Assembly Instructions
TOOLS REQUIRED BUT NOT INCLUDED:
Phillips head screwdriver
WARNINGS:
Do not throw away packing materials and carton until after assembly.
Assemble all parts on a clean smooth surface
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Do not place over heat or Air conditioning
vents. Blot spills do not rub, with a clean white cloth.
Do not use harsh chemicals.
Before cleaning any part test a small spot in a hidden area.

STEP 1: As you unpack and prepare for assembly, place the contents on a carpeted or padded flat surface area.
STEP 2: Put Lower Lamp Body (F) onto Base (G) and Washer (H) and Hex Nut (I) underneath.Attach with Screws(J) using
Wrench (K) to tighten.
STEP 3: Place the assembled lamp body onto the lower part of Middle Lamp Body (E) and attach with Screws (D).Use
Wrench (K) to tighten.
STEP 4: Place the assembled lamp body onto Upper Lamp Body (C) and attach with Screws (D). Tighten with a Phillips
head screwdriver.
STEP 5: Put the Shade (B) onto the lamp body and then secure with Socket Ring (A) by rotating in a clockwise direction
until tight.
STEP 6: Insert the specified light bulb into the socket.
STEP 7: Plug into outlet, turn on switch, and enjoy your new lamp!
Use a 60W (MAX) Type A incandescent bulb or a 10W LED bulb. Do not use bulb that exceeds recommended
wattage.
