1-3 Installation Precautions
1-1 Product Introduction
Thank you for choosing our tire-pressure monitoring system, which is composed of
sensors and display.
The system is used to detect the air pressure and temperature in the tire in real time and
send the collected pressure and temperature data to the display by means of radio
frequency. After being received and processed by the monitor, the data will be shown on
the display to remind the user to avoid traffic accidents with corresponding alarms issued
for different abnormal situations, according to the standard pressure and temperature
alarm values set by the user.
The system can improve the comfort of the vehicle, reduce fuel consumption and vehicle
wear, improving dynamic performance.
Please read the installation manual carefully before using this product. Thank you!
1-2 Safety Warnings
Before installing this product, please read the following precautions:
1. There is a wireless connection between the sensor and the display. And the
transmission distance of them is far enough (According to the actual situation. The
installation distance will definitely affect the actual working effect of the sensor, it is
recommended to use it with a repeater). It’s designed with multiple anti-interference
functions, the possibility of interference to the sensor and the display is extremely low
(There is a possibility of interference by electronic products).
2. During the driving process, due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the air, the
tire pressure and temperature will get higher or lower, which is normal.
The display should be installed in the cigarette lighter, which is simple and convenient
without affecting the driving sight.
In driving, if the tire temperature rises sharply, the tire pressure will also rise
accordingly. If the temperature exceeds the warning value, stop the car to let it dissipate
heat naturally to prevent brake failure or tire burst.
If the pressure continues to rise or drop at an accelerated rate while driving, stop to
check for leaks or other problems.
When the air pressure is too high, be ware of tire blowout. When the air pressure is too
low, pay attention to fuel consumption and wheel balance.
This product can effectively monitor the tire pressure and temperature in real time, but
cannot avoid all traffic accident or tire blowout. Using quality tire is as important as this
product to ensure that the tire pressure is normal.
This product will automatically detect the tires and sound an alarm, the driver does not
need to pay frequent attention to it so as not to be distracted when driving.

3. In general, tires have a natural air leaks. The tire pressure will decrease over time,
which is normal and has no direct relationship with the installation of this product.
4. If you have any problems with installation, please contact the agent or distributor.
1-4 Trouble Shooting
1. Don't panic when some sensors do not show readings. When the car is restarted after
a long time flameout, it takes a while for the cigarette lighter to adapt to the change of
voltage. If the sensor still can't read data after driving for a period of time, it can be used
normally only by re-coding the sensor.
2. The data update time of the sensor is about 5 minutes, so it is not necessary to pay
attention to the data of the display all the time. If the sensor is switched to another wheel,
the previous data may be retained for a period of time, which is normal. If the sensor is
removed, the data will remain on the display.
3. After installing the sensor, there will be slight air leakage in the tire. This is a normal
phenomenon, please rest assured to use.
4. It is normal for the sensor to be worn and corroded by the external environment. It is
recommended to purchase extra sensors as backup. When the display fails due to sensor
failure, it is recommended to try to detect and replace the sensor battery first.

4-1 Display Installation
5-1 Display Angle Setting
This product is specially designed to be powered by a cigarette lighter. The display is
inserted into the cigarette lighter holder. It can be easily installed without affecting the
driving sight. When the display is inserted into the cigarette lighter, the power is supplied
and the display works normally.
First of all, long press the "SET" button for 3seconds to enter the display angle setting
interface, and the tire pressure failure icon flashes. If you short press "SET" once, the
icon will flash 180 degrees in reverse. Then long press for 3seconds to save the data and
return to the tire pressure display interface.
Just insert it directly into the cigarette lighter in the car.

5-2 Pressure Unit Setting
First of all, long press the "SET" button for 3seconds to enter the display angle setting
interface. Then keep on long pressing the "SET" button for 1second to enter the pressure
unit selection interface, you can see the currently selected pressure unit flashes. If you
press the "SET" button once, another unit will flash. After selecting the appropriate unit,
you can long press for 3seconds to save the data and return to the tire pressure display
interface.
5-3 High-pressure Upper Limit Setting
First of all, long press the "SET" button for 3seconds to enter the display angle setting
interface. Then long press the "SET" button for 1second again to enter the pressure unit
selection interface. Then keep on long pressing the "SET" key for 1second to enter the
high air pressure upper limit setting interface. You can see the currently selected pressure
value flashes, when press the "SET" key once, and the value will increase once. After
selecting the appropriate value, you can press and hold the "SET" button for three
seconds to save the data and return to the tire pressure display interface.
5-4 Low Pressure Lower Limit Setting
First of all, long press the "SET" button for 3seconds to enter the display angle setting
interface. Then long press the "SET" button again for 1second to enter the pressure unit
selection interface. Then keep on long pressing the "SET" button for 1second, enter the
high air pressure upper limit setting interface. Then long press the "SET" button for 1
second again to enter the low air pressure lower limit setting interface. Then you can see
the currently selected pressure value flashes, when you press the "SET" key once, and
the value will increase once. After selecting the appropriate value, you can press and hold
the "SET" button for three seconds to save the data and return to the tire pressure display
interface.

5-5 High Temperature Upper Limit Setting
First of all, long press the "SET" button for 3seconds to enter the display angle setting
interface. Then long press the "SET" button for 1second again to enter the pressure unit
selection interface. Then keep on long pressing the "SET" button for 1second to enter the
high air pressure upper limit setting interface. Keep on long press the "SET" button again
for 1 second to enter the low air pressure lower limit setting interface. Finally long press
the "SET" button for 1second to enter the high temperature upper limit setting interface,
you can see the currently selected temperature value flashes. Every time you press the
"SET" button, and the value will increase once. After selecting the appropriate value, you
can press and hold the "SET" button for 3seconds to save the data and return to the tire
pressure display interface.
High pressure / low pressure / high temperature / sudden air leakage / low voltage alarm
of sensor battery
The same interface of the display shows the pressure or temperature of the four tires.
When the tire pressure or temperature exceeds the safe range, the corresponding tire
position, parameter, and fault icons on the display screen will flash and give an alarm.
Press the "SET" button to cancel the alarm sound but the corresponding tire position,
parameter, and failure icons will continue to flash until all tire faults are cleared.
The display interface simultaneously displays the pressure, temperature and the power
input voltage of the four tires.

The factory setting parameters are
shown in the table below:

7-1 High Pressure Alarm
For example, when the left front tire pressure value is 3.1BAR, the display will show
information as shown in the figure and an alarm sound prompts.
7-2 Low Pressure Alarm
For example, when the left front tire pressure value is 1.9BAR, the display will show
information as shown in the figure and the alarm sound prompts.
7-3 High Temperature Alarm
For example, when the left front tire temperature is 81 °C, the display will show
information as shown in the figure and an alarm sound prompts.
7-4 Sudden Air Leakage Alarm
When the sensor detects a sudden air leakage, it will immediately send alarm data to the
display. The pressure reading of the corresponding tire position on the display keeps
decreasing, the fault icon flashes, and the alarm sounds. You can cancel the alarm
sounds by pressing “SET” button, however, the abnormal pressure reading on the
corresponding tire position and the flashing failure icon will not restore normal display until
all tire faults are cleared.
For example, when the pressure of the left front tire drops directly from the normal
pressure of 2.5BAR to 2.1BAR, the diagram of the sudden air leakage alarm is as follows:

7-5 Sensor Low Voltage Alarm
On the display, when the corresponding tire pressure number changes to "Lo", and at the
same time, the "Lo" and low battery icons flash, the alarm sound prompts. Press the
"SET" key to cancel the alarm sound.
For example, when the sensor voltage of the left front tire is too low, the sensor low
voltage alarm diagram is as follows.
7-6 Sensor Failure
If the sensor does not receive information for a long time, the sensor failure alarm will be
triggered.
In the tire pressure display interface, you can press the "SET" button 5times in quick
succession to enter the code matching interface. At this time, the left front wheel area will
display the “id” word, and the other areas will flash 6ID characters or the horizontal line
(You can refer to the first picture below).

9. Technical Parameters
Then if you short press the "SET" button once, the middle value is added to indicate the
change in tire position. Then you should install the sensor on the tire valve. When the
monitor receives sensor information, the buzzer will sound once and the ID code will
change to the ID code of the current sensor and flash in the screen (You can refer to the
second picture below), which indicates that the code is paired successfully.
If the code matching fails, the buzzer will not sound and the ID code will not change. At
this time, you should repeat the operations and match ID again.
If you receive multiple ID codes in a row in the same tire position, the latest received ID
code will be retained, and the original ID code will be deleted. Therefore, the ID code
must be matched in strict accordance with the order when checking the code.
When all the tires are successfully coded, you can press and hold the "SET" button for 3
seconds, the buzzer will sound once, indicating that the data has been saved and will
return to the tire pressure display interface.

disassemble the tire again, please be careful not to damage the sensor.
This product can monitor tire pressure and temperature changes to prevent tire blowouts,
but it cannot prevent tire blowouts. Drivers still need to pay attention to tire safety.
Therefore, the company is only responsible for product quality issues and repairs but not
responsible for tire blowout accidents.
1. If there is an alarm, it means that the sensor has been successfully connected to the
display. In this case, the data may not be displayed due to insufficient battery of the
sensor or unstable signal transmission. Then you need:
1) Replace a CR1632 battery again.
2) Remove the sensor and re-install it on the tire valve stem. After driving for 5-10
minutes, confirm whether the data is displayed.
2. If the alarm does not appear after removing the sensor, please back the Schrader Valve
(valve core) out approximately 1/8 to 1/4 turn and re-install the sensor. This will ensure
there is sufficient contact and air pressure on the sensor. After driving for 5-10 minutes,
observe whether the monitor displays the sensor data.
--- IF THE SENSORS NOT WORKING---
We recommend that you turn on the monitor first, and then install the sensor, so that the
monitor will not miss the first signal from the sensor. Please try driving for 5-10 minutes
and let the signal update to the monitor.
Remove the sensor and observe whether there is an alarm.

Generally speaking, the signal transmission distance of the sensor is no more than 36ft. If
you have a repeater, the signal transmission distance will be extended to 45ft or more.
However, the signal transmission will be blocked by objects and electromagnetic field
interference, so the signal transmission stability and the specific transmit distance
between your monitor and the sensor are determined by the actual situation on your
vehicle. If you find that the signal transmission of the sensor is unstable, then it may be
that the length of your vehicle has exceeded the original transmission distance of the
sensor, or there are too many interference sources in your vehicle. If the signal from the
sensor cannot be transmitted to the monitor, or the signal transmitted by the sensor is
unstable, we recommend that you purchase a repeater or other repeater models of the
Tymate.
