1. Functional Introduction

makes the temperature freely adjustable at a certain range according to food requirement.

2.1 Structural & Functional Features:
1. Smooth plate surface treatment, easy to clean, very sanitary and clean.
2. Desired temperature can be set according to requirement and food condition.
3. Fast heating up, easy operation and convenient maintenance.
2.2 Working principle
The back of grill is equipped with electric heating pipe, which generates heat when
electrified, and the heat is transferred to grill to raise the temperature to the set
temperature. When the temperature reaches the set value, the thermostat can
automatically cut off the power supply, and the electric heating tube would stop working.
When the temperature drops slightly, the thermostat can automatically be electrified, and
the electric heating tube would work. The temperature of the grill keeps constant like the
above.

4. Precautions & Recommendations
4.1 Operation notice:
1. The equipment shall be installed and maintained by professional technicians. If
necessary, please contact professional technicians. The grounding connection of the
equipment must comply with local regulations. (warning: improper operation, installation
or maintenance may cause property damage, casualties, etc. Please read this manual
carefully before operation, installation and maintenance.)
2. All operators must strictly abide by the electricity safety rules, and confirm that the
power supply voltage is consistent with the power supply voltage on the product
nameplate and has been safely grounded before use.
3. All operations can only be carried out on the safe condition. In case of failure, the
machine must be repaired immediately.
4. This product needs to be operated by a trained chef and cannot be disassembled or
modified. The disassembly and refitting of products will lead to serious accidents.
5. Before cleaning, unplug the plug, cut off the power supply, and do not use jet for
cleaning. Water can conduct electricity, and the product may cause electric shock due to
leakage.
6. Do not knock the product or place heavy objects on it. Abnormal operation may cause
damage and danger. Before, after, and in the working process, because the temperature
is high, do not touch the appliance directly with hands, especially the high- temperature
area, which may cause burns.
7. It is forbidden to use the power supply other than those indicated for the product.
8. It is forbidden to use the power switch that does not meet the safety standards.
9. When the thunder approaches, the power switch shall be disconnected as soon as
possible. It can avoid electrical damage caused by lightning.
10. It is forbidden to use hard and sharp objects which may damage the surface of griddle

13. If the power cord is damaged, to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its maintenance department or similar full-time personnel.

4.2 Storage and transportation
The packed equipment shall not be stored in the open air for a long time, and shall be
placed in a well ventilated warehouse without corrosive gas. When temporary storage is
needed, rainproof measures shall be taken.
For the sake of safety, this equipment has been inspected by qualified technicians before
transportation. Please pack it carefully. Please check the equipment integrity and
transportation damage immediately after receiving. In case of obvious damage, please do
not accept. The transportation company shall be fully responsible for the damage caused
during the transportation. For the damage on confidentiality, it should be put forward
immediately after discovery, because the compensation for damage can only be claimed
within the validity period.
During transportation, the equipment shall be placed with care and shall not be inverted to
prevent damage to the product shell and interior.
4.2 Installation
The power supply voltage must be consistent with the use voltage of the equipment.
Copper equipotential terminal is set under the rear of the griddle. The copper core wire of
no less than 1.5mm2shall be used for connection according to the regulations. After
installation, check whether the wiring is loose, whether the voltage is normal and whether
the grounding is safe. The fixed wiring connected must be equipped with all-pole
disconnection according to the wiring rules, with at least 3mm contact distance. It is also
required to install grounded leakage protection switch or relay with leakage peak value of
10mA. The installation space of the equipment shall be at least 1500mm long, 850mm
wide and 530mm high. After unpacking, the equipment shall be placed on the ground.
5. Working Instructions & Operation Flow
1. Before using, check that whether the power installation is correct. Making sure that
the supply voltage complies with the working voltage of the appliance.
2. Turn on the power switch, the green indicator illuminates, which indicates that the
appliance is energized. Rotate the thermostat clockwise to align the desired
temperature scale value with the dot, at this time, the yellow indicator illuminates, the
heating elements are working. When desired temperature is reached, the thermostat
will cut off the power supply automatically with the yellow indicator off, the heating
elements stop working. Once the temperature drops a bit, the thermostat will connect
the power supply automatically, the yellow indicator illuminates and the heating
elements restart working with the temperature rising. The procedure circulates to
ensure the temperature keep constant within the set range.

3. Griddle plate temperature can be freely adjusted at a certain range in accordance
with food type to get an ideal effect.
4. During operation, if any anomaly occurs, please stop using immediately.
5. During operation, have your protective gloves worn. Caution scald.
6. Routine Inspection
Stop using if user feels that there are some problems in the circuit or machine.
Check the situation of the machine before or after using every day.
Whether the machine is tilted?
Whether the control panel is damaged?
Whether there is strange odor or vibration noise?
7. Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Before cleaning, cut off the power supply first to prevent unexpected accidents.
2. After working everyday, clean the inner tank, body surface and power cord with wet
towel containing non-corrosive detergent. Do not aim at the appliance with water jet
directly. Water infiltration may damage the electric performance and cause electricity
safety accident.
3. If not going to use the appliance at any time, turn off the thermostats and power
switch.
4. If not going to use the appliance for a long period of time, clean it completely and
store it in a well-ventilated warehouse without any corrosive gases.
