GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
This unit is designed for use by adults in good health. Nonetheless,
the following safety precautions should be taken by all users:
• To prevent burns or other injury to the skin, light clothing should be
worn during use.
• Patients with high blood pressure should consult their doctor before
using this unit.
• If you have any other concerns about your health, consult your doctor
before using this unit.
• Stop use immediately if you experience any weakness, dizziness,
pain or pressure during operation. Consult your doctor before next
use.
• Do not tear, cut open, or remove any portion of the unit’s outer
cover.
• This unit is intended for personal and indoor use only, not commercial
use.

READALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
Misuse or improper handling of this unit will void the product’s warranty.
• Remove all plastic wrapping before use. Keep plastic wrapping out of
the reach of children.
• Before initial use, ensure the entire unit is in good condition. If the
machine is damaged, do not use it. Instead, return it to your vendor.
• Place the unit on a clean, flat surface, on top of a protective mat to
shield your floor or carpeting. Allow at least one foot of open space
on all sides.
• If any defective parts are found, replace them immediately. Do not
use the unit again until it is in perfect working order.
• This unit is intended for personal and indoor use, not commercial use.
• Make sure all equipment is correctly assembled before using the unit.
Check to ensure that there is no damage on any portion of the unit.
• Carefully examine the cover of the unit before each use. If the cover
shows any sign of deterioration, such as tearing or cracking, do not
use the unit. Discard it immediately.
• Before each use, remove all jewelry and accessories such as
earrings, necklaces, and watches from your body.
• Do not use the unit within one hour after a meal, and do not drink any
alcoholic beverages before use. Nausea, dizziness, or fainting may
result.
• Fill the steamer pot with water up to the “middle” only. Overfilling will
damage the unit.

17. If you feel too hot while inside the main unit, either lower the temperature, or
pull the zipper open for a while to allow cooling.
18. Use this unit as a sauna only. Do not use it for any other purpose.
19. If the unit is not working properly, stop using it immediately. Return it to a
service center for repair or replacement. *Please see warranty for details.
20. Only use this unit for its intended use as described in this manual.
Do not apply any attachments that are not specifically recommended
for this unit.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Keep out of the reach of children. To prevent shock or burns, always keep
children a safe distance away from the Steam Generator.
2. Disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet before assembling or
disassembling parts, and also before cleaning.
3. Do not open the lid while the Steam Generator is in operation.
4. After use, put on protective gloves before handling the steamer pot.
5. Do not immerse the Steam Generator in water.
6. Do not attempt to repair or modify the Steam Generator by yourself.
Electric shock may result.
7. Never move the Steam Generator while it contains hot liquids. Place the
steamer box on a flat surface.
8. Do not allow any animals inside the main unit.
9. Do not use or store the main unit near a bathroom or sink.
10. Pour water over "LOW" line before each use.
11. Be sure to allow the Steam Generator to cool before touching or cleaning
it. Clean the inner pot after each use.
12. Do not add alcoholic liquid and / or toxic material into the Steam Generator.
13. To prevent possible burns, wear clothing when using the main unit.
14. To prevent possible burns, do not place your hands and feet too close to the
steam outlet.
15. Make sure that the TIMER switch is in the “OFF” position after each use.
Unplug whenever the Steam Generator is not in use.
16. Make sure the water level is set to "middle" to avoid water overflow.

2. MAIN UNIT SETUP:
a. Unfold the Main Unit and pull both sides outward to their full extent.
b. Unzip the back zipper. Shift the slide bar to the center. Rezip the zipper.
c. Place the waterproof mat onto the bottom of the main unit.
d. If you would like to utilize the top cover, place it over the top of the main
unit. Then attach the adhesive binder on both sides.
e. Set up the folding chair and place it inside the main unit.
f. Sit down on the chair inside of the main unit. Pull up the support rods
on either side of the unit and insert their top ends into their respective
support rod holders. This action will expand the main unit to its full size.
g. To disassemble the unit, simply reverse the sequence of these steps.
1. STEAM GENERATOR SETUP:
a. Connect one end of the Steam Supply Hose into the Steam Generator.
b. Connect the other end of the Steam Supply Hose to the Steam Intake

1. MAIN UNIT
Open the main unit by pulling down the zipper. Soak a soft cloth in
clean water and wring dry. Wipe all surfaces of the unit, inside and out.
Wipe the entire unit dry after each use.
Allow all portions of the main unit to dry completely before placing it
into storage.
2. STEAM GENERATOR
Before cleaning, allow the Steam Generator to cool completely.
Keep the unit clean by wiping the inner surface of the Steam
Generator with a clean, moistened cloth after every use.
Do not immerse the Steam Generator in water. Electric shock may
result.

OPERATION
1. Pour filtered water into the Steam Generator a little more than
halfway, making sure not to overfill it.
2. Place the plastic outer lid on top of the main unite with each of the
three tabs aligned with the notches around the opening.
3. Press down to seat the lid firmly, and then twist to seal the lid closed.
4. Press “Power” on the control panel and set the “Time” to 60 mins. Set
the “Level” to the highest number, Level 9.
5. Wait about 20 minutes.
6. After the water has boiled, set the “Level” of steaming to your
preference, based on the chart below.
