Audio CD/MP3 Player
The enhanced CD player is compatible with regular-shaped
12cm discs containing CD audio and MP3 music files stored on
CD-R, CD-RW discs. Copy-protected CDs which do not comply
with international audio CD standards (Red Book) may not be
supported.
Electronic Shock Protection (ESP)
Electronic Shock Protection allows a 10-second (CD-DA) buffer
memory to ensure continuous music playback regardless of
excessive vibrations.
Speed Dependent Volume Control
Intelligent volume control which automatically adjusts the
volume level to the speed of your car (SDVC=SMART Volume).
2-Channel Preamp Out (2V)
Ensures that the music arriving at the external power amplifier is
clear and sharp with less background noise.
Programmable Steering Wheel Remote Control Interface
This programmable interface allows for the operation of the head
unit via the OEM steering wheel remote control.
Full Detachable Flipdown Front
Deter theft by removing the detachable front of the radio head
unit whenever you leave the car and simply slide the front back
into position upon your return.
RDS Clock
Automatic adjustment (station dependent) of the clock display as
you move through time zones, incl. leap years, and summer/win-
tertime changes.
