“neckare”multifunctional neck device
Mobile phones and 3C electronic products are very common
nowadays for people’s day to day usage. In the long-term
run, they will greatly affect the strength and endurance of
the neck muscles. After a long period of strain, tension and

The neckare has the EMS function, which is to give strength
training to the trapezius muscle group in the middle of the
neck. It also combines the 850nm wavelength, which the
Infrared rays can irradiate underlying layer of the skin. In

• On body parts where hair removal treatment was performed the same day

• Do not heat the product itself or the gel sheet in a microwave or get it close to open flame.
• Do not use this product in any manner other than its intended use and make sure to follow
all directions in the instruction manual.
• Do not use the product on small children or pets. Do not let children or pets play with the
product.
• Do not spill any liquids on the product.
• Do not use this product while doing the exercise or driving.
• If you notice any strange smell or sound, or if any water or other contaminants should
happen to get inside the product, switch it off immediately. This is to avoid the short circuit
or fire or other damage to the product.
CAUTION
Follow the precautions below when using the product. Failure to do so may
result in an accident, electric shock, injury, damage, or soiling.
• Do not use damaged, old or dirty gel sheets.
• Do not bend or fold gel sheets. Doing so will damage the gel sheet.
• Stick the gel sheet to your skin. If there is a gap between the gel
sheet and the area it is attached to, the electricity will not flow evenly
across the entire surface of the gel sheet and you may feel a strong
stimulus or pain.
• Turn off the product before removing the gel sheet.
• Always adhere the gel sheet to the electrodes when using the
product. Do not touch the electrodes directly when the power is on.
• Make sure your hands are clean when handling the gel sheets.
Follow the instructions below when handling gel sheets.
Failure to do so may result in pain or burns.

• Charge in a location with a temperature of 15 to 35oC. Battery
performance may deteriorate at lower or higher temperatures due to
the nature of the rechargeable battery.
•If charging is not completed after the specified charging time, stop
the charging process right away. If an abnormal situation occurs
during charging, please immediately unplug the power adapter from
the socket. Otherwise, it may cause smoke, fire, rupture, or failure.
• Do not connect anything except AC adapter to the control unit of
this product. Doing so may cause fire or damage to the product.
• Plug the adapter for the charging stand in all the way to its base. If
it’s used without securely plugged, it may cause electrical shock or
fire due to the accumulation of dusk.
Please follow the below cautions when charging. This is to avoid
the injury or product malfunction or accident to happen.

• During the usage process, if you’d like to remove or relocate
this product, make sure to turn the power off first.
• If you sense something abnormal with your skin or body, stop
use immediately and consult your doctor. Doing so may result in
an accident or poor health.
• Using the product at a very high level or for a long time may
cause muscle fatigue, tingling and/or redness on your skin.
• Remove any jewelry or accessories such as necklaces, belts, and
piercings when using this product. Doing so may result in an
accident, injury, or damage.
• Keep electronic devices, such as wristwatches, pedometers, etc.,
away from your body during use. Failure to do so may result in
malfunction of the electrical device.
•If there is a special need for use, please use it under the guidance
of a physical therapist or sports physician.
• When using the product, do not apply lotion or body cream on
the area where you will be attaching this product. Doing so may
reduce adhesion of the gel sheet.
• Gel sheets adhere to the skin better if the hair in the area has
been removed. However, do not use on the day the hair is
removed.
• Do not heat or cool the product before use, as doing so may
deform it. Also, do not use in a manner that subjects the product
to sudden changes in temperature, such as pouring hot water on
it, using it in a sauna, etc.
• Before using the product, clean the area of the skin where you
want to apply it.
• Do not immerse this product in water
• Do not repair this product on your own
• Do not dissemble this product unless the purpose of disposal it.

This product contains a rechargeable battery that still retain a
small amount of power. It is recommended that you fully
charge it before using it for the first time.
● Insert the charging terminal
to the USB charging hole on
top of the heating area, and
plug the charger to the

1.Charge the product.

● Understand the protection film have A & B side.
●A side: blue printing protective film, peel off and stick
to the device.
B side: transparent protective film, which is to be
removed after the gel sheet attached to the
conductive rubber.
The conductive gel sheet can evenly conduct the energy of
the electrode area to the skin. It’s essential to paste the gel
sheet to the conductive rubber before using it.
●After removing the A side blue printing protective
film, align the conductive gel sheet to the electrode
area of the body and attach it tightly.
● When attaching, a slight deviation does not affect
normal usage.
●After it’s attached, slightly pressurize the fingertip to
expel air bubbles and closely fit to the conductive
rubber.
●Remove the B side transparent protective film, now
it’s ready to use.
●The new conductive gel is very sticky. You can use
your finger to pat a while before wearing it to reduce
the excessive adhesion level.
2.Apply the conductive gel sheet before use
Identify the direction of
the protective film
● What should I do if I accidentally paste the gel sheet on crooked? If
the deviation from the alignment is more than 3mm, we recommend
that it be re-attached. At this moment, together with the transparent
film, try to carefully peel it off slowly with the protective films, level
them evenly and paste again.
● Do not use damaged, degraded, or excessively dirty conductive gel
sheets. It may cause burns to your skin

After the conductive gel sheet has been attached (tear off the
transparent film), pull the two ends of the body's elastic metal
arm, and put it on the shoulder and neck from the rear end. At
this time, please confirm the 2 electrode pads have been
completely fit to the neck.
Wearing on the neck
● Make sure to remove any type of metal(necklace for
example), ornaments, cloth and hair from the neck
● Press the central end and push towards the neck, and make
the conductive gel of the electrode area to fit with the
neck’s skin
● Make sure that there are no decorative items on the neck before use,
especially the metal necklace. It may affect the electro output and
result in accident.
●It is absolutely forbidden to wear it backwards or in a crooked
direction.

1. Turn on the power
Press and hold the + power button for 1.5 seconds, you will
hear a long beep, indicating that it’s is powered on. After
long pressing the + power key again for 1.5 seconds to hear a
long beep, it’ll turn off the power. Turning off the EMS
function will also turn off the heating and music effects.
● When the turned on product is not attached to the human body part
for a long time, the product will shut down automatically.
● The duration time for each training cycle is 10 min. The device will
automatically shut down once the training is completed.

2.Adjust the intensity
The EMS + & - button emits a beep sound every time it is
pressed. The neck is a sensitive area of the body. Please
adjust slowly to avoid the sudden overload on the muscle
for the EMS output.
●
Each time the increase / decrease key is pressed, you’ll
hear a beep sound. When the intensity reaches the
maximum or minimum level, it will beep twice.

Heating with EMS function: Turn on the EMS function first.
Press and hold the heat key for 1.5 seconds. After hearing a
beep, heating function will be on; press and hold for 1.5
seconds again to turn off the heating function separately.
You can use the heating function individually without the
EMS function. Press and hold the heat button for 1.5
seconds, then it’ll turn on the heat function. You can long
press again for 1.5 seconds to turn it off.
Music function: When EMS function or heating function is on,
press and hold the music function key for 1.5 seconds. After
hearing a beep, it will be turned on. When pressed again, it
will turn off (music function cannot work independently).

1.Remove the device
After using it, slowly pull the body's elastic arm outward, and
then pull it upwards (do not pull it directly away from the skin, as
it may make the skin uncomfortable).
2.Be sure to charge again after each usage
The EMS with the heating function is extremely
power-consuming. To ensure that you’ll have a complete
user experience cycle next time, we recommend that you to
recharge it after each usage.
●To ensure the cleanness of the gel sheet, be sure to cover the
storage sheet to the gel sheet, and store it properly for the next
usage.
●Sometimes the conductive gel sheet may sticks to the neck. If
so, please slowly and carefully remove it from the neck’s skin,
and attach it to the device’s conductive rubber as complete as
possible. Cover it with the storage sheet and press the
surrounding surface to fix it again.

1.The maintenance of the device’s surface
The surface of the device will gradually become dirty after
repeated use. It is forbidden to use solvents to clean the surface
of the leather. Please wipe it with a damp cloth, as the device is
made with IP22 standards.
●
To ensure the cleanness of the gel sheet, be sure to cover the
storage sheet to the gel sheet, and store it properly for the next
usage.
●
Sometimes the conductive gel sheet may sticks to the neck. If
so, please slowly and carefully remove it from the neck’s skin,
and attach it to the device’s conductive rubber as complete as
possible. Cover it with the storage sheet and press the
surrounding surface to fix it again.
2.Standard maintenance methods of conductive gel
If the conductive gel sheet is too dry and not sticky enough after
being used for many times, please apply a little bit of water on
your fingertips, pat on the adhesive surface of the conductive
gel to increase the viscosity again.
● After each usage, be sure to put the storage sheet back on.
●Do not rinse with water or wipe with paint thinner, detergent or alcohol.
●Make sure your hands are clean before touching the conductive gel sheet.
●It is forbidden to wipe the surface with lint-free paper towels and fabrics.
●Do not place it in direct sunlight or excessively dry environment.

3.Regularly renew your conductive gel
3.1 How to remove the conductive gel correctly
● If it’s not been used for a long time after it’s unsealed, or
has been used for more than ten times, it should be replaced
with a new conductive gel.
●The viscosity is weakened, and the adhesive surface
(conductive gel surface) is damaged, or stains that cannot
be removed. Be sure to replace it with a new one.
●Conductive gel sheet is a consumable item. To ensure that
the device can have the best performance all the time, new
conductive gel should be replaced regularly.
●If you feel stinging pain & discomfort during the usage,
please replace the gel sheet immediately.
1. It is recommended to use the "diagonally push & roll"
method to gradually push the gel sheet from the device. Do
not try to directly tear it off.
2. At last, the removed conductive gel can be used to stick up
the small pieces of remaining gel on the rubber.
●Please make sure that the power is turned off before the maintenance. There’ll is
a risk of electric shock if you proceed the maintenance when the power is on.
● Do not rinse or wipe with the paint thinner, detergent or alcohol.
● Make sure your hands are clean before touching the conductive gel sheet.
● It is forbidden to wipe the surface with the lint-free paper towels and fabrics.
● Do not place it in direct sunlight or excessively dry environment.
