The smart circuit board will automatically stop the
charging current when the power level reaches 100%.
There is no risk of over-charging your charger. Note
that you can also use a computer or car charger USB
port instead of the wall outlet. Normally, these ports
provide a 5W-1A maximum current.
The power level indicator shows the remaining power
level when the power button is pressed. The power
level is indicated as follows: 1 light ashing: 0%, 1 light
on: 0-25%, 2 lights: 25-50%, 3 lights: 50-75%, 4 lights:
75-100%.
To charge your cell phone (or any other USB charging
device):
1. Use your usual phone charging cable and connect
the phone. It might be required at this point to press
the charger power button to activate the process.

charged by the Viivant® Air X. It delivers a stable
5V/DC potential and a 2.4A maximum current. It is
compatible with iOS®, Android®, Microsoft®, Black
Berry®, etc. When traveling, make sure to have the wall
AC adapter that matches the local AC outlet

output port, you can rell your charger with it.
3. The Viivant® Air X will automatically detect your
device and will provide the optimal charging current.
4. The charging process automatically stops when the
device(s) reach 100%. There is no risk of over-charging
your devices.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: If the portable charger is fully charged, how long
does it hold the charge?
A: The lithium polymer battery will keep its charge for 6
months or more. However, it is highly recommended to
perform an 80% charge cycle every three months to
ensure the proper functioning of the charger.
Q: Can you bring this charger on a plane?
A: Yes. This unit does not exceed regulation limitations
on lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries.
Q: Can I charge my phone or tablet while I am using it?
A: Yes. This will obviously slow down the charging
process since part of the acquired charge is spent on
the device activity. For the fastest results, turn off your
devices while charging.
4. Do not open the battery casing. This could lead to
severe injuries.
5. Avoid dropping, hitting, or throwing the product.
6. Dispose in a battery depot – not in normal waste. Do
not incinerate.
7. Children should only use this charger under the
supervision of an adult.
8. Avoid short circuiting the charger (for instance
connecting the input port directly to one of its output
ports).

Q: Can we use the charger in extreme temperatures?
A: It is better to keep it at temperatures between 23
and 113 F (-5 to 45 C). It is strongly recommended to
avoid using a lithium polymer battery outside this
temperature range, in order to avoid aging the battery
prematurely. Extremely high temperatures can lead to
an explosion. Please read the Warnings and Tips
section of this manual for more information.
Q: What if the charger fails to charge?
A: Check that the power adapter and the cable are
connected securely. Unplug the cable and plug it in
again to check. Make sure that the power outlet has a
current. Make sure that the USB wall adapter or the
power supply works. If using a laptop USB port, make
sure the laptop is itself plugged into the wall because
most laptops will not put out a current when they are
not charging. If you still experience problems, please
Q: What if the charger fails to charge my devices?
A: Verify that the cable is functioning and that it is
securely connected. Press the power button to activate
the process. If necessary, you might want to unplug
your phone and plug it back in. Make sure the charger
has power left by pressing the power button and
examining the number of LED lights.
