NORMAS GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD
Esta HIDROLAVADORA tiene características
que harán su trabajo más rápido y fácil. Seguri-
dad, comodidad y confiabilidad fueron previs-
tos como prioridad para el diseño del mismo,
haciendo más fácil su operación.
ADVERTENCIA: Lea todas las advertencias
de seguridad y todas las instrucciones. La omi-
sión de alguna de las advertencias e instruccio-
nes que se enlistan a continuación puede dar
como resultado un choque eléctrico, fuego y/o
un serio daño.
CONSERVE TODAS LAS ADVERTENCIAS Y
TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES.
SEGURIDAD EN EL ÁREA DE TRABAJO
Mantenga el área de trabajo limpia y bien ilu-
minada. Las áreas desordenadas y oscuras pro-
vocan accidentes.
No maneje herramientas eléctricas en atmós-
feras explosivas, tales como en presencia de
líquidos inflamables, gases o polvo. Las herra-
mientas eléctricas crean chispas que pueden
encender el polvo o los humos.
Mantenga alejados a los niños y curiosos
mientras maneja una herramienta eléctrica.
Las distracciones pueden causarle la pérdida
del control.
SEGURIDAD ELÉCTRICA
La clavija de la herramienta eléctrica debe
coincidir con receptáculo. No modificar nunca
la clavija de ninguna manera. No usar ningún
adaptador de clavijas con herramientas eléctri-
cas puestas a tierra. Clavijas no modificadas y
bases coincidentes reducirán el riesgo de cho-
que eléctrico.
Evite el contacto del cuerpo con superficies
puestas a tierra como tuberías, radiadores, co-
cinas eléctricas y refrigeradores. Hay un riesgo
aumentado de choque eléctrico si su cuerpo
está puesto a tierra.
No exponga las herramientas eléctricas a la llu-
via o a condiciones de humedad. El agua que
entre en la herramienta aumentará el riesgo
de choque eléctrico.
No abuse del cable. No usar nunca el cable para
llevar, levantar o desenchufar la herramienta
eléctrica. Mantenga el cable lejos del calor,
aceite, cantos vivos o piezas en movimiento.
Los cables dañados o enredados aumentan el
riesgo de choque eléctrico.
Cuando maneje una herramienta eléctrica en
el exterior, use una prolongación de cable ade-
cuada para uso en el exterior. El uso de una
prolongación de cable adecuada para uso en el
exterior reduce el riesgo de choque eléctrico.

SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
Esté alerta, vigile lo que está haciendo y use el
sentido común cuando maneje una herramien-
ta eléctrica. No use una herramienta eléctrica
cuando esté cansado o bajo la influencia de
drogas, alcohol o medicamentos. Un momento
de distracción mientras maneja herramientas
eléctricas puede causar un daño personal serio.
Use equipo de seguridad. Lleve siempre pro-
tección para los ojos. La utilización para las
condiciones apropiadas de un equipo de segu-
ridad tal como mascarilla antipolvo, zapatos no
resbaladizos, gorro duro, o protección para los
oídos reducirá los daños personales.
Evite un arranque accidental. Asegúrese de
que el interruptor está en posición apagado
antes de conectar a la red y/o a la batería, co-
ger o transportar la herramienta. Transportar
herramientas eléctricas con el dedo sobre el
interruptor o enchufar herramientas eléctricas
que tienen en interruptor en posición encendi-
do invita a accidentes.
Retire llaves o herramienta antes de arrancar
la herramienta eléctrica. Una llave o herra-
mienta dejada unida a una pieza rotativa de
una herramienta eléctrica puede causar un
daño personal.
No se sobrepase. Mantenga los pies bien asen-
tados sobre el suelo y conserve el equilibrio en
todo momento. Esto permite un mejor control
de la herramienta eléctrica en situaciones in-
esperadas.

Vista adecuadamente. No vista ropa suelta o
joyas. Mantenga su pelo, su ropa y guantes
alejados de las piezas en movimiento. La ropa
suelta, las joyas o el pelo largo pueden ser co-
gidos en las piezas en movimiento.
Si hay dispositivos para la conexión de medios
de extracción y recolección de polvo, asegúre-
se de que éstos estén conectados y se usen co-
rrectamente. El uso de estos dispositivos puede
reducir los peligros relacionados con el polvo.
IMPORTANTE: Este aparato no se destina
para utilizarse por personas (incluyendo niños)
cuyas capacidades físicas, sensoriales o menta-
les sean diferentes o estén reducidas, o carez-
can de experiencia o conocimiento, a menos
que dichas personas reciban una supervisión o
capacitación para el funcionamiento del apa-
rato por una persona responsable de su segu-
ridad. Los niños deben supervisarse para ase-
gurar que ellos no empleen los aparatos como
juguete.
UTILIZACIÓN Y CUIDADOS DE LAS
HERRAMIENTAS ELÉCTRICAS
No fuerce la herramienta eléctrica. Use la he-
rramienta eléctrica correcta para su aplicación.
La herramienta eléctrica correcta hará el tra-
bajo mejor y más seguro al ritmo para la que
fue concebida.
No use la herramienta eléctrica si el interrup-
tor no gira “encendido” y “apagado”. Cual-
quier herramienta eléctrica que no pueda con-
trolarse con el interruptor es peligrosa y debe
repararse.
Desenchufe la clavija de la fuente de alimen-
tación y/o de la batería antes de efectuar
cualquier ajuste, cambio de accesorios, o de
almacenar las herramientas eléctricas. Tales
medidas preventivas de seguridad reducen el
riesgo de arrancar la herramienta accidental-
mente.
Almacene las herramientas eléctricas inactivas
fuera del alcance de los niños y no permita el
manejo de la herramienta eléctrica a personas
no familiarizadas con las herramientas o con
estas instrucciones. Las herramientas eléctricas
son peligrosas en manos de usuarios no entre-
nados.
Mantenga las herramientas eléctricas. Com-
pruebe que las partes móviles no estén des-
alineadas o trabadas, que no haya piezas ro-
tas u otras condiciones que puedan afectar la
operación de las herramientas eléctricas. Las
herramientas eléctricas se reparan antes de su
uso, cuando están dañadas. Muchos acciden-
tes son causados por herramientas eléctricas
pobremente mantenidas.
Mantenga las herramientas de corte afiladas y
limpias. Las herramientas de corte mantenidas
correctamente con los bordes de corte afilados
son menos probables de trabarse y más fáciles
de controlar.
Use la herramienta eléctrica, accesorios y pun-
tas de herramienta, etc. de acuerdo con estas
instrucciones y de la manera prevista para el
tipo particular de herramienta eléctrica, te-
niendo en cuenta las condiciones de trabajo
y el trabajo a desarrollar. El uso de la herra-
mienta eléctrica para aplicaciones diferentes
de las previstas podría causar una situación de
peligro.
SERVICIO
Haga revisar su herramienta eléctrica por un
servicio de reparación cualificado usando sola-
mente piezas de recambio idénticas. Esto ga-
rantizará que la seguridad de la herramienta
eléctrica se mantiene.

EMBALAJE
La máquina se entrega parcialmente desmon-
tada dentro de un embalaje de cartón.
NOTA: Los materiales que costituyen el emba-
laje no son nocivos para el ambiente; sin em-
bargo, deben ser reciclados o eliminados respe-
tando la normatividad nacional vigente
INFORMACIÓN DE LA HERRAMIENTA
Esta máquina ha sido prevista para uso indi-
vidual, destinada a la limpieza de vehículos,
máquinas, embarcaciones menores, obras de
albañilería, etc., a fin de eliminar la suciedad
persistente con agua limpia y detergentes quí-
micos biodegradables.
El lavado de motores de vehículos está permi-
tido sólo a condición de que el agua sucia sea
eliminada según lo establecido por las normas
vigentes:
-Temperatura de agua en entrada: véase placa
de matrícula con los datos que se encuentra
aplicada en la máquina.
-Presión de agua en entrada: menor a 10 bares.
-Temperatura ambiente de funcionamiento,
superior a 0°C según lo dispuesto por la norma
EN 60335-2-79/A1, sólo para modelos de uso
doméstico.
USO INAPROPIADO
Se prohíbe el uso a personas inexpertas que no
hayan leído, o no hayan comprendido las ins-
trucciones presentadas en este manual.
Está prohibido alimentar la máquina con líqui-
dos inflamables, explosivos o tóxicos.
Está prohibido utilizar la máquina en atmósfe-
ras potencialmente inflamables o explosivas.
Está prohibido utilizar accesorios no originales
o no especificados para el modelo.
Está prohibido realizar alteraciones de la má-
quina; el hacerle modificaciones al producto
provoca la invalidación de la Declaración de
Conformidad y exime al fabricante de toda res-
ponsabilidad civil y penal.
ENSAMBLE E INSTALACIÓN
ENSAMBLE
ATENCIÓN: Todas las operaciones de insta-
lación y montaje deben ser efectuadas con la
máquina desconectada de la red eléctrica.

CONEXIÓN A LA ALIMENTACIÓN DE AGUA
IMPORTANTE: Sólo agua filtrada o limpia
debe ser usada para el mejor desempeño de
la herramienta. El suministro de agua desde
el grifo debe garantizar un suministro igual
al caudal de la bomba. Coloque la máquina lo
más cercano del sistema de suministro de agua
como sea posible.
INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
AJUSTES
REGULACIÓN DEL CABEZAL: El flujo de agua
se ajusta regulando con el cabezal de la lanza.
REGULACIÓN DEL DETERGENTE: El flujo del
detergente se puede ajustar con la perilla de
ajuste de suministro de detergente.

SUMINISTRO DE DETERGENTE: Establezca el
cabezal a la posición "−" para que pueda sumi-
nistrar el detergente.
AJUSTE DE LA PRESIÓN: La perilla de regula-
ción se utiliza para ajustar la presión de traba-
jo. La presión se muestra en el manómetro y así
será más fácil establecerlo.
OPERACIÓN
El interruptor de encendido cuenta con una luz
piloto que se enciende cuando el interruptor se
activa en la posición de encendido.
IMPORTANTE: LA HIDROLAVADORA DEBE
MANTENERSE EN UNA POSICIÓN HORIZONTAL
SOBRE UNA SUPERFICIE SEGURA Y ESTABLE.
ADVERTENCIA: Antes de encender el pro-
ducto asegúrese que la manguera que alimen-
ta la hidrolavadora se encuentra conectada
apropiadamente; el uso de la herramienta sin
agua podría provocar daños internos; asegúre-
se de no cubrir las rendijas de ventilación de
la hidrolavadora si esta se encuentra en ope-
ración.
ENCENDIENDO LA HIDROLAVADORA
1. Abra la llave de agua al máximo.
2. Libere el seguro
del gatillo de la
pistola.
3. Presione el ga-
tillo durante algu-
nos segundos y en
seguida presione
el interruptor de
encendido.
Modelos TSS: Los modelos TSS tienen como
característica, la interrupción automática del
flujo del agua:
- cuando el gatillo de la pistola se suelta, la
presión dinámica apaga automáticamente el
motor eléctrico;
- cuando el gatillo de la pistola se presiona, la
caída de presión enciende automáticamente el
motor y la presión se restablece con un peque-
ño retraso;
- si el sistema TSS (total stop system) funciona
correctamente, las operaciones de presionar
y soltar del gatillo deben efectuarse entre un
lapso inferior a 4 o 5 segundos.
NOTA: Con la máquina en funcionamiento y
para evitar daños en la máquina no interrumpa
el chorro de agua por un periodo superior a 10
minutos cada vez.
DETENIENDO LA HIDROLAVADORA
1. Establezca el interruptor en la posición "0"
de apagado.
2. Presione el gatillo de la pistola y descargue
la presión residual de la manguera.
3. Coloque de nuevo el seguro del gatillo.
REESTABLECIENDO EL FUNCIONAMIENTO
1. Libere el gatillo de la pistola
2. Presione el gatillo y descargue la presión de
aire que se encuentre dentro de la manguera.
3. Establezca el interruptor en la posición de
encendido.
ALMACENAMIENTO
1. Establezca el interruptor en la posición de
apagado.
2. Desconecte de la fuente de poder.
3. Cierre la llave del agua.
4. Libere la presión residual de la pistola hasta
que el agua haya salido de la boquilla.
5. Drene el depósito del detergente.
6. Coloque el seguro del gatillo.
LLENADO Y USO DEL DETERGENTE
Cuando utilice detergente, la boquilla debe
mantenerse en posición "−".
Llene el tanque con detergente altamente bio-
degradable.
PROCEDIMIENTO RECOMENDADO DE USO
Disuelva la suciedad aplicando el detergente
mezclado con agua sobre la superficie seca.
Cuando trabaje sobre superficies verticales,
opere desde la base hacia arriba.
Permita que el detergente actue sobre la base
por 1 o 2 minutos sin permitir que la super-
ficie se seque. Comenzando desde la base use
el chorro de la lanza a una distancia mínima
de 30 cm, comenzando por abajo. Evíte que el
agua que vaya enjuagando escurra sobre las
superficies no lavadas.
MANTENIMIENTO
Todo servicio de mantenimiento que no se in-
dique en este apartado debe ser llevado a cabo
por personal autorizado en un centro de ser-
vicio.

ADVERTENCIA: Siempre desconecte la he-
rramienta de la fuente de poder antes de reali-
zar cualquier tipo de mantenimiento.
LIMPIANDO LA BOQUILLA
Desmontar la lanza de la
pistola.
Elimine la suciedad en el
agujero de la boquilla de la
lanza usando la herramien-
ta de limpieza del cabezal.
LIMPIANDO EL FILTRO
Limpie el filtro de succión y el filtro del deter-
gente una vez cada 50 hrs de uso.
DESATASCANDO EL MOTOR
En caso de interrupciones prolongadas, sedi-
mentos de cal pueden provocar que el motor
se detenga.
SOLUCIONADOR DE PROBLEMAS
LA BOMBA NO ALCANZA UNA PRESIÓN
ADECUADA
Boquilla desgastada: Reemplace la boquilla.
Filtro de agua sucio: Limpie el filtro.
Alimentación agua insuficiente: Abra por com-
pleto el grifo.
Succión de aire al sistema: Verifique que todas
las conexiones se encuentren bien apretadas.
Aire en la bomba: Apague la máquina y accio-
nar la pistola hasta obtener la salida de un cho-
rro continuo. Encienda nuevamente.
Boquilla ajustable no posicionada correcta-
mente: Gire el cabezal.
BAJA DE PRESIÓN DURANTE EL USO
Aspiración de agua desde un depósito exter-
no: Conecte la máquina a la red hidráulica.
Temperatura excesiva agua en entrada: Reduz-
ca la temperatura.
Boquilla obstruida: Limpie la boquilla.
EL MOTOR HACE RUIDO PERO FALLA AL EN-
CENDER
Potencia de entrada insuficiente: Verifique
que el voltaje de la conexión sea igual a la indi-
cada en la etiqueta de datos.
Perdida de potencia por el uso de una exten-
sión eléctrica: Verifique las características de la
extensión eléctrica.
Inactividad de la herramienta por un periodo lar-
go: Contacte su centro de servicio más cercano.
Problemas con el sistema de paro total TSS:
Contacte su centro de servicio más cercano.
EL MOTOR NO ENCIENDE
No existe corriente eléctrica: Verifique que el
enchufe se encuentre bien conectado con la
fuente eléctrica.
Problemas con el sistema de paro total TSS:
Contacte su centro de servicio más cercano.
FUGA DE AGUA
Empaques dañados: Lleve su herramienta a un
centro de servicio para su reemplazo.
RUIDOS EN LA MÁQUINA
Agua demasiado caliente: Reduzca la tempe-
ratura del agua.
FUGA DE ACEITE
Empaques dañados: Contacte a un centro de
servicio autorizado.
EL MOTOR SIGUE FUNCIONANDO AÚN
CUANDO EL GATILLO DE LA PISTOLA SE HA
DEJADO DE PRESIONAR
La boquilla se encuentra atascada: Limpie la
boquilla.
Falta de hermeticidad en el sistema de alta
presión o en el circuito de la bomba: Contacte
su centro de servicio más cercano.
EL AGUA NO SALE AUN APRETANDO EL GA-
TILLO (CON LA MANGUERA SUPLEMENTA-
RIA DE ALIMENTACIÓN CONECTADA)
La boquilla se encuentra atascada: Limpie la
boquilla.
SI el motor enciende y no se vuelve a encender
durante la operación, espere de 2 a 3 minutos
antes de encender la herramienta nuevamente
(la funcion de sobrecarga se ha activado). Si el
problema es recurrente a más de una vez, con-
tacte su centro de servicio más cercano.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES
Your PRESSURE WASHER has many features that
will make your job faster and easier. Safety, per-
formance and reliability have been given top
priority in the design of this tool, qualities to
make easy to maintain and to operate.
Carefully read the entire manual before at-
tempting to use this tool. Make sure to pay
special attention to the safety rules and indica-
tions, plus all the warnings and cautions of this
manual.
WARNING: Read and understand all instruc-
tions. Failure to follow all indications listed be-
low, may result in electric shock, fire and/or seri-
ous personal injury.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
WORK AREA
• Keep your work area clean and well lit. Clut-
tered benches and dark areas may cause acci-
dents.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmo-
spheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases or dust. Some power tools create
sparks which may provoke fire.
• Keep away observers, children and visitors
while operating a power tool. Distractions can
cause you to lose control.
ELECTRIC SAFETY
• Double insulation eliminates the need for the
three wire grounded power cord and grounded
power supply system.
• Avoid the body contact with grounded sur-
faces such as pipes, radiators and refrigerators.
There is an increased risk of electric shock if your
body is grounded.
• Don’t expose power tools to rain or wet con-
ditions. The precense of water into power tools
will increase the risk of electric shock.
• Do not abuse of the power cord. Never use
the power cord to carry the tool and do not pull
the plug off the outlet. Keep the cable away of
heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Replace
damaged cords immediately. Damaged cords in-
crease the risk of electric shock.
PERSONAL SAFETY
• Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use
common sense when operating a power tool.
Don’t use the tool if you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A
moment of unattention while operating power
tools may cause a serious personal injury.
• Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing
or jewellery. Contain long hair. Keep your hair,
clothing and gloves away of moving parts. Loose
clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught in
moving parts.
• Avoid an accidental starting. Be sure that the
switch is OFF before plugging in. Carrying tools
with the finger on the switch or plug in the tool
switch in ON may cause accidents.
• Remove the adjusting keys or wrenches before
turning the tool on. A wrench or a key that is left
close to a rotating part of the tool may provoke
a personal injury.
• Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and
balance at all times. Proper footing and balance
enables better control of the tools on unexpect-
ed situations.
• Use safety equipment. Always wear eye pro-
tection. Dust mask, nonskid safety shoes, hard
hat, or hearing protection must be used for ap-
propriate conditions.
• Before connecting the tool to a power source
(receptacle, outlet, etc.) be sure that the voltage
supplied is the same as that one specified on the
nameplate of the tool. To use a not specified
voltage may cause a serious injury to the user as
well as damage the tool.
IMPORTANT: This appliance is not intended
for use by persons (including children) with re-
duced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
may be different or reduced, or lack of experi-
ence or knowledge, unless such persons are su-
pervised or trained to operate the product by
a person responsible for their safety. Children
should be supervised to ensure they do not use
the devices as toys.
TOOL USE AND CARE
• Do not force the power tool. Use the correct
tool for the application. The correct tool will do
the job better and more safely at the rate that it
was designed to work at.
• Use clamps or other practical way to secure
and support the workpiece to a estable plat-
form. Holding the work by hand or against your
body is unestable and may cause loss of control.
• Do not use tools if switch does not turn it on
or off. Any tool that cannot be controlled whith
the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
• Disconnect the plug from the power source
before making any adjustments, changing acces-
sories or storing the tool. This preventive safety
measures reduce the risk of accidental starting
of the tool.
• When the power tool is not in use, store it out
of the reach of children, and do not allow indi-
viduals who are not familiar with the power tool

or these instructions to operate it. Power tools
are dangerous in the hands on untrained users.
• Maintain the power tool. Check for misalign-
ment or binding of moving parts, broken parts,
and any other condition that may affect the op-
eration of the power tool. If it is damaged, have
it repaired before using. Many accidents are
caused by poorly maintained power tools.
• Check for misalignment or bonding of moving
parts, breakage parts, and any other condition
that may affect the tools operation. If you find
a damaged tool, take it to service before use it.
• Use only accessories that are recommended
by the manufacturer of your model. Suitable ac-
cessories for one tool, may become hazardous
when are used on another tool.
• Do not alter or misuse the tool. These tools
have been built by precision. Any alteration or
modification not specified is misuse and may re-
sult in a dangerous condition.
• Is recommendable to use a safety device suit-
able, such a thermal and diferential switch when
you are using an electric equipment.

• Tool service must be perfomed only by quali-
fied repair personnel. Service or maintenance
performed by unqualified personnel could result

• When tool service is required, use only iden-
tical replacement parts and follow the instruc-

The use of unauthorized parts or failure to fol-
low Maintenance Instructions may cause a risk of

USER'S MANUAL
This manual forms an integral part of the ap-
pliance and should be kept for future refer-
ences. Read it carefully before installing or
using the unit.
PACKAGE
The appliance is delivered partially assembled
in a cardboard box.
NOTE: The packaging materials are not envi-
ronmental pollutants but must still be recycled
or disposed of in compliance with the relevant
legislation in the country of use.
PRESSURE WASHER INFORMATION
This appliance has been designed for individ-
ual use for the cleaning of vehicles, machines,
boats, masonry, etc, to remove stubborn dirt
using clean water and biodegradable chemical
detergents.
Vehicle engines may be washed only if the
dirty water is disposed of as per regulations in
force:
- Intake water temperature: see data plate on
the appliance.
- Intake water pressure: below 10 bar.
- Operating ambient temperature over 0°C in
accordance with standard for domestic model.
IMPROPER USE
Use by unskilled persons or those who have
not read and understood the instructions in
the manual is forbidden. The introduction of
inflammable, explosive and toxic liquids into
the appliance is prohibited.
Use of the appliance in a potentially inflam-
mable or explosive atmosphere is forbidden.
The use of non-original spare parts and any
other spare parts not specifically intended for
the model in question is prohibited.
All modifications to the appliance are prohib-
ited. Any modifications made to the appliance
shall render the Declaration of Conformity null
and void and relieve the manufacturer of all
liability under civil and criminal law.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
ASSEMBLY
WARNING: All installation and assembly op-
erations must be performed with the machine
disconnected from the mains power supply.

WATER SUPPLY CONECTION
IMPORTANT: Only clean or filtered water
should be used for intake. The delivery of the
water intake tap should be equal to that of
pump capacity.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
ADJUSTMENTS
ADJUSTING THE SPRAY NOZZLE
Water flow is adjusted by regulating the noz-
zle.
ADJUSTING THE DETERGENT
Detergent flow is adjusted using the regulator.
ADJUSTING THE DETERGENT PRESSURE
Set the adjustable nozzle on "−" to deliver de-
tergent at the correct pressure.
ADJUSTING THE PRESSURE
The regulator is used to adjust the working
pressure. The pressure is shown on the pres-
sure gauge (if fitted).
OPERATION
The power switch has a pilot light, is lit when
the switch is activated on the ON position.
IMPORTANT: THE PRESSURE WASHER
SHOULD BE KEPT IN A HORIZONTAL AND STA-
BLE POSITION.
WARNING: Before starting up the appli-
ance check that the water supply hose is con-
nected properly; use of the appliance without
water will damage it; do not cover the ventila-
tion grilles when the appliance is in use.
STARTING THE PRESSURE WASHER
1. Turn on the water supply tap fully.
2. Release the safety catch.
3. Depress the
gun trigger for a
few seconds and
start up the ap-
pliance using the
starter device.
TSS models: TSS models with automatic deliv-
ery has flow cut-off system;
- when the gun trigger is released the dynamic
pressure automatically cuts out the motor;
- when the gun trigger is depressed the auto-
matic drop in pressure starts the motor and the
pressure is restored after a very slight delay;
- if the TSS is to function correctly all gun re-
leasing and depressing operations must be
performed at intervals of less than 4-5 sec.
NOTE: To prevent damage to the appliance,
when running do not stop the water jet for
more than 10 minutes at a time.
STOPPING THE APPLIANCE
1. Set the starter device switch on "OFF".
2. Depress the gun trigger and discharge the
residual pressure inside the hoses.
3. Engage the gun safety catch.
RESTARTING
1. Release the safety catch.
2. Depress the gun trigger and discharge the
residual air inside the hoses.
3. Set the starter device on "ON".
STORAGE
1. Switch the appliance "OFF".
2. Remove the plug from the socket.
3. Turn off the water supply tap.
4. Discharge the residual pressure from the
gun until all the water has come out of the
nozzle.
5. Drain the detergent tank.
6. Engage the gun safety catch.

REFILLING AND USING DETERGENT
When using detergent, the adjustable nozzle
must be set on "−". Fill the tank with highly
degradable detergent.
RECOMMENDED CLEANING PROCEDURE
Dissolve dirt by applying the detergent mixed
with water to the surface while still dry.
When dealing with vertical surfaces work from
the bottom upwards. Leave the detergent to
act for 1-2 minutes but do not allow the sur-
face to dry. Starting from the bottom, use the
high pressure jet at a minimum distance of 30
cm. Do not allow the rinse water to run onto
unwashed surfaces.
MAINTENANCE
Any maintenance operations not covered by
this chapter should be carried out by an Au-
thorized Service Center.
WARNING: Always disconnect the plug
from the power socket before carrying out any
work on the appliance.
CLEANING THE NOZZLE
Disconnect the lance from
the nozzle. Remove any
dirt deposits from the
nozzle hole using the tool.
CLEANING THE FILTER
Clean the suction filter and the detergent fil-
ter after every 50 hours of operation.
UNJAMMING THE MOTOR
In case of lengthy stoppages, limescale sedi-
ments may cause the motor to seize. To unjam
the motor, turn the drive shaft with a tool.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PUMP DOES NOT REACH WORKING PRESSURE
Nozzle worn: Replace nozzle.
Water filter fouled: Clean filter.
Water supply pressure low: Turn on water sup-
ply tap fully.
Air being sucked into system: Check tightness of
hose fittings.
Air in pump: Switch off the appliance and keep
depressing and releasing the gun trigger until
the water comes out in a steady flow. Switch the
appliance back on again.
Adjustable nozzle not positioned correctly: Turn
the adjustable nozzle (+).
PRESSURE DROPS DURING USE
Water intake from external tank: Connect appli-
ance to the mains water supply.
Intake water too hot: Reduce temperature.
Nozzle clogged: Clean nozzle.
MOTOR “SOUNDS” BUT FAILS TO START
Insufcient power supply: Check that the volt-
age of the mains power supply line is the same
as that on the plate.
Voltage loss due to use of extension cable:
Check characteristics of extension cable.
Appliance not used for a long period of time:
Contact your nearest Authorized Service Center.
Problems with TSS device: Contact your nearest
Authorized Service Center.
MOTOR FAILS TO START
No electrical power: Check that the plug is firmly
in the socket and that the mains voltage supply
is present.
Problems with TSS device: Contact your nearest
Authorized Service Center.
Appliance not used for a long period of time:
Using the tool unjam the motor from the hole
at the rear of the appliance (in models with this
feature).
WATER LEAKAGE
Seals worn: Have the seals replaced at your
nearest Authorized Service Center
APPLIANCE NOISY
Water too hot: Reduce temperature (see techni-
cal data).
OIL LEAKAGE
Seals worn: Contact your nearest Authorized
Service Center.
MOTOR STARTS EVEN WITH GUN TRIGGER IS
RELEASED
Nozzle clogged: Clean nozzle.
High pressure system or pump hydraulic circuit
not watertight: Contact your nearest Author-
ized Service Center.
NO WATER DELIVERY WHEN GUN TRIGGER IS
DEPRESSED (WITH SUPPLY HOSE CONNECTED)
Nozzle clogged: Clean nozzle.
If the engine starts and fails to restart during
operation, wait 2 to 3 minutes before turning
the tool on again (Overload function is acti-
