4. Hydro massage.
System of water massage (hydro massage) consists of the following elements:
- A set of 42 water-air nozzles, providing water or a water air blend to the bathtub,
- 3 hydro massage pumps ensuring circulation of water
- 3 air flow regulators providing air to hydro massage nozzles installed on the edge of the
bathtub regulating intensity of the massage,
-6 water suction devices
-1 air blower massage nozzles Turbo Charging system .
Hydro massage sections distribution
Additionally water massage is supported by air. Water nozzles are constructed in such a way
that water flowing through them forms underpressure, which sucks in air in a natural way.
Intensity of airflow is regulated by regulators installed on the edge of the bathtub.
The bathtub is equipped with Turbo Charging system.
Air blower is connected to air regulators, which results in consequence in increasing intensity of
the water massage.
REMARK! Air regulators change intensity of a water massage.

Increasing intensity of a water massage can be conducted
by turning the knob of the regulators into the right whereas
decreasing intensity of a water massage is conducted by
turning the knob into the left.
Each of those three regulators
is responsible for controlling
nozzle sections.

The filtering and water-heating systems form the filtering circuit. The filtering circuit consists of
the following elements:
- overflow gutter,
- overflow tank (stilling basin),
- filtration pump,
- water heater an electric heater,
- sand based water filter,
- non-return valve,
- lower suction nozzle
B) sand based water filter maintenance.
Each time the pressure indication of the manometer installed in the six-function valve casing
exceeds 100kPa, or when the water flow is visibly meager, the filter needs to be cleaned.
Sand based water filter refining and other maintenance activities ought to be carried out
only when there are no users inside the appliance!
To refine the sand based water filter:
- manually turn off the filtering pump in order to manually turn off the filtering pump for 1 second

The lower suction nozzle draws water directly from the bath and the stilling basin (diagram
enclosed). Water led to the filter washes the dirt from below. The dirty water is poured out into
the sewerage system. Swill the appliance for about 1 minute .See to it that there is enough
water in the basin. If the stilling basin lacks water shut down valve 1. After 1 minute turn off the
filtering pump as described above.

Proceed to rinsing and placing the sand bed. To rinse and place the sand bed move the six-
function valve control lever to position (3). Next, turn on the filtering pump for about 15 seconds.
While performing the activity monitor the gauge's glass (f) of the six-function valve. When water
flowing through the gauge's glass is clean the process of rinsing and placing the sand bed ought
to be stopped by manually turning off the filtering pump.
The process of rinsing and placing the sand bed is followed by filling up the whirlpool bath and
the stilling basin with water up to the level that enables to connect the appliances.
When filling up the bath and the stilling basin with water is completed, turn on the filtering pump
and carefully deaerate the chamber of the filter. To do so turn on the deaeration valve (d)
installed in the filter's lid. The air will now be pushed out of the filter chamber.
6. Operation of other devices of the bathtub.
Setting of the sensor of the water level.
We fill the bathtub until the moment when the water level reaches the level of the installed
sensor. With the screwdriver we unscrew very slowly as presented in the picture until the diode
lights up. Lightning of the diode confirms proper setting of the sensor. Then water shall be
disposed from the bathtub. When the water level is lower than the level of installed sensor the
diode switches off.

Thermal lid.
ROSE bathtub is equipped with a thermal lid together with a system of easy opening. We shall
always remember to cover the bathtub in case we do not intend to use for a longer period of
time. The thermal lid prevents the water from cooling or evaporating which is extremely
important in closed rooms. The thermal lid helps to maintain the water clean. It is not allowed to
stand or lie down on the closed thermal lid. After the thermal lid is closed it should be secured
against accidental opening or slipping off.

6. Cleaning and repairing of acrylic surface
Only delicate cleaning agents without acetone, abrasive or caustic substances may be
used.
REMARK!! In case of damages caused by improper use the guarantee does not
apply.
An important property of the sanitary acrylic is the smoothness of its surface. That is why
keeping the bathtub clean, desinfection and removing calcium and iron residues is very simple.
We recommend traditional cleaning agents with the reservation that:
The bathtub surface shall be cleaned with a soft cloth or a sponge.
Mechanical damages (not deep scratches) to the acrylic surface can be easily repaired.
In case of slight scratches polishing agents containing wax can be implemented as for
instance agents for car body polishing agents;
In case of deeper scratches or lines abrasive paper of 1000, 1500, 2000 granulation can be
implemented together with polishing agents.

7. Preserving the bathtub for winter or a longer break.
The bathtub is equipped with defreezing and autofiltration functions, which enables leaving the
bathtub without any operation for a longer period of time. The function of defreezing is
necessary in case of temperatures below zero. It prevents water from freezing in a bathtub and
pipes. The purpose of autofiltration function is to set maximal period of time when water is not
filtrated. Both functions are conducted by the system automatically and ensure keeping water
parameters on the appropriate level. The way of setting parameters of those two functions is
described in this instruction: Operating of the system.
Before leaving the bathtub for a longer period of time without operation one should:
- Check the water level in case of too low water levels the water should be refilled. It is advised
that in case of planned longer breaks the water level should be increased to the level of 3/4 of
the skimmer. It is very important in case of low temperatures. If the water level is too low the
function of defreezing will not operate.
- Close the thermal lid and protect it against accidental opening or slipping off.
- Close ventilation grating located on the cover.
In case of a planned leaving of the bathtub for without operation for a longer period than a
month the water shall be disposed from the bathtub and power supply shall be disconnected.

8. Desinfection
Before the first use and once a week pH and content of free fluorine shall be checked. The
examination shall be conducted with the use of attached POOLTESTER, in the following way:
1. Remove the lid of POOLTESTER, rinse the boxes with examined water.
2. Fill the boxes with examined water.
3. Place PENTOLRED tablet in the left box, place PDP tablet in the right box. Make sure you do
not touch the tablets with your fingers.
4. Close the lid and shake the water sample so that the tables dissolve.
5. In order to read POOLTESTER results keep the tester against the light. Appropriate values can
be read by comparing the color of solution with the color scale.
6. The value on the left hand side refers to pH value, whereas the value on the right hand side
refers to the free chlorine.
POOLTESTER for pH and free chlorine testing
The most important chemical parameter deciding on the influence of water on the skin is pH
reaction. It influences the activity of desinfection substances and calcium-carbonate balance.
It is recommended that pH value amounts to 7.0 7.4. To high pH value may result in:
Worsening of desinfection agents' efficiency,
The necessity of using more chlorine,
Eyes and skin irritation,
CaCO precipitating.
Too low pH value may result in:
Corrosion,
Eyes and skin irritation.
The bath water offers good conditions for microorganisms to grow (bacteria, fungi, algae).
Only some bacteria and fungi are mycotic and may constitute danger for people taking a bath.
However in case of a quick grow they may lead to the appearance of slippery residues and
water cloudiness. In order to ensure appropriate hygiene of bathing it is necessary to conduct
efficient desinfection. The desinfection in case of the ROSE bath is conducted by hand dosing
of the agent increasing the level of the active chlorine. It is recommended that the content of
free chlorine amount to: 1.0-1.5 mg/l.
