ATTENTION! - IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. This appliance is designed for private, domestic use only. No responsibility is
accepted for damage resulting from use non-compatible with the instructions.
2. The appliance is not intended to be used in the following applications, and
the guarantee will not apply for:
Any commercial use.
Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments.
Farm houses.
By clients in hotels, motels and other residential, bed and breakfast type
environments.
3. This appliance is used only for cooking using proper cookware for oven.
4. The appliance is only intended to be used indoors and not outdoors.
5. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord shows any signs of damage.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be repaired by a qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard. Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk.
6. Always handle the power cord with care. Do not pull or strain the power cord.
The power cord may never be folded or pinched. Always pull the plug to
disconnect the power cord, never pull the cord to disconnect it.
7. Do not use the cord as a handle.
8. Do not let the cord wedged between a closed door.
9. Do not pull the cord near sharp corners.
10. Do not let the cable resting on a hot surface or hanging on the edge of the
table.
11. Do not use any accessories not recommended by the manufacturer. It may
cause injury and device destruction.
12. Do not use with a voltage converter.
13. Do not use an extension cord with the appliance.
14. Always connect this appliance to a mains socket outlet with a protective
earthing connection.
15. Do not place the appliance on or near any other electric oven, microwave
oven, gas oven or washing machine.
16. Keep the appliance away from flammable objects or other heat source.
17. Do not use outdoors or where aerosol spray products are being used or
where oxygen is being administrated.
18. The appliance must not be located immediately below or above a socket-
outlet.
19. The socket must be easily accessible at any time to ensure that the unit can
be disconnected quickly from the electricity supply.
20. Never use the appliance near a swimming pool, or any other place with
humidity and high temperature.
21. The appliance should not be exposed to extreme weather conditions (rain,
etc.) or any wet conditions.

22. Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub of
sink.
23. Always leave enough space around the device when it is in use among other
items. Do not place the device near flammable materials such as furniture,
pillows, fabrics, curtains, etc. WARNING! If you use the device on a surface
that can be damaged by heating, it is recommended to place an insulation
base under the device.
24. Keep the appliance in a minimum distance of 25 cm from walls and other
objects.
25. Do not cover the ventilation holes on the appliance as this may cause
overheating.
26. Always use the device in an upright position.
27. Do not place the appliance on any heat sensitive surface when hot or when
plugged in.
28. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
29. Do not use while you are in contact with water.
30. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
31. Do not touch an appliance that has fallen into water. Just pull the plug off.
32. Use only proper cookware for oven use that are high temperature resistant
and are made of metal, heat resistant glass or fireproof ceramic materials.
33. Do not pour water on the glass oven door while it is still warm, as this can
cause cracks.
34. Do not cover any part of the oven with metal foil. This may cause the oven to
overheat.
35. Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: cardboard, plastic,
paper, or anything similar.
36. Be sure that nothing touches the top or bottom heating elements of the oven.
37. Oversized foods must not be inserted in the oven as they may create a fire
and also cause electric risk.
38. Do not leave inside the oven any kitchen tools made of metal or any other
material when the appliance is in operation.
39. Do not drop or insert any objects into any opening.
40. Do not touch the heated surfaces when the device is in operation, as there is
a risk of burns. Do not let bare skin or eyes touch heated surfaces.
41. Do not touch any part of the device, other than the switches and handle
when you use the appliance as there is a risk of burns.
42. Always wear protective, insulated oven gloves when inserting or removing
items from the hot oven.
43. Use extreme caution when removing the wire rack, bake tray or any other
cookware from the hot oven, or when disposing hot grease or other hot
liquids from the cookware.
44. Do not move the appliance while it is operating.
45. The device should always be disconnected from the mains when not in use.
Always switch OFF and unplug the appliance if it is not in use before moving,
cleaning, assembling or disassembling, when changing fittings and storing it.

46. Before disconnecting the device from the socket, turn all switches in position
“OFF” and “0”.
47. Please note that the device is powered up when connected to the power
supply, even when all switches are in position “OFF” and “0”.
48. The device should be used only by adults.
49. Keep the appliance away from children. Children must be under supervision
when they are near the device.
50. The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
51. Always supervise the device when it is in use.
52. The appliance should only be stored indoors in a dry place away from
moisture and high or very low temperature. Avoid direct exposure under
ultraviolet.
53. Always make sure the appliance is clean before storing it.
54. Do not store the appliance while it is still warm.
55. Do not store any materials other than manufacturer’s recommended
accessories in this oven when not in use.

elements of the oven.

Do not touch the heated surfaces when the device is in
operation, as there is a risk of burns.

The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of
an external timer or separate remote-control system.
WARNING!
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
CAUTION - RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
To reduce the risk of electric shock do not open this device,
there are not serviceable parts for customers. Please refer
any maintenance or repair to qualified personnel.

BEFORE USE
1. Ensure the packaging of this appliance is disposed of properly as all materials
are recyclable.
2. Keep plastic bags away from babies and children.
3. After you remove the device from its packing, clean it with a damp cloth.
Never put the appliance under running water in order to clean it.
4. Remove the bake tray and the wire rack and wash them by hand with warm,
soapy water using a dish cloth or in the dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly to
remove any soapy residue and dry them immediately after rinsing.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the appliance or
the accessories (bake tray, wire rack).
Do not put the accessories (bake tray, wire rack) in disinfector machine.
5. Place the appliance on a flat, stable and dry surface. Keep the appliance in a
minimum distance of 25 cm from walls and other objects.
6. Before using the device unfold the cord completely and make sure that it does
not show any signs of damage.
7. Ensure that the main voltage rating of your power supply corresponds to the
voltage requirements of the appliance.
8. Make sure that all parts of the device are properly mounted before using the
appliance.
9. Ensure that all parts of the appliance are dry before connecting to the mains.
10. The first time allow the oven to operate for about 15 minutes at maximum
temperature with the upper and lower heating elements of the oven ON. Do
not put anything in the oven at this time. If you notice that there is a little smell
or smoke going out of the appliance during the first use, do not worry, it is
normal.

It gives you the ability to set the oven temperature
according to your desires with a maximum setting at
230° C degrees.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING WITH THE OVEN
Please follow the instructions below in order to use the appliance.
The oven is equipped with the following functions.
BROIL (Upper Heating Elements)
This function is using the Upper Heating Elements of the oven and is useful for
broiling food over a large area and also individual small amounts of food. It is
recommended to leave the door slightly ajar.
BAKE (Bottom Heating Elements)
BAKE function is using the Bottom Heating Elements of the oven. For best
results, it is recommended that you preheat the oven.
TOAST (Upper and Bottom Heating Elements)
The TOAST function is using all heating elements (upper and bottom) of the oven
and is the most common way to cook. It is suitable for sensitive foods and also
foods that need long time cooking
.
How to BROIL (Upper Heating Elements)
1. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes before use.
2. Place the grill wire rack at the desired level and then place the bake tray with
food on the wire rack.
3. Leave the oven door slightly ajar.
4. Turn the switch for upper & lower oven heater (9) in position “ ”
.
5. Turn the thermostat knob for oven temperature regulation (8) to the desired
temperature level.
6. Turn the timer (10) in the position according to the desired cooking time.
7. When cooking is finished, turn the switch for upper & lower oven heater (9) in
position “ ”, the thermostat knob for oven temperature regulation (8)
counterclockwise in minimum position and the timer to position “0” to turn off
the oven.

How to BAKE (Bottom Heating Elements)
1. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes before use.
2. Place the grill wire rack at the desired level and then place the bake tray with
food on the wire rack.
3. Close the oven door.
4. Turn the switch for upper & lower oven heater (9) in position “ ”.
5. Turn the thermostat knob for oven temperature regulation (8) to the desired
temperature level.
6. Turn the timer (10) in the position according to the desired cooking time.
7. When cooking is finished, turn the switch for upper & lower oven heater (9) in
position “ ”, the thermostat knob for oven temperature regulation (8)
counterclockwise in minimum position and the timer to position “0” to turn off
the oven.
How to TOAST (Upper and Lower Heating Elements)
1. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes before use.
2. Place the grill wire rack at the desired level and then place the bake tray with
food on the wire rack.
3. Close the oven door.
4. Turn the switch for upper & lower oven heater (9) in position “ ”
.
5. Turn the thermostat knob for oven temperature regulation (8) to the desired
temperature level.
6. Turn the timer (10) in the position according to the desired cooking time.
7. When cooking is finished, turn the switch for upper & lower oven heater (9) in
position “ ”, the thermostat knob for oven temperature regulation (8)
counterclockwise in minimum position and the timer to position “0” to turn off
the oven.
CAUTION: FOOD, UTENSILS OR ANY OTHER OBJECT MUST NOT GET
IN TO CONTACT WITH THE HEATING ELEMENTS.
CAUTION: Whenever you cook food directly on the wire rack you must
put under the wire rack the bake tray in order to collect all
juices produced during cooking.
CAUTION: Do not place utensils or food directly on the bottom of the
oven. Always use bake tray and wire rack.
CAUTION: Do not pour water on the bottom of the oven.
CAUTION: Do not cover the bottom of the oven with aluminum foil or
any other material.

CLEANING
Clean the appliance each time after using it.
Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before you clean it.
External cleaning
Clean the external surface of the appliance with a damp cloth.
Do not put the appliance in water, neither rinse it under tap water or any
other liquid.
Accessories Cleaning
Remove the bake tray and the wire rack and wash them by hand with warm,
soapy water using a dish cloth or in the dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly to
remove any soapy residue and dry them immediately after rinsing.
Oven Cleaning
Remove the crumb tray and wash it by hand with warm, soapy water using a
dish cloth. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soapy residue and dry it
IMMEDIATELY after rinsing.
DO NOT put the crumb tray in dishwasher.
Clean the oven walls internally with a slightly damp cloth. Then wipe the
inner walls of the oven with a dry and soft damp cloth removing any residual.
After cleaning the oven, leave the door open in order to help dry thoroughly
and properly.
Note: Clean the oven interior regularly. All acidic liquids like lemon juice, oil,
etc., should be cleaned after each use.
WARNING!
Do not put the accessories (bake tray, wire rack, crumb tray) in disinfector
machine.
Make sure that all accessories (bake tray, wire rack, crumb tray) are
completely dry before you place them back into the appliance.
Make sure that all parts of the appliance are completely dry before you
connect it to the power supply.
Do not use sharp objects, hard brushes, scouring pads or abrasive cleaners
to clean the appliance or the accessories (bake tray, wire rack, crumb tray).
Do not clean the inside of the oven with metal scouring pads as small pieces
can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric
shock.
