Assembly.
1. Remove an atomiser from the black plastic atomiser container and
drop 2 – 3 drops of liquid onto the spike and let it soak in to the
atomiser – this is called “priming” the atomiser.
2. Unscrew the middle disc from the atomiser casing and insert the
atomiser as below:

3. Replace the middle disc and screw the atomiser unit onto the battery
4. Add fluid to the cartridge till it is two thirds full (pg. 6) and, if it is the first
time using the cartridge, make a small hole in the rubber plug with a
pin. It is recommended that you stretch the hole out to around twice the
diameter of the pin:
Note: If the hole is not large enough the atomiser spike will not
enter the cartridge. If the atomiser is not inside the cartridge the
user will experience a burnt taste and the unit will produce little,
if any, vapour.
5. While keeping the cartridge upright, insert the cartridge into the
atomiser casing.
Changing the Atomiser.
An atomiser will generally last between 1 - 2 months if used correctly.
1. Remove the atomiser from the black plastic casing and drop 2 – 3
drops of liquid onto the spike and let it soak in to the atomiser (pg. 4).
2. Remove the cartridge from the unit
3. Remove the atomiser unit and untwist the middle disc from the
atomiser casing

6!
4. Push, or tap, the atomiser out of the atomiser casing and discard
5. Insert a new atomiser into the atomiser casing and twist the middle disc
back into the casing
6. Reattach the atomiser unit to the battery and insert the cartridge.
Note that a new atomiser will take some time for the fluid to soak into the
vaporising unit. We recommend allowing the fluid to be absorbed into the
atomiser by standing the Smini on the light indicator for a few minutes.
Charging.
1. Unscrew the Smini battery atomiser casing. Note that the middle disc
should remain attached to the atomiser casing:
2. Screw the Smini battery into the USB charger provided and plug the
charger into a USB point or the wall charger (available from
vapo.co.nz):
3. The light on the charger will change from RED to GREEN once the
Smini battery is fully charged. Remove the battery from the charger and
reassemble the unit.
Note: The light indicator on the Smini battery will flash when the unit requires
charging.
Filling.
The Smini is designed as a refillable vaporising unit.
1. Pull the cartridge from the rear of the unit:
2. Remove the rubber plug at the atomiser end of the cartridge (not the
end you draw from).

3. Refill two thirds (if you overfill the cartridge the atomiser spike will be
trapped in an air bubble and the device will not work) of the cartridge
with your favourite fluid and replace the rubber cap. Now slide the
cartridge back into the unit, twisting to ensure it is sealed.
Note: The first time you fill your Smini (or change the atomiser pg 4) it will
take a few draws for the liquid to soak through to the vaporising atomiser. We
recommend leaving the Smini standing on the light indicator for a few minutes
to allow the fluid to soak into the atomiser.
Cleaning.
The Steamoon Smini is a quality product that uses intricate technology. In
order to maintain the performance of the unit you must clean the individual
parts regularly.
We recommend the Smini is cleaned at least once every three days.
Dismantle the Smini and wipe down all internal and external surfaces. Ensure
any liquid is removed from the surfaces of the product.
Cartridge Replacement.
Although the cartridge can be broken up to clean it should be replaced at least
every week.
Note: The rubber cartridge caps are designed for very limited use. With care,
the caps can be used repeatedly. If you begin to experience leaking around
the atomiser you will need to replace the cartridge.

Storage
When not in use we strongly recommend unscrewing the battery from the
centre disc and atomiser casing. This will prevent any fluid from leaking
through the atomiser and into the battery.
Troubleshooting.
Burnt taste
•Check that the cartridge has not been overfilled. If it has empty the
cartridge till it is one third full.
•If the cartridge has not been overfilled you may have burnt your
atomiser. This can occur by trying to use the device with an over-filled
cartridge or with an empty cartridge. The atomiser may be black in
colour if it has been burnt.
•A burnt atomiser requires replacement. You can purchase replacement
atomisers on VAPO.co.nz
•An atomiser should last around 1 month if used correctly. If the
atomiser has been overused it can also give off a burnt taste. If this
happens please replace the atomiser.
Leaking
•The most common cause of leaking is when the cartridge is not
changed frequently enough
•Take the unit apart, clean all parts and replace the cartridge
•Leaking is important to avoid as the liquid can flow into the battery
where it can short the unit
•Ensure that the hole made in the cartridge cap is not too big to allow
leaking but not too small that the atomiser spike will not fit through to
allow access to the liquid in the cartridge.
Battery Problems
•Overheating is generally caused by fluid getting into the battery and
shorting the unit. If this occurs immediately cease use of the unit and
replace it
•If the battery is not functioning at all this is also a sign that fluid has
made its way into the battery. Cease using the product immediately
and replace it. This outlines the importance of replacing the cartridge
regularly to ensure a tight seal over the atomiser.
