PRODUCT
OVERVIEW
TheBattery-Operated ULV Cold Fogger uses a high-power super speed
brush-less DC motor. The high speed motor produces high-speed rotary
cutting airflow,while pressurizing the solution tank to make the solution
delivery to the micro nozzle according to constant flow rate and high speed
air flow. With the action of high-speed rotary cutting airflow and special
structure of the nozzle, the liquid is broken into tiny fog particles.

COMMON FAILURES
AND TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. Failures > Motor doesn’t work
The battery capacity is not enough, the battery is in automatic protection
mode when the power light become red.
CAUSE 01
Check if the battery is adequate and if the fogger is charged
SOLUTION
Overload operation.
CAUSE 02
Stop working and put the machine at a ventilated areafor 30 minutes.
SOLUTION
2. Failures > Machine runs but without spraying droplets
The solution is not enough or there is no solution in the tank.
CAUSE 01
Check andfill more solution into the tank.
SOLUTION
Solution tank capis not well fastened.
CAUSE 02
Fasten the solution cap.
SOLUTION
Spray nozzle blockage.
CAUSE 03
Clean the nozzle.
SOLUTION
Notice: The chargerindicator light will become red when it is charging and turn green
when it is full charged.
Charging method: When the battery isin the machine, the machine must be placedin
a safe, dry and in an appropriate conditioned environment when it is charging. Placing
the equipment gently, connect the charger plug and connector on the side of the
fogger, continuously charginguntil the light becomes green

For the convenience of our customers, you can choose to use spare batteries. The
battery can be charged in the machine or charged separately.

ATTENTION
The water getsinto machine
The motor suddenly stops working.
The soundof the motor changes significantly.
The water tank is leaking.
The motor is notworkingor other abnormal conditions happen when turning on.
Please make sure the battery capacity isenough before use . Please charge it when the
light become red.
If the water goesinside the machine (not the tank), make sure it is completely dry
before you turn on the switch.
The operating ambienttemperature of the machine is between 0~40OC. Do nothitthe
fogger with heavy objects, avoid dropping from high places. You must use the special
battery configuredfor this product . It is forbidden to use other typesof batteries to
avoid damage to the product.
Please don’t use the machine while it ischarging.
If you leave it unused for along time, please fully charge the battery.
Do not use strongcorrosion liquid, the solution shouldbe completely dissolved without
impurities, to preventclogging the pipeline.
If below situations happen, please cut off the power supply immediately.

Please cut off the power immediately and clean the solution tank once you finish using
the machine. Put it in a safe place and avoid any exposure to wet, sun collision and
away from the reach of children children.
Do not use the machine in the rain. Do not plug or unplug the machine with wethands.
The machine should not be stored near any flammable, explosive articles or high
temperatures areas.
If abnormal condition happens,
