2. General safety precautions during use
The following guidelines must be followed when using a Lift:
o Under no circumstances should the lift elevate more than specified on the label.
o The lift must not be used for lifting persons or live animals.
o Only one person must operate the lift at the time.
o No body parts near the sledge or tool at the mast or other lifting equipment when operated
up/down.
o Secure that there are no one below the load, tool and lift when operated.
o Only use the lift when operated on a hard leveled surface during lifting or transporting loads.
o When transporting a cargo the load should be lowered to the lowest possible position and secured
in order ensure that the cargo cannot slide.
o Always secure the cargo on the lift when moving.
o When leaving or storing the lift, always ensure that the sledge is lowered to the lowest possible
position and that the lift is free of any items or cargo.
o The load's center of gravity should always be behind the front wheels of the legs.
o According to the Danish Working Environment Service, the lift must be inspected at least once a
year by the manufacturer or a skilled technician.
2.1. Safety systems
The lifter is equipped with the following safety systems:
o One-way ball bearings on drive shaft that eliminate the risk of crushing when lowering.
o Overload sensor that disconnects the lifting function if the load is greater than the lifter's capacity
or if the load is unevenly placed (this does not prevent overloading when the lifter is not lifting).
3. Application
The lifter may only be used for lifting and handling goods.

4. Operating the lifter
All models are delivered with a remote control
4.1. Remote control - Flexlift
The remote control has 8 buttons, which operate as follows:
1 The lifter will lift while the button is pressed
2 The lifter will lower while the button is pressed
3 Turning left (counter clockwise)
4 Turning right (clockwise)
5+6 Gripping
7+8 Opening
4.2. Remote control –Maxilift/Megalift
The remote control has 4 buttons, which operate as follows:
1 The lifter will lift while the button is pressed
2 The lifter will lower while the button is pressed
3 Turning left (counter clockwise)
4 Turning right (clockwise)
4.3. The remote control symbols

5. Batteries and charger
Battery indicator
The lifter is equipped with a battery status indicator that indicates the battery status when the lift button is
activated.
 Red indicator: Batteries must be recharged immediately.
 Green indicator: The batteries are functionally charged.
Flexlift & Maxilift
The charger should be connected daily as total discharge can damage the batteries or shorten their lifespan.

 Red indicator: the charger is connected to main power and charging.
 Green indicator: the batteries are functionally charged. The charger automatically charges the
batteries and switches to maintenance charging when the batteries are fully charged.
Megalift
The lifter is charged with a built-in 230V charger. The charger should be connected daily as total discharge
can damage the batteries or shorten their lifespan.
 The yellow LED indicates the charger is connected to main power.
Green charging indicator: the batteries are functionally charged. The indicator changes to green after 1
to 5 hours, which corresponds to 80% charge. A full charge takes approximately 8 hours. The charger
automatically charges the batteries and switches to maintenance charging when the batteries are fully
charged.
Safety when charging
Use only original charger. Check that the wires are in good condition, connect properly and correct
before applying power. Make sure there are no dirt or water in the plug.
6. Construction and Materials
All materials are suitable for use in pharma and food industry.
7. Residual risks
There are residual risks for extraordinary wear, material or product failure due to great impact from
collision, misuse, obstacle interference, blockade of driveways, etc; e.g. a faulty wheel bearing as a result of
a heavy collision.

9. Lifting equipment
9.1. Turning Unit
Application
The turning unit to move the load in a sideways rotational movement.
Operation
To engage the electrical turning the buttons 3 and 4 of the remote control are used.
See paragraph on operation to identify the correct buttons.
Safety when using the Turning unit
Before the turning unit is activated test that the load is correctly held between the
arms of the tool. This is done by ensuring that all contact areas of the tool indeed
has contact to the load. Make sure that the load is lifted high enough that no
collision with legs or floor and load can occur.
Adjustment of the Turning unit
Adjustment of the PLC parametres should only be done by professionals.
See paragraph ‘Adjusting speed and Amps for electric equipment’
9.2. The gripping device - Flexlift
Application
The gripping device is used to handle items
Operation
Buttons 5, 6, 7 and 8 are used to operate the electrical griping function.
Buttons 5 and 6 activate the closing function; buttons 7 and 8 activate the opening function.
Safety when using the gripping device
Due to the risk of dropping the load through improper operation of the remote control, the opening and
closing functions are operated with two buttons; i.e. both buttons must be activated in order to perform the
desired movement.
Caution: there is a risk of clamping if the safety instructions for using the lifter are not observed.

9.3. Turning fork with click-lock –Maxilift/Megalift
To use the Click-on system, two fittings are mounted on the kettle. The spears of the click-on fork should be
carried all the way through the fittings so that the lock pin clicks onto the backside of the fitting.
9.4. Adjusting speed and Amps for gripping unit
Parameters should only be adjusted by skilled technicians, as improper procedures may lead to insufficient
clamping power and/or irreversible motor damage.

2. Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise für die Verwendung
Beim Bedienen des Hebelifts müssen folgende Anweisungen beachtet werden:
oDer Hebelift darf unter keinen Umständen Lasten heben, die höher als die auf dem Typenschild
angegebene Last sind.
oDer Hebelift darf nicht zum Transportieren von Personen oder lebenden Tieren verwendet werden.
oEs darf immer nur eine Person den Hebelift bedienen.
oBeim Verwenden der Hebefunktion dürfen sich keine Körperteile in der Nähe des Hubschlittens oder
des Hubwerkzeugs am Mast oder anderer Hebevorrichtungen befinden.
oStellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine Personen unter der angehobenen Last, dem Hubwerkzeug und
dem Lift befinden, während der Hebelift bedient wird.
oBeim Anheben oder Transportieren von Lasten muss der Hebelift immer auf einem festen, ebenen
Untergrund stehen.
oBeim Transportieren von Gütern muss die Last immer auf die niedrigstmögliche Position abgesenkt
und gesichert werden, damit die Güter nicht herunterrutschen können.
oBeim Transportieren von Gütern müssen diese immer am Hebelift gesichert werden.
oWird der Hebelift abgestellt oder gelagert, achten Sie darauf, dass der Hubschlitten immer in die
niedrigste Position gefahren ist und dass der Hebelift nicht mit Gegenständen oder Gütern beladen
ist.
oDen dänischen Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen zufolge muss der Hebelift mindestens einmal im Jahr
vom Hersteller oder von einer qualifizierten Fachkraft inspiziert werden.
2.1. Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
Der Hebelift ist mit den folgenden Sicherheitsvorrichtungen ausgestattet:
oFreilauflager beheben das Risiko von Quetschungen beim Absenken.
oDas elektronische Steuerpult unterbricht den Hebevorgang, wenn die Last über der Hubkraft des
Hebelifts liegt (dies schützt nicht vor einer Überladung, wenn der Hebelift keine Hebearbeiten
ausführt).
3. Anwendung
Der Hebelift darf nur zum Anheben und Transportieren von Gütern verwendet werden.

4. Betrieb des Hebelift
Alle Modelle werden mit Fernbedienung ausgeliefert.
4.1. Fernbedienung - Flexlift
Die Fernbedienung hat 8 tasten:
1 Der Hebelift wird angehoben, solange die Taste gedrückt wird
2 Der Hebelift wird abgesenkt, solange die Taste gedrückt wird
3 Drehen nach links (gegen den Uhrzeigersinn)
4 Drehen nach rechts (Uhrzeigersinn)
5+6 Greifen
7+8 Offen
4.2. Fernbedienung – Maxilift/Megalift
Die Fernbedienung hat 4 tasten:
1 Der Hebelift wird angehoben, solange die Taste gedrückt wird
2 Der Hebelift wird abgesenkt, solange die Taste gedrückt wird
3 Drehen nach links (gegen den Uhrzeigersinn)
4 Drehen nach rechts (Uhrzeigersinn)
4.3. Symbole der Fernbedienung
Bei einem Hebelift mit Standardausstattung werden auf der Fernbedienung die Symbole in der
nachstehenden Tabelle verwendet:

5. Akkus und Ladegerät
Batterieanzeige
Der Hebelift ist mit einer Ladeanzeige ausgestattet, welche den Akkustatus anzeigt, wenn die Hebetaste
betätigt wird.
Rote Anzeige: Batterien müssen sofort aufgeladen werden.
Grüne Anzeige: Die Batterien sind betriebsfähig.
Flexlift & Maxilift
Das Ladegerät sollte täglich angeschlossen werden, da eine vollständige Entladung die Akkus beschädigen
oder ihre Lebensdauer verkürzen kann.
Ladegerätanzeige
Position auf dem Ladegerät
Rote Anzeige: Das Ladegerät mit dem Netzstrom verbunden ist und lädt.
Grüne Anzeige: Die Akkus sind betriebsfähig. Das Ladegerät lädt die Akkus automatisch auf und
schaltet sich in den Wartungsbetrieb, sobald die Akkus vollständig geladen sind.
Megalift
Der Hebelift wird mit einem integrierten 230-V-Ladegerät aufgeladen. Das Ladegerät sollte täglich
angeschlossen werden, da eine vollständige Entladung die Akkus beschädigen oder ihre Lebensdauer
verkürzen kann.
Gelbes LED: Ladegerät ist an Netzspannung angeschlossen.
Grün LED: Die Akkus sind betriebsfähig. LED-Anzeige ändert sich nach 1 bis 5 Stunden bis Grün und
entspricht 80% Ladung. Volles Ladung ca. 8 Stunden.
Sicherheit beim Aufladen der Akkus
Verwenden Sie nur das Original-Ladegerät. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Kabel in einem guten
Zustand sind. Schließen Sie die Kabel ordnungsgemäß an, bevor Sie die Stromversorgung einschalten.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich kein Schmutz oder Wasser am Stecker befindet.
6. Bauanweise und Materialien
Alle Materialien sind für den Einsatz in Pharma- und Lebensmittelbranche geeignet.
7. Restrisken
Restrisiken ergeben sich aus außerordentlichem Verschleiß, Material- oder Produktfehlern sowie dem
plötzlichen Eintreten von Schäden am Hebelift, beispielsweise ein fehlerhaftes Radlager als Ergebnis eines
schweren Zusammenstoßes.
