product
The Halogen Oven brings the end to the traditional way of cooking. During cooking, the
oven produces a circular wave of hot air, which is distributed evenly throughout the food.
This makes the food very tasty, retaining all its flavor and nutritional elements.
During the cooking procedure the halogen oven can develop temperatures of 60°C to
250°C for up to 60 minutes. You can choose the desired temperature and cooking time.
The hot air inside the oven never will cause smoke and the food will not be burned.
The Halogen Oven helps you save time and makes cooking easier. It is the ideal
appliance for healthy and tasty cooking while it saves time and money.
Halogen Oven can cook all kind of food that can be also cooked with an
ordinary oven.
It is truly a versatile oven, capable of preparing all kinds of dishes, which usually
require a regular oven.
Halogen Oven can cook in many different ways.
It can bake and cook, reheat or defrost.
Cooking with the Halogen Oven saves you money.
It consumes less than half of electricity comparing to regular ovens and about same
electricity as a microwave oven.

ATTENTION! - IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. This appliance is designed for domestic use only. No responsibility is
accepted for damage resulting from use non-compatible with the instructions.
2. This appliance is used only for cooking.
3. The appliance is only intended to be used indoors and not outdoors.
4. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord shows any signs of damage.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be repaired by a qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard. Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk.
5. Always handle the power cord with care. Do not pull or strain the power cord.
The power cord may never be folded or pinched. Always pull the plug to
disconnect the power cord, never pull on the cord to disconnect it.
6. Do not use the cord as a handle.
7. Do not let the cable resting on a hot surface or hanging on the edge of the
table.
8. Do not use any accessories not recommended by the manufacturer. It may
cause injury and device destruction.
9. Do not use with a voltage converter.
10. Do not use an extension cord with the appliance.
11. Do not place the appliance on or near microwave oven, electric oven, gas
oven or washing machine. Keep the appliance away from flammable objects
or other heat source.
12. Do not use outdoors or where aerosol spray products are being used or
where oxygen is being administrated.
13. Never use the appliance near a swimming pool, or any other place with
humidity and high temperature.
14. The appliance should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions (rain,
etc.) or any wet conditions.
15. Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub of
sink.
16. Always leave enough space around the device when it is in use, among
other items. Do not place the device near flammable materials such as
furniture, pillows, fabrics, curtains, etc. WARNING! If you use the device on a
surface that can be damaged by heating, it is recommended to place under
the device an insulation base.
17. Do not place the appliance on any heat sensitive surface when hot or when
plugged in.
18. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or while you are in contact with
water.
19. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
20. Do not reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Just pull the plug off.
21. Do not use the device when it is empty.
22. Do not drop or insert any objects into any opening.

23. Do not touch heated surfaces when the device is in operation, as there is a
risk of burns. Do not let bare skin or eyes touch heated surfaces.
24. Do not touch any part of the appliance except the handles and the control
switch when the device is in operation, as there is a risk of burns. Do not let
bare skin or eyes touch heated surfaces. Always use oven gloves to touch
the handles.
25. Do not move the appliance while it is operating.
26. Do not remove the lid when the device is connected to the power supply.
Before removing the cover, follow the following instructions:
1) Turn the switches to position "Off".
2) Disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
3) Lift the lid using the handle with both hands, very carefully
4) Place the lid on a flat and heat resistant surface.
Do not place the hot part surface of the lid directly on wood, plastic or
any other flammable material surface. Place it only on surface that can
resist high temperatures.
Never put the lid on a chair or bench, while still plugged in and working.
27. Always place the lid on the bowl, before connecting the appliance to the
power supply and turning it on.
28. The device should always be disconnected from the mains when not in use.
Always switch Off’ and unplug the appliance if it is not in use before moving,
cleaning and storing it.
29. Before disconnecting the device from the socket, turn the temperature
regulation switch and also the time adjustment switch in position “Off”.
30. Please note that the device is powered up when connected to the power
supply, even when the switches are in “Off” position.
31. The device should be used only by adults.
32. Keep the appliance away from children. Children must be under supervision
when they are near the device.
33. The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
34. Always supervise the device when it is in use.
35. The appliance should only be stored indoors in a dry place away from
moisture and high or very low temperature and avoid direct exposure under
ultraviolet.
36. Always make sure the appliance is clean and dry before storing it.
37. Do not store the appliance while it is still warm.
38. Read all the instructions carefully before you use the appliance and keep
them for future use.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.

To reduce the risk of electric shock do not open this device,
there are not serviceable parts for customers. Please refer
any maintenance or repair to qualified personnel.

BEFORE USE
1. Ensure the packaging of this appliance is disposed of properly as all materials
are recyclable.
2. Keep plastic bags away from babies and children.
3. After you remove the device from its packing, clean it with a damp cloth.
4. Never put the appliance under running water, in order to clean it.
5. The only parts that can be washed with soapy water are the glass bowl, the
low and high racks, the tong, and the base. Be sure to rinse thoroughly to
remove any soapy residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
Do not put any part or accessory of the appliance in dish washer machine or
disinfector machine.
6. Place the device on a flat and dry surface.
7. Before using the device, please unfold the cord completely and make sure
that it does not show any sign of damage.
8. Ensure that the main voltage rating of your power supply corresponds to the
voltage requirements of the appliance
9. Make sure that all parts of the device are properly mounted before using the
appliance.
10. Before cooking with the appliance for the first time it is recommended to
operate the device without any food inside by setting the thermostat at 250
o
C
and the timer to 5 minutes in order to clear any dirt residues. You will notice a
slightly strange smell. Once you finish this procedure please allow the device
to cool down for 5 minutes with opened lid.
11. If you notice that there is a little smell or smoke going out of the appliance
during the first use, do not worry, it is normal.

INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the below instructions in order to use the appliance.
Cooking with the Halogen oven
1. Place the food on a rack (9/10), in to the bowl (6). Make sure there is about
3cm space between food and the bowl and the lid in order not to block the
airflow circulation.
2. Place the lid on the unit.
3. Plug the appliance in to the wall outlet. It is not allowed to share the same
plug-set with other electrical appliances.
4. Press down the handle of the lid until you hear the “click”.
5. Set the time adjustment Switch (2) to the desired level and the red power
indication light (4) will light on.
6. Set the temperature by turning the temperature regulation switch (1) to the
desired level and the halogen tube inside the appliance will light on. The
appliance will soon warm up and reach the desired temperature, which will
be maintained until the time you selected runs out. After that the appliance
will shut down.
Notes:
•You can consult the recommended cooking time and temperature level for
different type of food in below paragraph.
•The thermostat controls and maintains the cooking temperature by turning “on”
and “off” the halogen heating element in repeated sircles. You can also notice
that from the “on” and "Off" blink of the indication light.
•The timer will turn off the appliance after the time you set is passed and a tone
will sound briefly to alert you that the cooking time is complete. Turn the
temperature regulation switch (1) to position "Off". Disconnect the device from
the power supply and remove the lid, taking care not to burn yourself.
•Shut down: To finish the cooking operation before the time is up, turn the
temperature regulation switch (1) and time adjustment switch (2) to position
"Off" and then unplug the appliance from the power supply.
CAUTION
Do not put water or plastic containers inside the Bowl (6) during the
operation
Avoid any form of tapping, knocking, striking or touching the appliance while
it is working.
If strange noise is heard or several vibrations occur, do not open the lid.
Unplug the appliance immediately and contact a licensed technician for a
checkup.

COOKING METHODS
How to grill on the racks
Place the meat directly on the rack.
Please note that the cooking time depends on the temperature you are cooking,
the type of meat, the thickness of meat etc. You can get some help from the table
below.
How to cook with steam
You can cook your vegetables steamed, while the main dish is cooked. Put your
vegetables in a bag that you made from aluminum foil, pour a few drops of water
and seal the foil.
How to fry
To make French fries without the usual amount of oil used, first dip or grease the
potatoes in oil, just leave them to drain and then cook them in the oven following
the instructions in the table below.
To make fried chicken, grease the chicken pieces with butter or oil for cooking.
Let them drain a bit and cook them according to the details of the table below.
How to Defrost
You can use the oven to defrost frozen food, more easy than the microwave
oven. Simply adjust the temperature in low level and check the condition of the
food every 5-10 minutes.

CLEANING
1. Clean the appliance each time after using it.
2. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before you clean it.
3. Clean the external surface of the appliance with a damp cloth.
Never put the appliance and the power cord in water, neither rinse it under
tap water or any other liquid.
4. The only parts that can be washed are the glass bowl, the low and high
racks, the tong, and the base. Wash the glass bowl, the low and high racks,
the tong, and the base with warm soapy water.
5. Be sure to rinse thoroughly to remove any soapy residue.
Do not wash the glass bowl while it is still hot!
Make sure that all parts of the device are completely dry before you
reassemble the device.
Do not use sharp objects, hard brushes or oven cleaners to clean the device.
Do not put any part or accessory of the appliance in dish washer machine.
Do not put any part or accessory of the appliance in disinfector machine.
Automatic Cleaning System
The oven has an automatic cleaning system. Just fill the glass bowl with water up
to 4cm and turn the switch to position “Wash” for 10-12 minutes. For deeper
cleaning you can turn the switch to 250°C for 10-12 minutes. Note that if the glass
bowl is too dirty, you can add some detergent in water.
