TIPPS & TRICKS
Die Connect Box ist ein Freigeist und mag es luftig. Stell sie immer
aufrecht hin und stelle sicher, dass die Vorderseite in den Raum schaut.
Denn das Signalgeht von der Vorder- und Oberseiteder Connect Box
weg. Deshalb: Versteckedeine Connect Box nicht im Regal oder hinter
dem TV-Gerät.
Zwischen deiner Connect Box und deinen WLAN-Geräten, die das
Signal empfangen sollen, sollte es so wenige Hindernisse wie möglich
geben. Am besten platzierstdu die Connect Box so, dass sie sich in der
Nähe der am häugsten genutzten Geräte bendet.

Box and your Wi-Fi devices that you want to receive the signal. We
recommend that you position the Connect Box so that it is close to
the devices you use the most.
Il Connect Box è uno spirito libero e ha bisogno di zone arieggiate.
Assicurati che sia sempre in posizione verticale e che la parte anteri-
ore sia rivolta verso la stanza, poiché il segnale viene emesso dal lato
anteriore e superiore. Dunque non nascondere il tuo Connect Box su
uno scaale o dietro la TV.
La Connect Box est un esprit libre et aime l’air. Placez-la toujours en
position verticaleen veillant à ce que la face avant soit tournée vers la
pièce. En eet, le signal sort par la face avant et le dessus du modem.
Donc, ne cachez pas votre Connect Box sur l’étagère ou derrière le
téléviseur.
The Connect Box is a free spirit and likes a lot of space. Always po-
sition it upright and make sure that the front is facing into the room
because the signal comes from the front and top of the Connect Box.
So don’t hide your Connect Box in a cupboard or behind your TV.

Aber Achtung: Zu viel Nähe magdie Connect Box auch nicht. Sie kann
es gar nicht leiden, wenn sie von anderen Geräten angestrahlt wird.
Beachte deshalb: Elektronische Geräte, die selbst Signale aussenden,
müssen auf Abstand – sie können das Signal stören. Dazugehören:
Radio, Babyphone, die Basisstationdes Schnurlostelefons, Bluetooth-
Geräte und die Mikrowelle.
Wasserscheu ist sie auch noch, unsere Connect Box: Dassdraussen auf
dem Balkon der falsche Standort für sie ist, sollte klar sein. Doch auch
ein Aquarium in der Nähe kann sich negativ auf die Stärke des Signals
auswirken. Es lohnt sich also, für die Fischpopulation eine Behausung
mit Abstand zur Connect Box zu nden.

Our Connect Box is also scared of water: it ought to be obvious that
outside on the balcony is the wrong place for it. But a nearby aquarium
can also have a negative eect on the strength of the signal. And so it
is worth nding a home that is further away from the Connect Box for
your sh population.
Ma attenzione: bisogna evitare anche la troppa vicinanza ad altri dis-
positivi in seguito ai segnali emanati da questi ultimi. Quindi attenzio-
ne: i dispositivi elettronici che emettono segnali devono essere tenuti a
distanza in quanto potrebbero disturbare il segnale. Tra questi vi sono:
radio, babyphone, base di telefoni cordless, dispositivi Bluetooth, e
forni a microonde.

n’apprécie pas d’être exposée à d’autres appareils. Donc, les appareils
électroniques qui émettent eux-mêmesdes signauxdoivent rester à
l’écart – ils peuvent perturber le signal wi-. Parmi ceux-ci: radio, ba-
byphone, station de base du téléphone sans l et four à micro-ondes.
But take note: the Connect Box doesn’t like to get too close either. It
can’t stand being attacked by signals from other devices. So please
make sure that electronic devices that emit a signal of their own are
kept at a distance – they can interfere with the signal. This includes
radios, baby monitors, the base station of your cordless telephone,
Bluetooth devices and microwaves.
