font partie intégrante de a machine. E e doit être

The manua for the use and maintenance of the
machine forms an integra part of the machine. It
must be preserved for the fu ife of the machine
and must be passed on to any subsequent users.
The manua must be hand ed with care in order to
prevent it from being damaged. It shou d be fi ed in

même dans des cas spéciaux, exp icitement prévus, excéder un an. Dans
e cas où e matérie est uti isé de jour et de nuit, e e est ob igatoirement
diminuée de moitié.
E e est strictement imitée au remp acement ou réparation de pièces
mises horsservice par suite de défauts ou vices de construction avérés.
E e ne s’app ique pas aux remp acements ni aux réparations qui
résu teraient de ’usure norma e des apparei s ou machines, de
détériorations ou d’accidents provenant de nég igence, défaut de
survei ance, d’entretien ou d’insta ation et d’uti isation défectueuse des
apparei s, de modifications non expressément demandées au fabricant et
acceptées par ui
L’uti isateur doit faire di igence auprès du constructeur en ce qui concerne
a réparation ou e remp acement de composants mis horsservice par

détérioration entraînerait d’autres dommages à a machine, ceuxci ne
pourront pas être pris en compte par e constructeur dans e cadre de a

The machine has passed successfu y the die ectric resistance, the
insu ation and continuity tests according to EN602041/98.
The machine comp ies with the aws in effect when it was de ivered. To
adapt the equipment to any subsequent modification of standards is
under the responsibi ity of the user. In this case, he has to ask the
manufacturer whether a modification is necessary.

The norma guarantee period for equipment is 6 months. It can never
exceed one year even in specia cases which have been exp icit y
negotiated. In case of equipment which is used day and night, the
guarantee is automatica y ha ved.
It is strict y imited to rep acements or repairs of parts which no onger
work due to fau ts or estab ished construction errors.
It does not app y to rep acements or repairs which is resu t from norma
use of apparatus or machines, nor to deterioration or accidents caused by
neg igence, ack of survei ance, servicing or defective insta ation and use
of apparatus, modifications not express y requested and accepted by the
manufacturer.
Any repair or rep acement of parts or apparatus which no onger work
due to any fau ts or estab ished construction errors shou d be notified as
soon as possib e to the manufacturer. Shou d their deterioration cause
other damages to the machine, then the guarantee cou dn’t be app ied by
the manufacturer to these.

from the transportation, and it is the purchaser's duty to verify on arriva
