Quick Reference Guide
1. Prior to plugging your heater into a convenient outlet,first verify that the circuit breaker for the outlet
is on.
2. The heater may emit a slight,harmless odour when first used.This odour is normal and it is caused
by the initial heating of internal heater parts and will not occur again.
3. If the heater does not emit heat,consult your Pratical User’s Guide for further information.

The flame effect on the wall hanging fireplace is created by LED surface mounted components
that are designed to last the life of the product.Do not remove back cover of heater,no user
serviceable parts are contained within.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances,to reduce the risk of fire,electric shock and injury to persons,basic
precautions should always be followed,including the following:

1. Read all instructions before use.
2. This heater is hot when in use.To avoid burns,do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.If provided
use handle when moving this heater.
3. Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at
least 7cm away from the front of heater and keep them away from the sides of heater.
4. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and
whenever the heater is in operation and unattended.
5. Always unplug the heater when not in use.
6. Do not operate any heater with damaged cord or plug or after the heater has malfunctioned or
has been dropped or damaged in any manner.Return heater to an authorised service facility for
repair.
7. Do not use outdoors.
8. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms,laundry areas and similar indoor
locations.Never locate heaters where it may fall into a bath tub or other water container.
9. Do not run cord under carpeting.Do not cover cord with throw rugs,runners or the like.Arrange
cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.
10.To disconnect heater,turn control to off,then remove plug from outlet.
11. Connect to properly grounded outlet only.
12.Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may
cause an electric shock or fire,or damage the heater.
13.To prevent a possible fire,do not block air intake or exhaust in any manner.
14.Do not use on soft surfaces,like a bed,where openings may become blocked.
15.A heater has hot and arcing or sparkling parts inside.Do not use it in areas where gasoline,paint
or flammable liquids are used or stored.
16.Use this heater only as described in manual.Any other use not recommended by the
manufacturer may cause fire,electric shock,or injury to persons.
17.Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and cause a risk
of fire.
18.Do not strike the heater glass.
19.Always use properly grounded,fused and polarized outlets.
20.Always disconnect power before performing any cleaning or maintenance,or relocation of the
heater.
21.When transporting or storing the heater keep in a dry place,free from excessive vibration and
store so as to avoid damage.
22.The flame effect is powered by a motor and it is normal for the motor to make some noise as it
slowly rotates and helps to create the beautiful 3D flame effect.Some rooms have more or less

furnishings than others resulting in varying noise amplification.
23.Whilst every effort is made to ensure packing materials are kept outside of the plastic bag
which covers your heater in the box,there is a remote chance that some packing may lodge
itself in the heater part of the unit.If you notice this on close inspection,please remove it.When
turning your heater on for the first time it is normal for the heater to emit a little ‘new heater’
smell which quickly pass.
24.You may notice some light coming from under or from the sides of the unit.This is normal and
the holes allow the unit to ‘breathe’.Do not attempt to block these holes.
25.This heater is to be used on a 110 / 120 V, 12 AMP, grounded circuit. Do not use in an outlet
controlled by a switch or dimmer switch. The cord supplied with the heater, has a 3 blade plug,
the round pin on the plug is for grounding purposes. If a 3 slot receptacle is not available, an
adapter must be used, and the adapter must be properly grounded to the outlet box. Avoid
plugging other appliances into the same circuit as heater.
WARNING:If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,reverse the plug.If it still does not fit,contact a
qualified electrician.Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
WARNING:Due to high temperatures,this electric fireplace should be located out of traffic.Keep
combustible materials such as furniture,pillows,bedding,papers,clothes and curtains at least 0.9m
from the top of the heater.
WARNING:Never locate this electric fireplace where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
CAUTION:Do not expose the electric fireplace to the elements(such as rain, ect.)
WARNING:To prevent contact with sagging or loose insulation,the electric fireplace must not be
installed against vapor barrier or exposed insulation.Localized overheating could occur and a fire
could result.
UNPACKING AND TESTING FIREPLACE
Carefully remove the unit from the box.Prior to installing the unit,test to make sure the unit operates
properly.To do this,plug the unit's power supply cord into a conveniently located 110~120Volt
grounded outlet.

Flame effect / Light bulb replacement
Caution! Bulbs will become very hot; allow at least 10 minuets for bulbs to be cool before touching
The flame effect on this electric stove heater is created by two 40 watt light bulbs with an E12 (small) socket
base. Only use this type of light bulb. To service light bulbs, unplug power cord from outlet, locate access panel
on back of stove. Remove screws and panel. Light bulbs may come loose or may be damaged during
shipping. If flame effect does not work properly, check to be certain that both bulbs are finger tight and are in
working order. Replace light bulbs as needed. Replace access panel. Do not operate with out access panel in
place. Do not remove back cover of heater; no serviceable parts.
Controls / Operation
On the top right of the unit you will see the control panel,which includes 3 switches;namely,one on/off
switch,two heater switch.
Flame ON/OFF Switch:Turn on this switch and the flame effect will work.Turn off the switch and the flame
and heat will not work.(Before plugging into the power outlet,turn off the flame switch).
750/1500W ON/OFF Switch:Turn on the first switch for 750 Watts heat and the second switch for 1500 Watts
of heat.Note the second switch will only work once the first switch has been turned on.

Temperature Limiting Control
This heater is equipped with a Temperature Limiting Control.If the heater reach an unsafe temperature,
(115 degrees Celsius) the heater will automatically turn off. To reset: Unplug unit from wall, wait for 30
minutes, plug back in and continue to use.

NOTE: Adapters are not allowed for use in Canada.
A 15 AMP circuit is required to operate this appliance.If the breaker trips when the appliance is
running,you may need to move the appliance to another location or unplug other appliances are on the
same circuit.
Light bulbs may become loose during shipping.If the simulated flame effect is dim or loose not operate
properly at first,please ensure that the light bulbs are properly secured in the sockets(bulbs should be
ginger tight-do not over tighten).See "Replacing Light Bulb" section of this manual for instructions.
When you first turn the heater on,it may emit a slight but harmless odor.This odor results from certain
oils or greases being heater as the appliance is used for the first time.This is perfectly safe and will
stop shortly-it will not reoccur after the first operation of the appliance.
Note:
This appliance comes equipped with an overheat protection safety device.If the appliance begin
to overheat for any reason,it will automatically turn off all functions of the appliance .The appliance
have to be reset prior to continuing use,plug the appliance back in and turn on.If the appliance
continuously overheats,please call our customer service center.

TOUBLE SHOOTING
Disconnect power before performing any maintenance and allow to cool before servicing. Only a qualified service
person should service and repair this electric fireplace.

Temperature Limiting Control
This fireplace is equipped with a Temperature limiting control. If the fireplace reach an unsafe temperature, the
fireplace will automatically turn off.
!NOTE:to reset the appliance,Unplug unit, wait 30minutes, plug in and continue to use.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
! Clean the fireplace using a dry soft cloth.
! WARNING: Electrical outlet wiring must comply with local building codes and other
appplicable regulations to reduce the risk of fire,electrical shock and injury to persons.

This product is not intended to be used as a primary heat source.It is for supplemental
heating purposes only.
KIND ATTENTION FOR THE TIP-OVER SWITCH
!This fireplace had the tip-over switch for keeping the safety of the product,when this electric
fireplace stove will be fall down on the groud,the power will be shut off at once.

This warrants to the original purchaser that this products is free from defects in material and
workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will,under normal use and proper care,remain so
for one year from the date of purchase.Missing or initially defective parts will be replaced free of
charge during the period of this limited warranty.If parts are unavailable,comparable replacement of
refund will be given. The original dated sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. This
warranty does not cover damage which has occurred during transport from the point of purchase to
the consumer’s home.This warranty does not cover glass,light bulbs,batteries,transportation,labor,
or other issues not associated with the manufacture of the products.
This product is for residential use only.Any and all commercial use of this product voids all
warranties,and absolves the manufacturer from all liability.

warnings,before use.The following will void this warranty: Damage due to incorrect
