1. Lay out all the parts. Figures (1) and (2).

2. Locate the backing plate (1 x part B) and two short bolts (2 x part C), Figures (3) and (4). Attach the backing
plate using the middle holes to the backboard using the bolts supplied. Figures (5) and (6)

3. Take the hoop (1 x part D), small nuts (4 x part E), small washers (4 x part F), bolts (4 x part G) and bracket
(1 x part H) Fig (7) and (8). Attach the hoop to the backboard using the bolts and bracket as shown in Fig (9)
and (10).
Note: Ensure the bracket is fitted the correct way up (largest section down) to allow the hoop to swing
upwards against the backboard as in Fig (10).

3. Take the hoop (1 x part D), small nuts (4 x part E), small washers (4 x part F), bolts (4 x part G) and bracket
(1 x part H) Fig (7) and (8). Attach the hoop to the backboard using the bolts and bracket as shown in Fig (9)
and (10).
Note: Ensure the bracket is fitted the correct way up (largest section down) to allow the hoop to swing
upwards against the backboard as in Fig (10).

4. Insert the bolts from the front side of backboard, then tighten the small nut and small washer onto the back of
each bolt by using the spanner as shown in images. Fig (11) and (14)

5. Locate clamp (2 x part I), big washers (4 x part F), long bolts (4 x part J), big nuts (4 x part E) and
supporting tube (1 x part L) Fig (15)

6. Position the supporting tube on the assembled backboard with clamps.
Note: Please note that the welded tube on the supporting tube must be face down as per Fig (17)

7. Fix the long bolts with big nuts and big washers into the screw holes on the clamps as per Fig (18) (19) then

8. Attach the net (1 x part K) to the hoop using the Velcro on the net. Fig (22).

9. Select the enclosure pole you wish to position the Basketball Hoop, and then take off the T Cap from
the fiberglass rods. Attach the assembled backboard to the top of upper pole tube by inserting the
welded tube onto the supporting tube into the top of the enclosure pole tube as per Figures (23) and
(24).

Step 11 to step 15 is for VF06015 or VF06004 model, please
continue from step 4.

11. Locate clamp (2 x part I), big washers (4 x part F), long bolts (4 x part J), big nuts (4 x part E) Fig (27)

12. Position the assembled backboard on the inside of the safety net at the pole furthest away from the
entrance, e.g. the opposite side to the entrance. With the assistance of a second person, hold the bottom of
the backboard at the top of the safety net pole as shown in Fig (28). The fixing bracket should be around
5cm from the top of the safety net. Locate the four screw holes and using a pair of scissors, carefully snip
one strand at each screw location to allow easy fitment. Refer to Fig (28).

13. Fix the long bolts with big nuts and big washers into the screw holes on the clamps as per Fig (29) then
tighten with the spanner. The padding will compress as you tighten the screws. Adequately fasten until the
backboard is firmly positioned.

TO INFLATE THE BASKETBALL

To inflate the basketball:
16. Locate the needle for the pump and attach it to the pump, pump air into the basketball.
