Quick Start
Plan your Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro hair removal treatments for best results.
Treatments 1-4 – plan two weeks apart
Treatments 5-7 – plan four weeks apart
Treatments 8 + – treat as needed, until desired results are achieved.
Set up Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro!
1. Remove Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro Pulse Light Technology Device and other components
from the box.
2. Verify that the LAMP CARTRIDGE for legs and body is inserted properly at the tip
of the device. If you would like to use the smaller, precision lamp cartridge for use
on upper lip, cheek, or chin, follow the replacement instructions.
3. Plug the ADAPTOR cord into the Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro HAIR REMOVAL DEVICE socket.
4. Plug the ADAPTOR into an electrical outlet. The STAND BY INDICATOR LIGHT will
turn on.
Your Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro is now ready to start.
Congratulations on your Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro purchase.
As Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro is a powerful device, it should be used with special attention to
safety. Please read the entire user manual before using the product, and adhere to the
instructions regarding additional conditions that may warrant safety precautions and
warnings.
• Only use this product on lighter skin tones. Do not use Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro on
naturally dark skin.
• Do not use on tanned skin or immediately after sun exposure.
• Do not use on permanent make-up or tattooed skin areas.
• Keep away from your eyes!
Note! Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro may not be eective on naturally white and light hair.

10. Set the energy level. If you want to change the energy level setting, press the ENERGY
LEVEL SETTING BUTTONS using the “-“ or “+” to respectively decrease or increase the
energy level, until the desired energy level is set and represented by the energy level
indicator lights (For details see “Energy Level” section inside this user manual).
• Place the TREATMENT SURFACE on the skin and press the trigger to deliver one
pulse.
• If you did not experience abnormal discomfort press the + button once and deliver
one pulse on a dierent spot at energy level 2.
• Continue testing at increased energy levels until you have reached the highest level
that you feel comfortable with. If within one hour you experience no adverse
eects, you can start your full treatment at that energy level.
• Repeat this test for each body part you intend to treat.
Skin Test
Treat with Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro safely and properly!
5. Choose areas to treat that have not had recent exposure to the sun.

The skin of the treatment areas should be shaved, clean, dry and free of any powders,
antiperspirants or deodorants. Do not wax, pluck or tweeze the hair out before using the
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro device. Shaving is an important step to get the results you want !
7. Press the ON/STBY SWITCH. The POWER ON INDICATOR LIGHT (orange) will turn
on and a fan sound (similar to the sound of a hairdryer) will start.
8. Approximately 3.5 seconds after pressing the ON/STBY SWITCH, the two READY
INDICATOR LIGHTS (green) will turn on. The device is then ready for you to trigger
the first pulse at the lowest energy level.
9. Before each treatment, choose the desired energy level.
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro oers 5 levels of energy from 1 (the lowest) to 5 (the highest).
To choose the right energy level for your first treatment, test each treatment area
separately:

15. Repeat the process until the entire treatment area is covered, without overlapping
pulses.
Try to avoid overlapping pulses!
Warning: Do not treat the same area of skin more than once per hair removal session!
Treating the same area of skin more than once per session increases the likelihood
of adverse eects.
If your skin blisters or burns, STOP USE IMMEDIATELY!
11. Apply the TREATMENT SURFACE to the skin, making sure the skin is spread evenly
and smoothly. As soon as the TREATMENT SURFACE is in full contact with the skin,
the READY INDICATOR LIGHTS will start blinking.
12. Press the PULSE BUTTON. The device will first determine the colour of your skin.
If the colour of the skin is light enough for safe application, the device will flash a
pulse of light onto your skin, and the READY INDICATOR LIGHTS will turn o.
You will see a bright flash of light and simultaneously hear a subtle pop sound, which
is a normal noise for the device. You will feel a mild sensation of warmth and tingling.
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro will immediately recharge for the next pulse. After 3.5 seconds
the READY INDICATOR LIGHTS will turn on again.
NOTE : As the PRECISION LAMP CARTRIDGE does not include a SKIN COLOUR
SENSOR, you must first confirm that the area to be treated passes the Skin Colour
Sensor test by pulsing it with the larger cartridge.
13. Remove the TREATMENT SURFACE from the treated area of skin.
14. Move the TREATMENT SURFACE to another area of skin. Use the pressure marks
the device just made on your skin to guide you for proper positioning of the next
pulse, avoiding both gaps and overlaps between pulses.

1. Before you start
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro is a light-based device for permanent hair reduction* results, designed
for home-use.
1.1 Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro device description
Your Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro consists of a HAIR REMOVAL DEVICE with a CONTROL PANEL
and a LAMP CARTRIDGE. On the Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro HAIR REMOVAL DEVICE HANDLE
you can find the PULSE BUTTON. The LAMP CARTRIDGE is located at the tip of the HAIR
REMOVAL DEVICE.
Before using Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro for the first time, please read this User Manual in
its entirety. Pay particular attention to sections on device use procedures, device
operation, and after-use procedures. We recommend you re-familiarise yourself
with this User Manual before each use of Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro. Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro is a
powerful electrical device. As such, it should be used with special attention to safety.
Please read all warnings and safety precautions before use, and strictly follow them
when using Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro.

Upon opening the Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro package, you will find the following parts:
•Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro Hair Removal Device with lamp cartridge for legs and body
•A smaller, precision lamp cartridge for usage on upper lip, cheek and chin
•A wall mount adaptor

1.3. The LAMP CARTRIDGE
The Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro LAMP CARTRIDGE can fire a limited and pre-set number of light
pulses. The LAMP CARTRIDGE with this device delivers up to 120,000 pulses. In addition
to the regular LAMP CARTRIDGE, a Precision lamp cartridge for small and hard to reach
areas is also included.
Ideal body areas for Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro use include the underarms, bikini line, stomach,
arms, legs, back, shoulders, chest, upper lip, cheek and chin.
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro is intended to aect long term, or permanent hair reduction.
Permanent hair reduction is defined as a long-term stable reduction in the number
of hairs re-growing after a treatment regime.

Read this User Manual carefully before you use the appliance and keep
it for future reference.
• Keep out of reach of children
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
DANGER: As with most electrical appliances, electrical
parts are electrically live even when unplugged.
To reduce the risk of electric shock:
• Do not use near or in bathtubs, showers, sinks or other
vessels containing water.
• Do not use with wet hands.
• Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall into a tub or sink.
• Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
• If the appliance falls into water while plugged in, unplug it
immediately. Do not reach into the water.

This appliance has no user-serviceable parts or components. If the
main cord is damaged, you must contact RB Consumer Relations
to avoid hazard.

your local mains voltage before you connect the appliance. The use
of adapters, multiple sockets and/or extension cables is not permitted.

Only use the power lead included in this pack.
• Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged power lead, if it is
not working properly, or if it has been dropped, damaged or dropped

With Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro safety comes first.
• Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro - Sensor for the skin
Light based hair removal is not suitable for naturally darker skin tones or tanned skin.
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro comes with a built-in SKIN COLOUR SENSOR that is designed
to measure the complexion of the applied surface and enable application only on
suitable skin complexions. This safety feature will not let you treat where your skin is
too dark or too tanned.
Furthermore, the 1.3X3cm² TREATMENT SURFACE through which pulses of light are
delivered is recessed inside the LAMP CARTRIDGE. This enables Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro to
protect your skin by avoiding direct contact between the TREATMENT SURFACE and
the skin.
• Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro - no need for eyewear
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro has a built-in safety feature for eye protection. It has been
designed so that a light pulse can not be emitted when the TREATMENT SURFACE
is facing open air. The safety switch enables treatment only when the TREATMENT
SURFACE is in contact with the skin. It is recommended not to look directly at the
flash emitted by the lamp during the treatment.

Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro is not designed for everyone. Please read and consider the
information in the following section before use.

Sun exposure includes unprotected
exposure to direct sunlight of over 15
minutes constantly, or unprotected
exposure to diused sunlight of
over 1 hour constantly. To protect
recently treated skin when exposed
to sunlight, be sure to thoroughly
apply sunscreen SPF 30 or higher,
for 2 weeks after each hair removal
session.

6. Do not use Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro if:
• the LAMP CARTRIDGE is damaged, or if its TREATMENT SURFACE is cracked, chipped
or missing.
• the attachments or accessories are not recommended by RB.
• it has a damaged cord or plug. Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.
• you see or smell smoke when it is in use.
• it is not working properly or if it appears damaged.
• its SKIN COLOUR SENSOR is cracked, or broken.
• the outer shell is cracked or is coming apart.
If any of these have happened to your device, stop use immediately and contact
RB Consumer Relations.
5. Avoid using Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro if any of
the following applies:
• If you have a history of kelodial scar formation.
• If you suer from epilepsy.
• If you have a disease related to photosensitivity, such as porphyria, polymorphic light
eruption, solar urticaria, lupus, etc.
• If you have a history of skin cancer or areas of potential skin malignancies.
• If you have received radiation therapy or chemotherapy treatments within the past
3 months.
• If you have any other condition which in your physician’s opinion would make it
unsafe for you to be treated.
• If your skin was treated with a physician-prescribed drug within the past 6 months,
please consult with your physician.
If any of these apply to you, please consult with your physician prior to using the Veet
Infini’Silk™ Pro. If you have a doubt regarding the use of this device, please contact your
physician.

7. Possible side eects using Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro
When used according to the instructions, side eects and complications associated
with use of Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro are uncommon. However every cosmetic procedure,
including those designed for home use, involves some degree of risk. Therefore it is
important that you understand and accept the risks and complications that can occur
with pulsed light hair removal systems designed for home use.
Adverse reaction Degree of risk
Minor skin discomfort –
Although home pulsed light hair removal is generally very well-tolerated, most users do
feel some mild discomfort during use, usually described as being a mild stinging sensation
on the treated skin areas. The stinging sensation usually lasts during the time of the
application itself or for a few minutes thereafter.
Anything beyond this minor discomfort is abnormal and means that either you should not
continue to use Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro because you are unable to tolerate the hair removal
application, or that the energy level setting is too high.
Minor
Skin redness – Your skin may become red right after using Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro or within 24
hours of using Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro. Redness generally clears up within 24 hours. See your
doctor if redness does not go away within 2 to 3 days. Minor
Increased sensitivity to skin – The skin of the treated area is more sensitive so you may
encounter dryness or flaking of the skin. Minor
Pigment changes – Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro targets the hair shaft, in particular the pigmented
cells in the hair follicle and the hair follicle itself. Nevertheless there is risk of temporary
hyperpigmentation (increased pigment or brown discoloration) or hypopigmentation
(whitening) to the surrounding skin. This risk of changes in skin pigmentation is higher
for people with darker skin tones. Usually discoloration or changes to skin pigment are
temporary and permanent hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation rarely occur.
Rare
Excessive redness and swelling – In rare cases treated skin may become very red and
swollen. This is more common in sensitive areas of the body. The redness and swelling
should subside within 2 to 7 days and should be treated with frequent applications of ice.
Gentle cleansing is OK, but you should avoid exposure to the sun.

8. Permanent hair reduction with
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro
A typical full hair growth cycle may take 18-24 months. During this time multiple Veet
Infini’Silk™ Pro sessions may be required in order to achieve permanent hair reduction.
The eciency of hair removal varies from person to person according to body area,
hair colour, and how Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro is used.

Energy level determines the intensity of the Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro light pulse
delivered to your skin, from the lowest level (-) to the highest level (+). As energy
level increases, so does hair removal results as well as the risk of possible side
eects and complications.
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro pulses should be administered in rows, starting at one end
of each row and progressing sequentially towards the other end. This technique
allows better control of skin coverage, and helps you avoid treating the same area
more than once or overlapping skin areas.
When applied to the skin, the Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro TREATMENT SURFACE is
designed to create temporary pressure marks on the treated area. These visible
marks can be used for proper positioning of the next pulse.
14. Repeat the process until the entire treatment area is covered, without overlapping
pulses.
Try to avoid overlapping pulses!
Warning: Do not treat the same area of skin more than once per hair
removal session! Treating the same area of skin more than once per
session increases the likelihood of adverse eects.

The skin colour sensor
Light-based hair removal on darker skin tones can result in adverse eects such as
burns, blisters, and skin colour changes (hyper- or hypo-pigmentation).
To prevent such misuse, a SKIN COLOUR SENSOR in Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro measures
the treated skin complexion at the beginning of each session and occasionally during
the session. If the SKIN COLOUR SENSOR detects a skin tone that is too dark for
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro application, the device will automatically stop emitting pulses.
If you see no light pulse and the SKIN TONE WARNING INDICATOR LIGHT blinks,
this is an indication that your skin tone, measured by the SKIN COLOUR SENSOR,
is too dark for safe application. Try using the device on a dierent body part or
contact RB Consumer Relations.
NOTE : As the PRECISION LAMP CARTRIDGE does not include a SKIN COLOUR
SENSOR, you must first confirm that the area to be treated passes the Skin Colour
Sensor test by pulsing it with the larger cartridge.
Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro oers 5 levels of energy from 1 (the lowest) to 5 (the highest),
represented by 3 energy level indicator lights:
Level 1 (lowest) - the left indicator light is steadily lit
Level 2 - the left indicator light is steadily lit and the central indicator light is blinking.
Level 3 - both left and central indicator lights are steadily lit
Level 4 - the left and central indicator lights are steadily lit and the right indicator
light is blinking.
Level 5 (highest) - all 3 indicator lights are steadily lit.
Whenever Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro is turned on its energy level will automatically be
reset to the lowest energy level. Only one ENERGY LEVEL INDICATOR LIGHT will
be on.
To set the energy level, press the ENERGY LEVEL SETTING BUTTONS using “-“ or “+”
to respectively decrease or increase the energy level.

9.1. What to expect when treating with Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro?
For many people, using Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro may be their first experience with a light-
based device designed for home use. Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro is simple to use, and hair
removal sessions go by quickly. During a Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro session it is normal to
experience and feel:
• A fan noise – The cooling fan in Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro makes noise similar to a hairdryer.
This is normal.
• A pop sound with each pulse – When a pulse of light is activated, it is normal to hear
a subtle pop sound simultaneously with the flash of light.
• Moderate pressure of the treatment surface – This is necessary and helpful for
placement of adjacent pulses of light, and is part of the safety feature of Veet
Infini’Silk™ Pro.
• A sensation of warmth and tingling – During each pulse of light it is normal to feel a
mild sensation of warmth and tingling from the light energy.
• Some mild red or pink colour – During and just after your Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro session it
is not uncommon to see some very mild, pink-like colour of the skin. This is usually
most noticeable around the hairs themselves.
However if you see full redness of the skin, blistering or burns stop use of Veet Infini’Silk™
Pro immediately.
9.2. After treating with Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro
• When Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro session has been completed turn Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro o
by pressing the ON/STBY SWITCH. All the lit indicators will turn o and the STBY
INDICATOR LIGHT will turn on (be sure to remember the last energy level setting you
used, as it will not be restored when turning Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro on again.)
• Unplug the ADAPTOR cord from the electrical outlet.
• After each hair removal session it is recommended that you clean your Veet Infini’Silk™
Pro device, especially the TREATMENT SURFACE (See: “Cleaning Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro”).
• After cleaning, it is recommended to store your Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro device in its
original box, and keep it away from water.

Skin care following hair removal session
Do not expose treated areas of skin to the sun. Be sure to carefully protect
the treated skin with sunscreen, throughout the hair removal period and for
at least 2 weeks following the last Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro session.
10. Maintenance of Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro
10.1. Cleaning Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro
After each hair removal session, it is recommended to clean your Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro
device, and especially the TREATMENT SURFACE.
• Unplug Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro before cleaning.
• Use a dry, clean cloth and a specially formulated cleaner for electronic equipment
to gently wipe Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro surface, and especially the TREATMENT SURFACE.
Never immerse Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro or any of its parts in water!
10.2. Replacing the LAMP CARTRIDGE
The Veet Infini’Silk™ Pro LAMP CARTRIDGE can fire a pre-set and limited number of light
pulses. Pulse intensity is determined only according to the energy level setting
of the
device. There is no decrease of energy during the usable lifetime of the LAMP CARTRIDGE.
When only 100 light pulses remain in the LAMP CARTRIDGE, the REPLACE CARTRIDGE
INDICATOR LIGHT on the CONTROL PANEL will start blinking, indicating that the
LAMP CARTRIDGE should soon be replaced. As the number of light pulses in the LAMP
CARTRIDGE further decreases, the REPLACE CARTRIDGE INDICATOR LIGHT blinking will
grow faster. Once all the pulses in a LAMP CARTRIDGE have been used, the REPLACE
CARTRIDGE INDICATOR LIGHT will remain steadily on, indicating that further pulses
cannot be emitted.
In order to continue the hair removal session, it will now be necessary to replace the
LAMP CARTRIDGE.
