IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING!
Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is
especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with pre-existing health
problems. The manufacturer or distributor assumes no responsibility for personal injury or
property damage sustained by or through the use of this product.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND TIPS
1. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all users of this unit have read the Owner's
Manual and are familiar with warnings and safety precautions.
2. This unit has a user maximum capacity of 110 kg.
3. The unit should only be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only. The
unit should not be placed in a garage, patio, or near water and should never be used
while you are wet. We recommend a mat be placed under the unit to protect floor or
carpet and for easier cleaning.
4. Wear comfortable, good-quality walking or running shoes and appropriate clothing. Do
not wear sandals, socks or stockings.
5.Always examine your unit before using to ensure all parts are in working order.
6.Allow the unit to fully stop before dismounting.
7. Pets should never be allowed near the unit.
8. Do not leave children unsupervised near or on the unit.
9. Never operate the unit where oxygen is being administered, or where aerosol products
are being used.
10. Never insert any object or body parts into any opening.
11. For safety and to prevent damage to your unit, no more than one person should use the
unit at a time.
12. Service to your unit should only be performed by an authorized service representative,
unless authorized and/or instructed by the manufacturer.
13. Failure to follow these instructions will void the unit warranty.

Remove four M8x15 Bolts (24), Ø8 Spring
Washers (52), and Ø8 Curve Washers (37) from
the Rear Stabilizer (4).

Ø8 Washers (38) from underneath of
the Seat Cushion (27)

First attached Seat Post Knob (8) onto main frame.
Pull Seat Post Knob (8) as you insert Seat Post
(25).
Lock the Seat Post (25) in place by tightening the
Seat Post Knob (8) in a clockwise direction.
Remove four M8x15 Bolts (24) and Ø8 Curve
Washers (37) from the tube of the Main Frame (1).
Insert the Tension Cable (53) through into the
bottom hole of Handlebar Post (3) and pull it out
from the square hole of Handlebar Post (3).
Connect the Sensor Wire (26) from the Main Frame
(1) to the Middle Section Sensor Wire (55) from the
Handlebar Post (3).
Insert the Handlebar Post (3) onto the tube of the
Main Frame (1) and secure with four M8x15 Bolts
(24) and Ø8 Curve Washers (37) that were
removed.

Remove the M5x25 Bolt (57) and Ø5 Big Curve
Washer (51) from the Tension Control Knob (7).
Put the cable end of resistance cable of Tension
Control Knob (7) into the spring hook of Tension
Cable (53) as shown in drawing A.
Pull the resistance cable of Tension Control Knob
(7) up and force it into the gap of metal bracket of
Tension Cable (53) as shown in drawing B.
Attach the Tension Control Knob (7) onto the
Handlebar Post (3) with the M5x25 Bolt (57) and
Ø5 Big Curve Washer (51) that were removed.
Remove two M8x15 Bolts (24) and Ø8 Curve
Washers (37) from the Handlebar Post (3).
Attach the Handlebar (2) onto the Handlebar Post
(3) with two M8x15 Bolts (24) and Ø8 Curve
Washers (37) that were removed.
Remove two M5x10 Bolts (47) from the Computer
(10).
Connect the Middle Section Sensor Wire (55) to the
wire that comes from the Computer (10).
Attach the Computer (10) onto the top end of the
Handlebar Post (3) with two M5x10 Bolts (47) that
were removed.

CONSOLE
AUTO ON /OFF
When you start pedaling or press the button on the
computer, the computer will turn on. If you leave the
equipment for 4 minutes, the power will turn off
automatically.

Display Modes
Scan:
The monitor will automatically scan each function
of Speed - Distance -Time - Odometer - Calorie.
Each value will be held for 6 seconds.
Speed: Display the current training speed
Time: Display your elapsed workout time in
minutes and seconds..
Distance: Display the accumulative distance
traveled during workout.
Odometer: Displaythe total accumulative distance.
Calories: Display the total accumulated calories
burned during workout.

Note:
1.If the computer displays abnormally, please re-install the battery and try again.
2.Battery: TwoAAA
3.The batteries must be removed from the console before it is scrapped and that they are
disposed safely.

IMPORTANT
Please read and retain this manual as it will assist with identification for parts and service.
LIMITED WARRANTY
UB SPORTS warrants its B200 Exercise Bike to be free from defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of this article.
Evidence of unfair usage or incorrect adjustment by the owner will void this promise.
All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. UB SPORTS
obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacing or repairing the product, at the discretion of our
authorised service centre. Any enquiries relating to warranties or spare parts must first be directed to our
Freecall 1800 465 070 who will then assist you in the appropriate action to be taken. For efficient
processing of your enquiry please have proof of purchase, retailer name you purchased the item from
and the brand on the product.
This warranty does not extend to any damage to a product caused by abuse, improper or abnormal
usage, or repairs not provided by UB SPORTS. Nor does this warranty extend to products used for com-
mercial or rental purposes.This warranty does not cover ordinary wear, tear and weathering, failure to
follow directions, improper installation, improper maintenance or acts of God (such as damage caused
by storms, lightning and by snow or ice). No other Warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is
authorised by UB SPORTS.
Our sales and service centre has been set up to provide assembly assistance, replacement parts and
accessories, and to efficiently handle all warranty related matters.
