IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the
appliance, and always follow the safety and operating instructions.
Important : This appliance can be used by children over 8 years
old and people with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacities or with a lack of experience or knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instructions concerning the safe use of
the appliance and the risks involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.
Never leave the appliance and its cord unsupervised and within
reach of children less than 8 years old or irresponsible persons
when it is plugged into the wall or when it is cooling down.
❑Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on
the appliance.
❑Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
❑From time to time check the appliance for damages. Never use
the appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of damage.
In that case, repairs should be made by a competent qualified
electrician(*). Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced
by a competent qualified electrician(*) in order to avoid all
danger.
❑Always put the plug in an earthed socket provided with a
current flight jump not higher than 30 mA in the electric circuit.
❑Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way
indicated in these instructions.
❑Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for
any reason whatsoever. Never place it into the dishwasher.
❑Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
❑Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance from the power
supply.

❑Never use accessories that are not recommended by the
producer. They could constitute a danger to the user and risk
to damage the appliance.
❑Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the
cord cannot get caught inany way. Do not wind the cord around
the appliance and do not bend it.
❑Stand the appliance on a flat stable surface so that it does not
fall.
❑Make sure the appliance has cooled down before cleaning or
storing it.
❑Only cook consumable food.
❑It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into contact with food.
❑Make sure the cord never comes into contact with the hot parts
of the appliance.
❑The temperature of the accessible surfaces may be very high
when the appliance is in use. Never touch these surfaces and
make use of the handles. Always use gauntlets when handling
the appliance. Make sure nothing comes into contact with the
heating element of the appliance.
❑Make sure the hot parts of the appliance never come into
contact with inflammable materials, such as curtains, cloth, etc.
when it is in use, as a fire might occur.
❑Unplug the appliance when not in use.
❑Before using the appliance always check the water level in the
water tank. This water is indispensable as it is used for the
cooling of the appliance. Before filling the water tank, always
unplug the appliance. Never spill water on the heating element
and do not exceed the maximum water level indicated in the
water tank.
❑Never use fuels such as charcoal, combustibles,
stimulating liquids for regular barbecues... to increase or speed
up the temperature. The only source of heat of this appliance
is its heating resistor. Do not add anything else.
❑Provide proper ventilation when using the appliance indoors.
❑Do not cover the appliance with anything.

❑Be extremely cautious as oil and fat preparations might catch
fire if overheated.
❑Your appliance must never be switched on through an external
timer or any kind of separate remote control system.
❑Please note: Should the symbol be indicated on a certain
surface, you need to be careful when handling the product.
This symbol means: CAUTION, this surface may get very hot
during use.
The symbol is always put on the surface with the highest
temperature, however the other metallic or non-metallic
surfaces can also become very hot during use and it is
therefore advisable to always handle them with care and if
possible with the help of isothermal gloves or other thermal
protection. In case of doubt concerning the temperature of a
certain surface it is always preferable to protect oneself.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after-sales department of the
producer or importer or any person who is qualified, approved and
competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all
danger. In case of need, you should return the appliance to this
electrician.

Before first time use
1. Remove all packaging.
2. We recommend that you clean the device as described under “cleaning”.
Initial operation
1. Place the device on an even and heat-resistant surface.
2. Ensure that the thermostat is correctly inserted into the grill. Improper installation
of the thermostat may lead to abnormal heating which could cause damage to
the product and injury to persons.
3. The control knob setting range is from 1-5 (1 being the lowest setting).
The Venga Teppanyaki and table grill
Please note!
3. Pre-heat the grill for approximately 5 minutes before use. The surface must be
sizzling hot to ensure that the food cane be grilled to perfection.
4. The cooking time depends on the type of food you are cooking, the degree you
want it cooked (e.g. steak medium rare) and the quality of the ingredients.
1. Wipe the grill and griddle clean using a damp cloth.
2. Plug the thermostat connector into the body of the appliance, and then plug the
power cord into the socket and switch the appliance on.
3. The thermostat light will tunr on whilst preheating the appliance. When the light
tunrs off the desired temperature has been atteined..
4. Place the ingredients you wish to cook onto the appropriate surface i.e. meat is
generally best cooked on the griddle while eggs are best cooked on the flast grill
face.
5. Adjust the temperature accordingly throughout the cooking process.
After use, unplug the grill from the wall outlet. Allow a cooling period to occur, wipe the
the appliance clean with a damp cloth, and make also sure the machine body stays clean.
Non stick surface of your Venga grill
Please note: Do not cut food on the nonstick surface of the appliance as it will damage
the coating. Use soft utensils on the surface of the appliance only.
Half grill/griddle surfaces
Here are a few tips to help you fully utilize the different surfaces of your new grill.
1. The griddles jagged surface makes it ideal for cooking meat such a chicken and
beef steaks.
2. It is best to cook vegetables and eggs on the flat grills surface.
3. It is recommended when cooking eggs on the flat grill to use a little oil to prevent
it from sticking to the surface.
Cleaning

1. Always remove the plug from the mains socket before cleaning the unit.
2. Always allow a cooling period to occur before cleaning the appliance.
3. Do not use any wire brushes, sharp objects or abrasive cleaning utensils as this
could damage the surface of the griddle and grill.
4. Under no circumstances should the device be immersed in water or any other
liquid.
Grill & Griddle
1. It is advised to remove any food residues while they are still warm with a damp
cloth or paper towel.
2. Always clean the heating surface of the grill with a soft sponge and soapy water,
then wipe off any excess with clean water and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
3. After drying the surface of the grill, we recommend that you apply a small amount
of cooking oil to the surface of the grill.
Thermostat probe
Please take care !
1. Please clean the thermostat unit with a soft paper towel or a soft dry cloth only
after you have disconnected it from the mains.
2. Never clean the probe with any wet items such as a wet cloth as it could result in
an electric shock or fire.
3. Never immerse the cable of the appliance in water or any other liquid.

PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT –DIRECTIVE 2012/19/EU
In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol on
the rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing
waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance
with the directive.
ERP DECLARATION –REGULATION 1275/2008/EC
We, TKG Sprl/Bvba, hereby confirm that our product meets the requirements of regulation
1275/2008/EC. Admittedly, our product does not dispose of a function to minimize the
power consumption, which should according to regulation 1275/2008/EC put the product
in off or standby mode after finishing the main function, but this is practically impossible, as
it would compromise the main function of the product so strongly, that using the product
would no longer be possible!
For this reason we always tell the customer in our instruction manual to unplug the
appliance immediately after use.
The user manual is by simple request also available in electronic format from the after-
sales service (see warranty card).

❑Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten, weder zum Reinigen, noch zu einem
anderen Zweck, sogar nicht wenn Sie den Thermostat
entfernt haben.
❑Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer
Wärmequelle.
❑Entfernen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose und warten
Sie, bis das Gerät vollständig erkaltet ist, bevor Sie es
reinigen oder wegräumen.

es an einem trockenen Platz auf.
❑Benutzen Sie nur Zubehör, welches vom Lieferanten

da diese für das Funktionieren des Gerätes und somit für

❑Ziehen Sie niemals an der Anschlussleitung, um das Gerät
zu bewegen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anschlussleitung
nicht irgendwo hängen bleibt unddies zum Fall des Gerätes
führen könnte. Wickeln Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht um
das Gerät oder knicken Sie diese nicht.
❑Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene und stabile Fläche.
❑Sie sollten das Gerät sauber halten, da es in direktem
Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln kommt.
❑Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anschlussleitung nicht mit den
heißen Teilen des Gerätes in Berührung kommt.
❑Während des Gebrauchs können zugängliche Teile des
Gerätes eine sehr hohe Temperatur erreichen. Berühren
Sie diese Teile nicht, sondern benutzen Sie die Griffe.
❑Achten Sie darauf, dass die heißen Teile nicht mit leicht
entflammbarem Material wie Gardinen, Tischdecken, usw.
in Berührung kommen. Brandgefahr!
❑Ziehen Sie den Stecker des Gerätes aus der Steckdose
wenn es nicht benutzt wird, auch wenn der Schalter schon
auf der Stellung MIN steht.

❑Bereiten Sie nur Nahrungsmittel zu, die zum Verzehr
geeignet sind.
❑Bei Gebrauch den Raum durchlüften.
❑Niemals das Gerät abdecken.
❑Öl- und Fettzubereitungen können bei Überhitzung
brennen. Seien Sie äußerst vorsichtig.
❑Ihr Gerät darf niemals über eine externe Zeitschaltuhr oder
irgendein anderes, separates Fernbedienungssystem
eingeschaltet werden.
(*) Fachmann: anerkannter Kundendienst des Lieferanten oder
des Importeurs, der für derartige Reparaturen zuständig ist.
Für eventuelle Reparaturen wenden Sie sich bitte an diesen
Kundendienst.

Vor der ersten Benutzung
5. Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.
1. Beim Reinigen des Geräts empfehlen wir, die Hinweise im Abschnitt „Reinigung“
zu befolgen.
Inbetriebnahme
1. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine hitzebeständige Oberfläche.
2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Thermostat korrekt im Grill eingesetzt ist. Durch
unsachgemäßen Einbau des Thermostats kann es zu starker Überhitzung kommen,
die zu Schäden am Produkt und zu Verletzungen führen kann.
3. Der Regler lässt sich in den Stufen 1-5 einstellen (1 = niedrigste Temperaturstufe).
Benutzung des Tischgrills
Achtung!
1. Lassen Sie den Grill vor Benutzung etwa 5 Minuten lang vorheizen.
2. Die Kochzeit ist abhängig von der Art der Speisen, der Zubereitungsart (z.B. Steak
medium) und der Qualität der Zutaten.
3. Reinigen Sie den Grillrost und die Grillplatte mit einem feuchten Tuch.
4. Setzen Sie das Thermostat in das Gehäuse ein, stecken Sie anschließend das
Netzkabel in die Steckdose und schalten Sie das Gerät ein.
5. Schalten Sie das Gerät am Thermostat ein und lassen Sie es so lange vorheizen,
bis die Kontrolllampe erlischt.
6. Legen Sie das Grillgut direkt auf die jeweils dafür geeignete Grillfläche. Für die
Zubereitung von Fleisch eignet sich der Grillrost, während Sie Eier am besten auf
der Grillplatte zubereiten.
7. Passen Sie während des gesamten Kochvorgangs die Temperatur entsprechend
an.
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nach Benutzung des Tischgrills aus der Steckdose. Lassen Sie
den Tischgrill abkühlen und reinigen Sie anschließend die Innenflächen mit einem feuchten
Tuch. Vergewissern Sie sich dass das Gehäuse sauber ist.
Antihaft Oberfläche
Achtung! Schneiden Sie Speisen niemals direkt auf der Antihaft Oberfläche des Geräts, da
dies zu Beeinträchtigungen der Eigenschaften führen kann. Verwenden Sie zum Schutz der
Oberfläche ausschließlich weiches Kochbesteck.
Grillrost/ Grillplatte
Die folgenden Tipps zeigen Ihnen, wie Sie die verschiedenen Grillflächen Ihres neuen
Tischgrills richtig nutzen können.
1. Der Grillrost eignet sich ideal für die Zubereitung von Fleisch wie beispielsweise
Geflügel oder Rindersteak.
2. Gemüse und Eier bereiten Sie am besten auf der Grillplatte zu.
3. Um bei der Zubereitung von Eiern die Antihafteigenschaften zu verbessern,
empfehlen wir, die Grillplatte dünn mit Speiseöl zu bestreichen.

Reinigung
1. Ziehen Sie zuerst den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.
2. Lassen Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung vollständig abkühlen.
3. Verwenden Sie niemals Stahlbürsten, andere spitze Gegenstände oder
scheuernde Reinigungsmittel, da hierdurch Schäden an Grillrost und -platte
entstehen können.
4. Das Gerät darf niemals in Wasser oder in andere Flüssigkeiten getaucht werden,
Grillrost und Grillplatte
1. Es wird empfohlen, sämtliche Speiserückstände mit einem feuchten Stoff- oder
Papiertuch zu entfernen, solange diese noch warm sind.
2. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Heizflächen ausschließlich einen weichen
Schwamm und Seifenlauge. Wischen Sie Seifenrückstände mit klarem Wasser ab
und trocknen Sie die Flächen gründlich mit einem weichen Tuch.
3. Zudem empfehlen wir, eine geringe Menge Speiseöl auf der trockenen Grillplatte
zu verreiben.
Thermostat
1. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Thermostats ein trockenes, weiches Stoff- oder
Papiertuch.
2. Reinigen Sie den Regler niemals mit nassen oder feuchten Tüchern, da dies einen
elektrischen Schlag oder einen Brand auslösen kann.
3. Tauchen Sie das Kabel Ihres Tischgrills niemals in Wasser oder in andere
Flüssigkeiten ein.

UMWELTSCHUTZ –RICHTLINIE 2012/19/EU
Zum Schutz unserer Umwelt und unserer Gesundheit sind Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte
nach bestimmten Regeln zu entsorgen. Dies fordert den Einsatz sowohl des Herstellers bzw.
Lieferanten als auch des Verbrauchers.
Aus diesem Grund darf dieses Gerät, wie das Symbol auf dem Typenschild bzw. auf
der Verpackung zeigt, nicht in den unsortierten Restmüll gegeben werden. Der
Verbraucher hat das Recht, dieses Gerät über kommunale Sammelstellen zu entsorgen;
von dort aus wird die spezifische Behandlung, Verwertung bzw. das Recycling gem. den
Erfordernissen der Richtlinie sichergestellt.

Wir, TKG Sprl/Bvba, bestätigen hiermit, dass unser Produkt den Anforderungen der VO
1275/2008/EG entspricht. Unser Produkt verfügt zwar nicht über eine Funktion zur
Minimierung des Verbrauchs, welche laut VO 1275/2008/EG das Produkt nach Beendigung
der Hauptfunktion in den Aus- oder Bereitschaftszustand versetzen soll, aber dies ist aus
Sicht des Gebrauchswertes nicht möglich, da dies die Hauptfunktion des Produktes so stark
beeinträchtigen würde, dass eine Benutzung des Produktes nicht mehr möglich sein würde!
Aus diesem Grund weisen wir in unserer Bedienungsanleitung den Kunden stets darauf hin,
das Gerät sofort nach dem Gebrauch vom Netz zu trennen.

❑Utilisez l'appareil uniquement pour des usages
domestiques et de la manière indiquée dans la notice.
❑Ne plongez jamais l'appareil dans l'eau ou dans tout autre
liquide ni pour son nettoyage ni pour toute autre raison,
même si vous retirez le cordon d’alimentation de l’appareil.
❑N'utilisez pas l'appareil près de sources de chaleur.
❑L’appareil doit obligatoirement être débranché et refroidi
avant de le nettoyer et de le ranger.
❑Veillez à ne pas utiliser l'appareil à l'extérieur etentreposez-
le dans un endroit sec.
❑N’utilisez pas des accessoires non recommandés par le
fabricant, cela peut présenter un danger pour l’utilisateur et
risque d’endommager l’appareil. En particulier, le cordon
d’alimentation et son connecteur car ce dernier est équipé
de dispositifs de régulation et de sécurité spécifiques.
❑Posez cet appareil sur une table ou un support
suffisamment stable pour éviter sa chute.
❑Il est indispensable de garder cet appareil propre étant
donné qu’il est en contact direct avec la nourriture.
❑Veillez à ce que le cordon n’entre pas en contact avec des
surfaces chaudes de l’appareil.
❑La température des surfaces accessibles peut être élevée
lorsque l'appareil fonctionne. Ne pas toucher ces surfaces

❑Ne faites cuire que des aliments appropriés à la cuisson et
propres à la consommation.
❑Il est conseillé de ventiler la pièce durant le fonctionnement.
❑Ne couvrez jamais l'appareil.
❑Les préparations à l'huile ou à la graisse peuvent
s'enflammer si elles sont surchauffées. Soyez donc
extrêmement prudent.
❑Votre appareil ne doit jamais être mis en fonctionnement
par le biais d’une minuterie extérieure ou d’un autre
système de commande à distance séparé.
(*) Service qualifié compétent:service après-vente du fabricant
ou de l'importateur ou une personne qualifiée, reconnue et
habilitée à faire ce genre de réparation afin d'éviter tout danger.
Dans tous les cas, veuillez retourner l'appareil auprès de ce

Avant la première utilisation
8. Retirez yous les emballages.
9. Nettoyez l’appareil, se reporter à la section “Nettoyage“.
Première utilisation
1. Placez l’appareil sur une surface résistant à la chaleur.
2. Assurez-vous que le thermostat est correctement inséré dans le gril. Une mauvaise
insertion du thermostat peut entraîner une surchauffe anormal pouvant
endommager le produit et causer des blessures.
3. La commande a une plage de réglage de 1 à 5 (1 étant le réglage le plus bas).
Utilisation du Teppanyaki
Recommendations !
1. Préchauffez le gril environ 5 minutes avant utilisation
2. Le temps de cuisson dépend du type d’aliments, de leur qualité et du type de
cuisson désiré (ex. steak à point).
3. Essuyez le gril et la plaque chauffante avec un chiffon doux et humide.
4. Branchez le thermostat sur le corps de l’appareil, puis brancher le câble dans la
prise et allumer l‘appareil.
5. Préchauffez l’appareil jusqu’à ce que la voyant s‘éteigne.
6. Placez les aliments sur la surface appropriée. Par exemple, la partie rainurée est
plus adaptée aux viandes, alors que les oeufs seront mieux sur la partie “plate“.
7. Le réglage de la température se fera tout au long de la cuisson, en fonction des
besoins.
Après utilisation, débranchez l’appareil de la prise murale. Le laisser refroidir, ensuite essuyer
la plaque avec un chiffon doux et humide et s’assurer que le corps de l’appareil et propre.
Surface antiadhésive
Remarque : ne coupez pas les aliments directement sur la surface antiadhésive car cela
endommagerait ses qualités antiadhésives, utilisez des ustensiles souples sur la surface de
cuisson.
Surface moitié gril/plaque
Voici quelques conseils pour utiliser pleinement les différentes surfaces de l’appareil.
1. La surface rainurée de la plaque de cuisson est particulièrement adaptée pour
la cuisson des viandes, comme la volaille, les viandes rouges.
2. Il est recommandé de cuire les légumes et les oeufs sur la surface plane.
3. Pour la cuisson des oeufs, il est recommandé d’utiliser un peu d’huile pour éviter
qu’il ne collent.
Nettoyage
1. Veuillez toujours vous assurer que l’appareil est bien débranché de la prise murale
avant de procéder au nettoyage.
2. Attendez toujours le refroidissement de l’appareil avant le nettoyage.

3. N’utlisez pas de brosse métallique, d’objets tranchants ou d’ustensils de
nettoyage abrasifs car cela pourrait endommager la surface de la plaque
chauffante.
4. L'appareil ne doit en aucun cas être immergé dans l'eau ou dans tout autre
liquide.
Gril & Plancha
1. Il est recommandé d’enlever les résidus de nourriture lorsqu’ils sont encore chauds
avec un chiffon humide ou un essuie-tout.
2. Nettoyez toujours la surface avec une éponge douce et l’eau savonneuse,
essuyer avec de l’eau propre (ne pas rincer) et sécher soigneusement avec un
chiffon doux.
3. Après avoir séché la surface du gril, il est conseillé d’appliquer un fine couche
d’huile sur toute la surface de cuisson.
Thermostat
1. Nettoyez le thermostat avec un esuie-tout ou un chiffon doux et sec.
2. Ne nettoyez jamais le thermostat avec un chiffon humide, risque de choc
électrique ou d‘incendie.
3. Ne plongez jamais le câble dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide.

que votre appareil, tel que le signale le symbole apposé sur sa plaque signalétique
ou sur l'emballage, ne doit en aucun cas être jeté dans une poubelle publique ou privée
destinée aux ordures ménagères. L'utilisateur a le droit de déposer l'appareil dans des lieux
publics de collecte procédant à un tri sélectif des déchets pour être soit recyclé, soit
réutilisé pour d’autres applications conformément à la directive.
DÉCLARATION ERP –DIRECTIVE 1275/2008/CE
Nous, TKG Sprl/Bvba, confirmons par la présente que notre produit correspond aux
exigences de la directive 1275/2008/CE. Certes, notre produit n’est pas équipé d’une
fonction pour minimaliser la consommation de puissance, ce qui devrait selon la directive
1275/2008/CE mettre le produit en mode éteint ou mode veille après avoir fini sa fonction
principale, mais ceci est pratiquement impossible, car cela nuirait à la fonction principale
du produit si fortement que l’utilisation du produit ne serait plus possible!
C’est pourquoi dans notre mode d’emploi nous disons toujours au client de débrancher la
fiche de la prise de courant dès qu’il a fini d’utiliser le produit.

auprès du service après-vente (voir carte de garantie).

Lea detenidamente el modo de empleo antes deutilizar el aparato,
