for cooling if there is high temperature alarm to avoid braking problem or tire blowout.
4. Driver should stop the vehicle and get off to check the tire if the high pressure or slow
leakage alarm still rings.
5. Be aware of tire blowout if the tire pressure is a high and pay attention to fuel consumption
and wheel balance under the situation of low tire pressure.
6. The system can effectively detect tire pressure and temperature but cannot avoid traffic
accident after tire brow out. It is still necessary to use high quality tire product and correct tire
pressure monitoring.
7.Pay attention to driving safety when you check the data while driving.
8.After the system is installed correctly, the driver does not need to stare at the monitor all the
time or feel distracted while driving.

Monitor should be installed in an appropriate place using the sticky pad or the magic tape.
Charge the monitor by the DC-DC power adaptor for the first time and allow continual
recharge by solar power after the first full DC charge.

e. g. While the front left tire pressure is 45PSI, the monitor will make a sound "beep",
and the red LED will flash.
e. g. While the front left tire pressure is 28PSI, the monitor will make a sound "beep",
and the red LED will flash.
1) Handle the abnormal situation of the tire in time.
2) Long press the"SET"button, the alarm will stop and enter the setting page. Long
press the"SET"button again, the machine will exit the setting page, and the alert
will not sound for the time being.
3) Press the"Power ON/OFF"button and the alarm will disappear.

The solar power battery was built inside the monitor and it can power the monitor
for long time once fully charged. But the solar battery will not recharge itself when
there is insufficient sunshine. In such case, when the battery level indicator is low
as show by the icon( ), please recharge it with factory provided DC charger for
2.5 hours and continually recharge it by sufficient sunlight when the icon( )is
displayed.
The monitor will be in sleeping mode when the vehicle is not in motion for 10 minutes
or when external DC power is not connected. The monitor will not receive any data
from the sensors. Press any button to wake up the monitor tostandby mode.
7Sensors(Spare tires): displayed as below

The factory has already coded 4 sensors tothe monitor, and the sensors can be
re-coded accordingly to actual tires’ positions after exchanging the tires. There an
inflate code learning for re-coding the sensors.
In standby mode, press and hold"+"button and release it after the beep sound to
enter learning mode. The tire icon will flash on the LCD with "Id"letter showing the
beginning letter of the tire IDcode. Short press "-" or "+" to scroll tire position
needed to re-code. Once ready, mount the sensor on tothe tire valve(for external
sensor ),or inflate the tire(for internal sensor), once the sensor sensed the inflator,
the sensor will send its own ID code tothe monitor and the monitor will display it's
sensor codeafter the beep sound. Repeat above steps to re-code other sensors if
needed. Press "SET" until beep sound to ensure new code completed stored into
the monitor. If press "+" and "SET" buttons together will not store any new ID and
resume to standby mode.

Pressure monitor range

4. It is normal for the tire pressure monitor to measure the tire pressure with a
certain degree of accuracy. (If you find that its measurement result is different from
your tire pressure gauge).
Please use the system correctly. Distributors are not liable for damages caused
by misuse.

We advise you totest the sensor firstly.
You could take off the sensor from your tire to see if the machine alarms.
1) If the monitor begins to beep, it means your sensor is in normal operation. So
you could try to re-install the sensor again.
If it still does not work, maybe the sensor is lack of battery power.
You could try another battery again. And here we would like to provide a
change-battery video to help you.
The video link: https://youtu.be/JXc0sVjN19Y
2)Or if it does not alarm, it also may mean that your sensor is lack of battery power.
You could try another new battery again.
The battery-change video is mentioned above, and you could refer to it.
data display.
3. It is normal for the sensor to be worn and corroded by the external environment. We
recommend that you buy extra sensors as backup. Then when the sensor is abnormal,
you can try to solve the problem according to the following instructions. If the problem is
still not solved, you can contact us for after-sales service to get the replacement sensor.
--- IF THE SENSOR IS NOT WORKING ---

If you find the tire pressure on the monitor is not displayed accurately, there are two
different possible reasons that could explain this issue.
1) The feature of needing some minutes to update the data.
Our TPMS will receive real-time signals. In general, the display will update every
5 minutes. You could wait a minute and then confirm if the reading is correct.
2 )Different measuring tools may cause some deviation in the normal range(if you
use a tire pressure gauge tocompare).
The theory of measure between two devices is different.
Here is the operation theory of the TPMS and of the tire pressure gauge.
The TPMS monitors the tire pressure and the temperature referring totheir variation
per unit time. And the tire pressure gauge will monitor the tire pressure by getting
the instantaneous data.
So it is normal that when you use two different measuring tools, you would get two
data which has a little deviation. But the two different data all are referencable.
Generally speaking, the signal transmission distance of the sensor is no more than 36ft. If
you have a repeater, the signal transmission distance will be extended to 45ft or more.
However, the signal transmission will be blocked by objects and electromagnetic field
interference, so the signal transmission stability and the specific transmit distance
between your monitor and the sensor are determined by the actual situation on your
vehicle. If you find that the signal transmission of the sensor is unstable, then it may be
that the length of your vehicle has exceeded the original transmission distance of the
sensor, or there are too many interference sources in your vehicle. If the signal from the
sensor cannot be transmitted to the monitor, or the signal transmitted by the sensor is
unstable, we recommend that you purchase a repeater or other repeater models of the
Tymate.
