The Concept behind Polar Ice
Mimicking the natural ice-forming
patterns found in lakes and rivers,
Polar Ice allows ice on the surface
of the tray to freeze, while the
water below remains unfrozen.
We achieve this by using insulated
foam, so that only the surface of
the water is exposed to the cold.
