DESCRIPTION
Intelligent Hands free video monitor for the VX2300 digital sys-
tem using 3.5” OSD full colour active matrix LCD monitor, with
touch sensitive buttons for “door open / service” , “answer/cam-
era recall”, “privacy / bus relay” plus 5 navigation menu buttons
and 3 LEDs related to the videophone operation. For the surface
version only (Art.KRV86), a handset can also be used in addition
to the hands free mode. Additional features include a real time
clock, a temperature sensor and a serial RS232 port for future
integration with home automation systems.

PUSH BUTTONS AND CONTROLS
Answer Button
Press this button during an incoming call to open the speech in duplex mode allowing free speech with the caller in both
directions (The related LED will illuminate).
Camera Recall Button
When the system is in standby, (No calls on the system) operation of this button will open the speech to the door station.
The related LED will illuminate. Press as many time as the ID value of the door panel to connect to.
End Conversation Button
During a conversation, momentary operation of this button will end the call. The LED next to the button will switch o.
The system will automatically switch o when the conversation time expires.
PTT Enable Button
Press and hold this button (more than 1 second), during an incoming call or a conversation in progress, to allow the user
to answer a call from a visitor at the door station in SIMPLEX speech mode (The related LED will ash rapidly): releasing
the button will allow the user to listen to the visitor (The LED will ash slowly). Press and hold the button when you talk
to the visitor and release the button when you listen to the visitor.

PUSH BUTTONS AND CONTROLS
Door Open Button
During a conversation, momentary operation of this button will release the door from where the call originated. This will
be conrmed by an acoustic tone and the key icon on the top of the screen under the date, time & temperature row. If
terminal DOL is connected, the“door open”LED next to the button will also be illuminated.
Aux Service Button
During a conversation, keep pressed this button to enable the auxiliary service relay. This will be conrmed by a message
on the display: terminals Cand NO are internally linked until the button is released.
Intercommunicating call button
For an intercommunicating call, when the intercom is in stand-by, press as many times as the extension number (inter-
communication among the apartment units) or address value to call (intercommunication among all the units of dier-
ent apartments). For videophones with handset the intercommunication can be hands free or conventional by picking
up the handset before calling.
Privacy Button
When the system is in stand-by, press this button to enable the service for the programmed time: the related LED will
illuminate to signal the service enabled. During an incoming call, with the service enabled, the device does not emit any
acoustic signal. The service is disabled when the programmed time expires or pressing again the button.
Programming Menu Button
With the system in stand-by, keep pressed this button until the monitor switches on showing the programming menu
where you can set date & time, privacy duration, call tone volume, melody and number of rings. Once the menu is ena-
bled, proceed with settings by the menu navigation buttons.
Call Reject Button
During an incoming call, press this button to reject the call. The visitor doesn’t receive any warning of the call rejected.
Adjustment Menu Button
During a conversation, press this button to enter a programming menu that allows to set speech volume, picture bright-
ness, contrast and hue. Once the menu is enabled, proceed with settings by the menu navigation buttons.
Bus Relay Button
During a conversation, keep pressed this button until the display shows a yellow band at the bottom side. Select the BUS
Relay to enable by the buttons and then press to enable the relay.
Menu navigation buttons
These buttons to be used during adjustment and programming menus. Via these buttons you can set the date & time,
the melody, the number of rings and the privacy duration and you can adjust the speech and call tone volume and the
picture brightness, contrast and hue. Use & to move along settings, and to alter settings and button
to conrm.
Camera switch button
If the door station uses the Art.4303N plus the Art.4330N or the Art.4302N/NR, pressing this button during a conver-
sation switches the video signal coming from the camera module to the video signal coming from the camera module
input for external camera. During the conversation, press the button until the camera switches. Repeat the operation to
switch back to main camera.
PROGRAMMING
The programming consists of a number of settings that in part are carried out by a specic OSD menu and the rest is carried out by
the two dip-switch banks on the rear side of the videophone:
• Date & Time (OSD);
• Privacy duration from 0 to 20 hours (OSD);
• Melody selection among 9 available (OSD);
• Number of rings from 1 to 9 (OSD);
• Unit address (1..127, switches 1 to 7 of SW1);
• Intercommunication mode (between apartments or within apartment switch 1 of SW3);
• Extension address (1..4, switches 2,3 of SW3);
• Slave mode (switch 4 of SW3);
• Bus Termination (switch to the right of the connection terminals).
Except OSD settings, it is necessary to remove temporary the power supply after making any other programming changes.

PROGRAMMING OSD MENU
When the system is in stand-by, keep pressed the button
until the monitor switches on showing the screen to the left.
The rst programming option is the date & time (Fig. 4):
• change the values by the and buttons;
• use buttons and to move between the elds to
set (day, month, year, hours and minutes);
• conrm the setting by the button or the but-
ton when the eld minutes is selected.The system goes
to next programming step.
The second programming option is the privacy duration
(Fig. 5) (from 0 to 20 hours):
• adjust the value by the buttons and (0 = privacy
duration unlimited, the service is disabled by pressing
again the button );
• conrm the value by the or . The system jump
to next programming option.
Proceed in the same way for the other programming op-
tions: call tone volume (3 level, Fig. 6), melody (9 op-
tions, Fig. 7) and number of rings (for 1 to 9, Fig. 8).
Once selected “EXIT” press to exit or button to
return to edit programming options.
Note: from any of the two OSD menu’s, if the video-
phone switches o because of the timeout, the con-
trols and the programmings are not stored.

The table below shows how to set the address of the videophone. Considering that ON = 1 and OFF = 0, multiply
each digit for the relevant decimal weight then sum values obtained to get the address: E.g. as highlighted in the
table OFF,ON,OFF,OFF,ON, OFF,ON in binary is equal to 0100101 then multiplying each digit for the relevant dec-
imal weight you obtain the address that is 37.

INTERCOMMUNICATION MODE  SW3.1

This switch establishes the intercommunication mode: in OFF position (default) intercommunication is between units
in the same apartment (same addresses but dierent extension); in ON position the intercommunication is between
units in dierent apartments (dierent addresses).
On installations where there are more than one intercom/videophone in the same apartment and intercommunication between dif-
ferent apartments is required, only one intercom/videophone may be set with this function (SW3.1=ON, SW3.2=OFF, SW3.3=OFF).
Theother intercom/videophones intheapartment must besetforlocal intercommunication withextensionaddresses“2-4”(slaves).
From the intercom/videophone set for intercommunication with other apartments it will not be possible to intercommunicate with-
in the apartment but slave extensions 2-4 will be able to intercommunicate with each other within the apartment.

If the intercommunication between apartments is enabled (switch 1 of SW3 = ON)
leave these two switches in default position (both to OFF). Otherwise, if the inter-
communication is between the same apartment (switch 1 of SW3 = OFF), set the
extension addresses starting always from 1. During the external call, all video monitors in the same
at will ring but the video will be shown only from the videophone with extension address 1.
SLAVE MODE  SW3.4

This set up concerns the answering mode of the video monitor when there is more than one unit (max 4) in the same
apartment. OFF (default) = during a call, only the video monitor with extension 1 (master) will show the video. ON =
the video monitor will be switched on independently of the extension address: in this case the video monitor must be
supplied locally using a power supply Art.2321 and connecting respectively BUS+ to terminal +VAUX and BUS to terminal GND
on the connection terminals (the local power supply is required for each black & white slave videophone or starting from the third
slave videophone when they are all colour videophones).
If you set for one slave videophone, you must set ON the same switch also for the relevant master videophone.
BUS LINE TERMINATION
The factory pre-set is termination enabled. In case of more units
(intercoms, videophones or video monitors) in a parallel con-
nection (bus wires are connected to the terminals of the rst
unit then from this to the second and so on up to 4 units max)
Termination must be enabled only for the last unit in the chain
while on all other units must be disabled. In case of units of dif-
ferent type, videophones, video monitor, hands free or standard intercoms etc. remains xed the rule that the bus termination must
be enabled only on the last unit in order of connection.
OPERATION
RECEIVING A CALL
During a call the display switches on showing the screen
on Fig. 9:
• To answer in hands free mode press the button
(Fig. 10) (or pick up the handset on model Art.KRV86);
• To open the door without speech to the visitor press
the button (Fig. 11);
• To reject the call without informing the visitor press the
button (Fig. 12).

DURING THE CONVERASTION
During the conversation (Fig. 13):
• To switch from hands free to push to talk mode, keep
pressed the until the related LED starts to ash slow-
ly (Fig. 14). Keep pressed the button to talk to the
visitor (the LED ashes quickly) and release the button
(the LED ashes slowly) to listen the visitor;
• To open the door press the button (Fig. 15)
• To enable the secondary service keep pressed the
button until the activation signals (call tone plus mes-
sage) are received (Fig. 16);
• To enable the BUS relay Art.2305 (if connected on the
pass) keep pressed the button until the display
shows the picture in Fig. 17 then select the BUS relay
to enable by the buttons and and conrm with
button.
• To enter into programming menu press the button
(Fig. 18).

In the programming menu you can set:
• The speech volume (8 levels, Fig. 18);
• The picture brightness (8 levels, Fig. 19);
• The picture contrast (8 levels, Fig. 20);
• The picture hue (8 levels, Fig. 21);
Adjust the selected option using the buttons and
then conrm by the button to move to next option or use
the and buttons to navigate the options. With
“EXIT” selected, press to exit from the menu or
do adjust other settings.

RESTORING FACTORY PRESET
To restore factory preset, proceed as follows:
• Cut o power supply;
• Make a short between LB and GND terminals;
• Restore power supply and wait until LED blinks twice be-
fore remove the short.
The unit parameters are restored to factory preset.

FLUSH MOUNT KRISTALLO VIDEOPHONE
1.Protect the holes to x the videophone to the ush mounting box then embed the ush mounting box in line with the wall in a
vertical position at 135cm height from the oor as shown in Fig. 1.
2.As shown in Fig. 2, connect the wires using a at screw driver then setup the dip-switches as per provided connection diagram
or instruction sheet.
3.As shown in Fig. 3, once the wires are connected, x the videophone to the ush mounting box using a Phillips screwdriver and
the two screws provided.
In order to avoid malfunctions, please do not over tighten the xing screws shown in Fig. 3.
4.Once the videophone is xed to the ush mounting box, place the front plate against the videophone by inserting the hooks in
the corresponding openings and hook the plate by pushing it down as shown in Fig. 4.
5.Test the system for correct operation.
SURFACE MOUNT KRISTALLO VIDEOPHONE
1.As shown in Fig. 1a, place the videophone against the wall at 135cm height from the oor and mark the xing holes. Make the
holes (5mm diameter) and insert the provided wall plugs as shown in Fig. 1b.
2.As shown in Fig. 2a, connect the wires using a at screw driver then setup the dip-switches as per provided connection diagram
or instruction sheet.
3.As shown in Fig. 3a, once the wires are connected, x the videophone to the wall using a Phillips screwdriver and the two screws
provided.
In order to avoid malfunctions, please do not over tighten the xing screws shown in Fig. 3a.
4.Once the videophone is xed to the wall, place the front plate against the videophone by inserting the hooks in the correspond-
ing openings and hook the plate by pushing it down as shown in Fig. 4a and hang the handset as shown in Fig. 4b.
5.Test the system for correct operation.
TOUCH SENSITIVE KEYS ADJUSTMENT
Cleansing the panel with the plate on or removing the plate for any reason may cause the touch sensitive buttons to lose their ad-
justment. If you detect any malfunctions, we suggest you proceed as follows:
• Remove the front plate doing the contrary of what is shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a;
• Touch the touch sensitive button area (the rst of the three areas aligned in horizontal way from the right side)until the display
turns on (about 5 seconds);
• Touch the touch sensitive button area repeatedly until the pointer is on “EXIT”;
• Hang up the front plate as shown in picture Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a; before the display turns o;
• When the display turns o the setting is done and the system is ready for use.

DESCRIZIONE
Videocitofono vivavoce intelligente specico per il sistema VX2300
con monitor a colori OSD LCD TFT da 3,5”, pulsanti touch sensitive
con funzione di “apri-porta/servizio”, “risposta/auto-accensione”,
“privacy/relè di bus” più 5 pulsanti per la navigazione nei menù di
regolazione e programmazione e 3 LED relativi al funzionamento
del videocitofono. Nella versione da supercie, Art.KRV86, è pre-
sente anche la cornetta per l’utilizzo convenzionale in aggiunta alla
modalità vivavoce. I videocitofoni della linea Kristallo sono dotati
anche di orologio real-time e sensore di temperatura nonché di una porta seriale per eventuali utilizzi in ambito domotico. Regolazioni e
programmazioni riservate all’utente vengono eettuate tramite l’ausilio dei pulsanti di navigazione e di un menù OSD.

PULSANTI, LED E REGOLAZIONI
Pulsante Risposta
Alla ricezione della chiamata, abilita l’inizio conversazione. Il relativo LED si accende.
Pulsante Auto-accensione
Ad impianto spento, premere il pulsante tante volte quant’è il valore dell’identicativo del posto esterno da accendere.
Il relativo LED si accende.
Pulsante ne conversazione
Ad impianto acceso, consente lo spegnimento manuale (rapida pressione del tasto). In ogni caso lo spegnimento è auto-
matico (il relativo LED si spegne) allo scadere del tempo di conversazione.
Pulsante attivazione PTT
Premendo il pulsante per più di 2 secondi, il videocitofono passa nel modo trasmissione ad una via: per parlare con
l’esterno occorre tenere premuto il pulsante (il LED lampeggia rapidamente), mentre per ascoltare il visitatore occorre
lasciare il pulsante (il LED lampeggia lentamente). Trascorsi 10 secondi senza premere nuovamente il pulsante, il sistema
si spegne. Il videocitofono torna al funzionamento normale alla successiva accensione.

PULSANTI, LED E REGOLAZIONI
Pulsante apri-porta
A sistema acceso, la rapida pressione di questo pulsante provoca l’apertura della porta. L’apertura è indicata da un segna-
le acustico e dalla comparsa del relativo simbolo nella parte superiore dello schermo sotto alla riga che riporta data ora e
temperatura. Se il relativo morsetto è stato opportunamente collegato, il LED sopra al pulsante chiave resterà acceso per
tutto il tempo che la porta resta aperta.
Pulsante servizio ausiliario
A sistema attivo, tenere premuto questo pulsante per attivare il servizio. Un messaggio sul display conferma l’attivazione
e i morsetti Ced NO restano collegati internamente no a che il pulsante resta premuto.
Pulsante di chiamata intercomunicante
Per la chiamata intercomunicante, con il videocitofono spento, premere il pulsante tante volte quanto è il valore dell’in-
dirizzo (intercomunicazione tra unità in diversi appartamenti) o dell’interno (intercomunicazione tra unità nello stesso
appartamento) da chiamare. Per la versione con cornetta, l’intercomunicazione può essere sia in vivavoce che convenzio-
nale sollevando la cornetta prima di fare la chiamata.
Pulsante Privacy
Con il sistema in stand-by, premere per attivare il servizio privacy per il tempo programmato: il relativo LED si accende
a segnalare lo stato di attivazione del servizio. All’arrivo della chiamata, con il servizio attivo, l’unità non emette alcun
segnale acustico. Il servizio si disattiva allo scadere del tempo programmato o premendo nuovamente il pulsante.
Pulsante Menu Programmazioni
Con il sistema in stand-by, tenere premuto il pulsante no a che il monitor non si accende mostrando il menù di pro-
grammazione data e ora, durata privacy, volume tono di chiamata, suoneria e numero di squilli. Procedere ai vari settaggi
utilizzando gli appositi pulsanti di navigazione menù.
Pulsante riuto chiamata
Durante la ricezione della chiamata, premere questo pulsante per riutare la chiamata senza dare alcuna segnalazione
all’esterno.
Pulsante Menu Regolazioni
Durante la conversazione, premere questo pulsante per accedere al menù di regolazione del volume fonia, della luminosità,
contrasto e saturazione immagine. Attivato il menù, procedere alle regolazioni tramite i pulsanti di navigazione menù.
Pulsante Relè di BUS
Durante una conversazione, premere questo pulsante no a che il display mostra nella parte inferiore una banda gialla.
Selezionare il relè da attivare tramite i tasti e (1..8) quindi conferma premendo il pulsante .
Pulsanti di navigazione menù
Tramite questi pulsanti è possibile impostare la data e l’ora, la suoneria, il numero di squilli, la durata della privacy e rego-
lare i volumi della fonia e della nota di chiamata nonché la luminosità, il contrasto e la saturazione dell’immagine. Utiliz-
zare i tasti e per muoversi tra le voci dei menù, i tasti e per alterare i valori e il pulsante per confermare.
Pulsante commutazione telecamera
Se sul posto esterno sono installati gli Art.4303N e Art.4330N o l'Art.4302N/NR, questo pulsante permette di commutare
il segnale video proveniente dal modulo telecamera con il segnale video proveniente dall’ingresso video esterno. Durante
la conversazione, premere il pulsante per commutare il segnale video verso la telecamera esterna. Ripetere l’operazione
per tornare al video proveniente dal modulo telecamera Art.4330N.
PROGRAMMAZIONE
La programmazione consiste in una serie di settaggi che in parte vengono eseguiti tramite menù OSD ed in parte tramite l’imposta-
zione manuale dei due banchi dip-switch accessibili nella parte posteriore del videocitofono:
• Data e Ora (OSD);
• Durata privacy da 0 a 20 ore (OSD);
• Volume della nota di chiamata su 3 livelli (OSD);
• Suoneria selezionabile tra 9 diverse melodie (OSD);
• Numero di squilli da 1 a 9 (OSD);
• Indirizzo (1..127, switch 1..7 di SW1);
• Modo di intercomunicazione (tra appartamenti o interni dello stesso appartamento, switch 1 di SW3);
• Indirizzo di interno (1..4, switch 2..3 di SW3);
• Modo slave (switch 4 di SW3);
• Terminazione bus (switch a destra della morsettiera).
Per la memorizzazione delle programmazioni eettuate tramite dip-switch è necessario togliere e ripristinare l’alimenta-
zione al videocitofono.

PROGRAMMAZIONE TRAMITE OSD
Con il sistema in stand-by, tenere premuto il pulsante
no a che il monitor non si accende mostrando la schermata
relativa alla Fig. 4.
La prima programmazione è relativa a data e ora (Fig. 4):
• alterare il valore agendo sui pulsanti e ;
• utilizzare i pulsanti e per spostarsi tra i campi
da impostare (giorno, mese, anno, ore e minuti);
• confermare l’impostazione premendo o premendo
il pulsante sulla selezione dei minuti. Il menù passa
alla programmazione successiva.
La seconda impostazione riguarda la durata della
privacy (Fig. 5) (da 0 a 20 ore):
• alterare il valore a passi di 30 minuti tramite i pulsanti
e (0 = durata illimitata, il servizio si disattiva solo
premendo nuovamente il pulsante );
• confermare il valore impostato tramite il pulsante o il
pulsante . L’impostazione passa alla programmazione
successiva.
Procedere analogamente per le altre programmazioni:
volume nota di chiamata (3 livelli, Fig. 6), suoneria (9 op-
zioni, Fig. 7) e numero di squilli (da 1 a 9, Fig. 8).
Una volta selezionato “EXIT”, premere per uscire o il
pulsante per tornare a variare le programmazioni.
Nota: da qualsiasi menù OSD, se il monitor si spegne
per timeout, le regolazioni e le programmazioni eet-
tuate non vengono memorizzate.

Questo switch determina la modalità di intercomunicazione: in posizione OFF (impostazione di fabbrica) è abilitata
l’intercomunicazione tra unità (stesso indirizzo ma numero di interno diverso) nello stesso appartamento; in posizio-
ne ON è abilitata l’intercomunicazione tra appartamenti (diverso indirizzo).
In impianti dove nello stesso appartamento sono presenti più di un citofono/videocitofono ed è richiesta l’intercomu-
nicazione tra appartamenti, solo uno dei citofoni/videocitofoni può essere impostato per questa funzione (SW3.1=ON,
SW3.2=OFF, SW3.3=OFF) mentre gli altri devono essere impostati per l’intercomunicazione locale con indirizzo di interno
a partire da“2”(slave). Il citofono/videocitofono così impostato potrà intercomunicare solo con le unità negli altri apparta-
menti mentre gli altri citofoni/videocitofoni locali potranno intercomunicare tra di loro.

Se è abilitata l’intercomunicazione tra appartamenti (switch 1 di SW3 = ON), la-
sciare questi due switch come da impostazione di fabbrica (entrambi ad OFF). Se
invece è attiva l’intercomunicazione nello stesso appartamento (switch 1 di SW3
= OFF), impostare gli indirizzi di interno a partire dall’indirizzo 1. Alla ricezione della chiamata,
tutti i videocitofoni squilleranno, ma il video verrà mostrato solo dal videocitofono con indirizzo
di interno uguale a 1.
MODO SLAVE  SW3.4
SW3.4
Questa impostazione è legata al modo di risposta dei videocitofoni quando ci sono più unità in parallelo (stesso indi-
rizzo ma diversi interni). OFF (impostazione di fabbrica) = solo il videocitofono con interno uguale a 1 (master) mostra
il video proveniente dal posto esterno all’arrivo della chiamata. ON = il videocitofono si accende mostrando il video
proveniente dal posto esterno indipendentemente dal numero di interno: in tal caso il videocitofono deve essere alimentato local-
mente tramite un Art.2321 collegando il morsetto BUS+ al morsetto +VAUX ed il morsetto BUS al morsetto GND della morsettie-
ra (nel caso di monitor a colori l’alimentazione locale è richiesta a partire dal terzo videocitofono slave).
Quando questo switch viene impostato ad ON per un videocitofono slave, deve essere impostato ad ON anche per il relativo
videocitofono master.
TERMINAZIONE LINEA BUS
Di fabbrica la terminazione è attiva. Nel caso di più unità (cito-
foni o videocitofoni) collegate in parallelo (i conduttori del bus
arrivano ai morsetti della prima unità per essere rilanciati alla
seconda e così via in cascata no ad un massimo di 4 unità) la
terminazione va abilitata solo sull’ultimo dispositivo della cate-
na. In caso di unità di diverso genere, citofoni, videocitofoni ecc.
rimane sso il criterio che la terminazione deve essere abilitata
solo sull’ultimo dispositivo della catena.
FUNZIONAMENTO
RICEZIONE DI UNA CHIAMATA
Durante la chiamata il display si accende mostrando la
schermata di Fig. 9:
• Rispondere in modalità viva-voce premendo il pulsan-
te (Fig. 10) (o sollevando la cornetta per il modello
Art.KRV86);
• Aprire la porta senza parlare al visitatore premendo il
pulsante (Fig. 11);
• Riutare la chiamata premendo il pulsante senza
che il visitatore riceva alcuna segnalazione (Fig. 12).

DURANTE LA CONVERSAZIONE
Durante la conversazione (Fig. 13) è possibile:
• Passare dalla modalità vivavoce alla modalità “push to
talk” (premi per parlare) tenendo premuto il pulsante
no a che il relativo LED non inizia a lampeggiare
lentamente (Fig. 14). Tenere premuto il pulsante (il
LED lampeggia velocemente) per parlare con il visitato-
re, rilasciare il pulsante (il LED lampeggia lentamente)
per ascoltare il visitatore;
• Aprire la porta premendo il pulsante (Fig. 15);
• Attivare il servizio secondario tenendo premuto il pulsan-
te no alla segnalazione di attivazione (Fig. 16);
• Attivare il relè di bus Art.2305 (se presente nel sistema)
tenendo premuto il pulsante no a che il display
non mostra la Fig. 17 quindi selezionare i relè tramite
i pulsanti e e confermare premendo il pulsante .
• Attivare il menù delle regolazioni premendo il pulsante
(Fig. 18).

VIDEOCITOFONI KRISTALLO DA INCASSO
1.Proteggendo i fori di ssaggio del videocitofono alla scatola da incasso, murare a lo muro la scatola da incasso in posizione ver-
ticale lasciando circa 135cm tra la parte inferiore della scatola e il pavimento come mostrato in Fig. 1;
2.Come mostrato in Fig. 2, eettuare le connessioni con l’ausilio di un giravite piatto e le congurazioni dei dip-switches come da
schema di collegamento fornito a corredo o come da foglio di istruzioni;
3.Come mostrato in Fig. 3, eettuate tutte le connessioni, procedere al ssaggio del videocitofono alla scatola da incasso tramite
le 2 viti fornite a corredo con l’ausilio di un giravite a croce;
Per evitare malfunzionamenti, evitare di serrare eccessivamente le viti di ssaggio mostrata nella Fig. 3.
4.Fissato il videocitofono alla scatola da incasso, avvicinare la placca frontale al videocitofono inserendo i 4 ganci nelle rispettive
fessure quindi ssare la stessa spingendola verso il basso come mostrato in Fig. 4;
5.Procedere al collaudo del sistema.
VIDEOCITOFONI KRISTALLO DA SUPERFICIE
1.Come mostrato in Fig. 1a, appoggiare a parete il videocitofono lasciando circa 135cm tra la parte inferiore ed il pavimento e
prendere i riferimenti per i fori di ssaggio a parete. Realizzare i fori (diametro 5mm) ed inserire all’interno i tasselli ad espansione
forniti a corredo come mostrato in Fig. 1b;
2.Come mostrato in Fig. 2a, eettuare le connessioni con l’ausilio di un giravite piatto e le congurazioni dei dip-switches come da
schema di collegamento fornito a corredo o come da foglio di istruzioni;
3.Come mostrato in Fig. 3a, eettuate tutte le connessioni, procedere al ssaggio del videocitofono alla scatola da incasso tramite
le 2 viti fornite a corredo con l’ausilio di un giravite a croce;
Per evitare malfunzionamenti, evitare di serrare eccessivamente le viti di ssaggio mostrata nella Fig. 3.
4.Fissato il videocitofono a parete, avvicinare la placca frontale al videocitofono inserendo i 4 ganci nelle rispettive fessure quindi
ssare la stessa spingendola verso il basso come mostrato in Fig. 4a e agganciare la cornetta come mostrato in Fig. 4b;
5.Procedere al collaudo del sistema.
TARATURA DEI TASTI TOUCH SENSITIVE
La pulizia con la placca montata o la rimozione della stessa per un qualunque motivo, potrebbero causare la staratura dei pulsanti
touch sensitive. Qualora venissero rilevate delle anomalie di funzionamento, si suggerisce di procedere come segue:
• Rimuovere la placca frontale procedendo al contrario di come mostrato nelle Fig. 4 e Fig. 4a;
• Toccare la piazzola relativa al tasto (la prima da destra delle tre allineate in orizzontale) no all’accensione del display (circa 5 secondi);
• Toccare più volte la piazzola relativa al tasto no a che il cursore si posiziona su“EXIT”;
• Agganciare la placca come mostrato nelle Fig. 4 e Fig. 4a prima che si spenga il display;
• Quando il display si spegne la taratura è avvenuta e il sistema è pronto all’utilizzo.

DESCRIPTION
Vidéophone mains libres encastré intelligent pour le système
VX2300 avec écran en couleur OSD LCD TFT de 3,5", boutons tacti-
les avec fonction d'«ouvre-porte/service», «réponse/allumage au-
tomatique», «confidentialité/relais de bus» plus 5 boutons pour
la navigation dans les menus de réglage et programmation et 3
LEDS relatives au fonctionnement du vidéophone. Dans la version
de surface, Art.KRV86, il y a aussi le combiné pour une utilisation
conventionnelle en plus du mode mains libres. Les vidéophones
de la ligne Kristallo® sont équipés également d'horloge temps réel
et d'un capteur de température mais également d'un port série pour les éventuelles utilisations dans le secteur domotique. Les réglages
et programmations réservés à l'utilisateur sont effectués à l'aide des boutons de navigation et d'un menu OSD.

Bouton de réponse
À la réception de l'appel, il active le début de la conversation. La LED correspondante s'allume.
Bouton d'auto-allumage
Lorsque le système est éteint, appuyez sur le bouton autant de fois que la valeur de l'identifiant du poste extérieur à
mettre en marche. La LED correspondante s'allume.
Bouton de fin de conversation
Lorsque l'installation est allumée (vidéophone allumé), il permet l'arrêt manuel (pression rapide de la touche). Dans tous
les cas, l'arrêt est automatique (la LED correspondante s'éteint) lorsque le temps de parole est écoulé.
Bouton d'activation des PTT
En appuyant sur le bouton pendant plus de 2 secondes, le vidéophone vidéo passe en mode transmission à une voie:
pour parler avec l'extérieur il faut tenir appuyé le bouton (la LED clignote rapidement), alors que pour écouter le visiteur
il faut lâcher le bouton (la LED clignote lentement). Après 10 secondes sans nouvelle pression sur le bouton, le système
s'éteint. Le vidéophone retourne au fonctionnement normal à l'allumage successif.

BOUTONS, LEDS ET RÉGLAGES
Bouton ouvre-porte
Lorsque le système est mis en marche, une pression rapide sur ce bouton ouvre la porte. L'ouverture est indiquée par un
signal acoustique et le symbole correspondant en haut de l'écran, sous la ligne de la date, de l'heure et de la température.
Si la borne concernée a été correctement connectée, la LED au-dessus du bouton de la clé restera allumée tant que la
porte restera ouverte.
Bouton de service auxiliaire
Lorsque le système est actif, appuyez sur ce bouton et maintenez-le enfoncé pour activer le service. Un message sur
l'écran confirme l'activation et les bornes Cet NO restent connectées en interne tant que le bouton est enfoncé.
Bouton d'appel intercom
Pour l'appel inter-communiquant, le vidéophone étant éteint, appuyez sur le bouton autant de fois que la valeur de
l'adresse (intercommunication entre les unités des différents appartements) ou de la porte (intercommunication entre
les unités d'un même appartement) à appeler. Pour la version avec combiné, l'intercommunication peut être soit mains
libres, soit conventionnelle en décrochant le combiné avant de passer l'appel.
Bouton Confidentialité
Lorsque le système est en mode veille, appuyez sur cette touche pour activer le service de protection de la confidentia-
lité pendant la durée programmée : la LED correspondante s'allume pour indiquer l'état d'activation du service. Lorsque
l'appel arrive, le service étant actif, l'unité ne fait pas de bip. Le service est désactivé une fois le temps programmé écoulé
ou en appuyant à nouveau sur le bouton.
Bouton de menu de programmation
Le système étant en veille, appuyez sur le bouton et maintenez-le enfoncé jusqu'à ce que l'écran s'allume et affiche le
menu de programmation de la date et de l'heure, la durée de confidentialité, le volume de la sonnerie, la tonalité et le
nombre de sonneries. Passez aux différents paramètres à l'aide des boutons de navigation du menu.
Bouton de rejet d'appel
Pendant la réception de l'appel, appuyez sur ce bouton pour rejeter l'appel sans donner aucun signal à l'extérieur.
Bouton de menu Réglages
Pendant la conversation, appuyez sur ce bouton pour accéder au menu permettant de régler le volume vocal, la lumino-
sité, le contraste et la saturation de l'image. Une fois que le menu est activé, effectuez les réglages à l'aide des boutons
de navigation du menu.
Bouton de relais BUS
Pendant une conversation, appuyez sur cette touche jusqu'à ce que l'écran affiche une bande jaune en bas. Sélectionnez
le relais à activer à l'aide des boutons et (1..8) et confirmez en appuyant sur le bouton .
Boutons de navigation dans le menu
Ces boutons vous permettent de régler la date et l'heure, la sonnerie, le nombre de sonneries, le temps de confidentialité
et de régler le volume vocal et de la note d'appel ainsi que la luminosité, le contraste et la saturation de l'image. Utilisez
les boutons et pour vous déplacer dans les éléments du menu, les boutons et pour modifier les valeurs et
le bouton pour confirmer.
Bouton de commutation des caméras
Si sur le poste extérieur sont installés les Art.4303N et Art.4330N ou Art.4302N/NR, ce bouton permet de commuter
le signal vidéo provenant du module de caméra avec le signal vidéo provenant de l'entrée vidéo externe. Pendant la
conversation, appuyez sur le bouton pour faire passer le signal vidéo à la caméra externe. Répétez l'opération pour
revenir à la vidéo à partir du module de caméra Art.4330N.
PROGRAMMATION
La programmation consiste en une série de réglages qui s'effectuent en partie via le menu OSD et en partie via le réglage manuel
des deux interrupteurs DIP accessibles à l'arrière du vidéophone :
• Date et heure (OSD) ;
• Durée de confidentialité de 0 à 20 heures (OSD) ;
• Volume des notes d'appel sur 3 niveaux (OSD) ;
• Sonnerie sélectionnable à partir de 9 mélodies différentes (OSD) ;
• Nombre de sonneries de 1 à 9 (OSD) ;
• Adresse (1..127, interrupteur 1..7 du SW1) ;
• Mode d’intercommunication (entre les appartements ou à l'intérieur du même appartement, interrupteur 1 du SW3) ;
• Adresse de porte (1..4, interrupteur 2..3 du SW3) ;
• Mode esclave (interrupteur 4 du SW3) ;
• Terminaison du bus (interrupteur à droite du bornier).
Pour mémoriser la programmation effectuée par l’interrupteur DIP, il est nécessaire de retirer et de rétablir l'alimentation
électrique du vidéophone.

PROGRAMMATION VIA L'OSD
Le système étant en veille, appuyez sur le bouton et
maintenez-le enfoncé jusqu'à ce que l'écran s'allume et af-
fiche le Fig. 4.
La première programmation concerne la date et l'heure
(Fig. 4):
• modifier la valeur en utilisant les boutons et ;
• utilisez les boutons et pour vous déplacer en-
tre les champs à définir (jour, mois, année, heures et
minutes) ;
• confirmez le réglage en appuyant sur ou en ap-
puyant sur le bouton de la sélection des minutes.
Le menu passe à la programmation suivante.
Le second paramètre concerne la durée de la
confidentialité (Fig. 5) (de 0 à 20 heures) :
• modifier la valeur par pas de 30 minutes en utilisant
les boutons et (0 = durée illimitée, le service n'est
désactivé qu'en appuyant à nouveau sur le bouton ) ;
• confirmer la valeur fixée en appuyant sur le bouton ou
le bouton . Le réglage passe à la programmation sui-
vante.
Procédez de la même manière pour les autres program-
mes : volume note d’appel (3 niveaux, Fig. 6), sonnerie
(9 options, Fig. 7) et nombre de son neries (1 à 9, Fig. 8).
Une fois que vous avez sélectionné "EXIT", appuyez sur
pour quitter ou sur le bouton pour revenir à la
modification de la programmation.
Remarque : à partir de n'importe quel menu OSD, si le
moniteur est éteint par temporisation, les réglages et
la programmation effectués ne sont pas mémorisés.

Le tableau ci-dessous indique comment définir l'adresse du vidéophone. En considérant que ON = 1 et OFF = 0,
multipliez chaque chiffre par son poids décimal puis additionnez les valeurs obtenues pour calculer l'adresse :
Par exemple, comme le montre le tableau, la séquence OFF, ON, OFF, OFF, ON en binaire correspond à 0100101,
en multipliant chaque chiffre par le poids relatif on obtient 32+4+1 = 37.

Remarques : Le nombre maximum d'unités autorisées dans un même système est de 100, mais l'adresse de chaque unité peut être comprise
entre 1 et 127.
MODE D'INTERCOMMUNICATION  SW3.1
SW3.1
Cet interrupteur détermine le mode d'intercommunication : en position OFF (réglage d'usine), l'intercommunication
entre les unités (même adresse mais numéro de porte différent) d'un même appartement est activée ; en position ON,
l'intercommunication entre les appartements (adresse différente) est activée.
Dans les systèmes où il y a plusieurs interphones/vidéophones dans le même appartement et où l'intercommunication en-
tre les appartements est nécessaire, un seul des interphones/vidéophones peut être réglé pour cette fonction (SW3.1=ON,
SW3.2=OFF, SW3.3=OFF) tandis que les autres doivent être réglés pour l'intercommunication locale avec une adresse de
porte à partir de "2" (esclave). L'interphone/vidéophone ainsi installé ne peut communiquer qu'avec les unités des autres

appartements, tandis que les autres interphones /vidéophones locaux peuvent communiquer entre eux.

Si l'intercommunication entre les appartements est activée (interrupteur 1
du SW3 = ON), laissez ces deux interrupteurs sur le réglage d'usine (tous deux
OFF). Si, en revanche, l'intercommunication est active dans le même appartement
(interrupteur 1 de SW3 = OFF), réglez les adresses de porte à partir de l'adresse 1. Lorsque l'ap-
pel est reçu, tous les vidéophones sonneront, mais la vidéo ne sera diffusée que par le vi-
déophone dont l'adresse de porte est égale à 1.
MODE ESCLAVE  SW3.4

Ce réglage est lié au mode de réponse des vidéophones lorsqu'il y a plusieurs unités en parallèle (même adresse mais
différentes portes). OFF (réglage d'usine) = seul le vidéophone avec porte égale à 1 (master) montre la vidéo prove-
nant du poste extérieur lorsque l'appel arrive. ON = le vidéophone s'allume en montrant la vidéo provenant du poste
extérieur, quel que soit le numéro de porte : dans ce cas, le vidéophone doit être alimenté localement par un Art.2321 en con-
nectant la borne BUS+ à la borne +VAUX et la borne BUS à la borne GND du bornier (en cas de moniteur couleur, l'alimentation
locale est nécessaire à partir du troisième vidéophone).
Lorsque cet interrupteur est réglé sur ON pour un vidéophone esclave, il doit également être réglé sur ON pour le vi-
déophone correspondant.
TERMINAISON DE LA LIGNE DE BUS
La terminaison en usine est active. Dans le cas de plusieurs uni-
tés (interphones ou vidéophones) connectées en parallèle (les
conducteurs du bus atteignent les bornes de la première unité
pour être relayés au second et ainsi de suite en cascade jusqu'à
un maximum de 4 unités), la terminaison doit être activée uni-
quement sur le dernier vidéophone de la chaîne. Dans le cas
d'appareils de types différents, interphones, vidéophones, etc.,
le critère reste fixe, à savoir que la terminaison ne doit être activée que sur le dernier appareil de la chaîne.
FONCTIONNEMENT
RECEVOIR UN APPEL
Pendant l'appel, l'écran s'allume et affiche l'adresse Fig. 9:
• Répondez en mode mains libres en appuyant sur le
bouton (Fig. 10) (ou en décrochant le combiné pour
Art.KRV86) ;
• Ouvrez la porte sans parler au visiteur en appuyant sur
le bouton (Fig. 11);
• Rejeter l'appel en appuyant sur le bouton sans que
le visiteur ne reçoive de notification (Fig. 12).
