Thank you for your purchase of the Volair SimTM Triple Display Stand – V2! We hope that it
will give you countless hours of enjoyment. We have designed the stand with maximum
ease of assembly but please read these instructions carefully first.
VOLAIR SIM TRIPLE DISPLAY STAND SPECIFICATIONS
Your Volair Sim triple display stand is shipped in one box (67lbs) 34”x21”x8”. We
recommend that you find an open space to carefully unpack and inventory everything
before beginning the assembly process. Please refer to TABLE 1 and TABLE 2 to verify
that you have all of your mounting hardware.
Take care to protect flooring from damage as some parts are heavy.
Use the toolkit provided (hex key M6, hex key M8, universal wrench) or a M8 hex wrench
and 14mm socket to complete the assembly.
Note: Small scratches are not subject to warranty policy. One can
easily touch up small scratches using a Sharpie
® marker or black
touch-up paint available at any automotive store.
NOTE: SOME PARTS AND FASTENERS MAY BE PRE-INSTALLED

STEP 1
Locate the two (2) sections of the center horizontal support which slide into
each other.
Attach four (4) connecting tabs to both horizontal support sections using four
(4) M8x20mm Hex Bolts and four (4) M8 nylon locknuts:
NOTE: The connecting tabs should be on the OUTSIDE of the “ears”
as shown above. Do not tighten all the way at this time.

STEP 2
Attach two (2) center support posts to both horizontal support sections using
four (4) M8x60 bolts and four (4) M8 nylon locknuts.
HINT: ensure that the orientation of the circled parts and fasteners
is as shown below:

STEP 3
Join the two horizontal support sections by sliding them into each other and
secure with two (2) M8x20mm Thumb Machine Screws. Later, you will be able
to adjust the horizontal distance between these two sections to allow for
mounting displays of various sizes (32” – 50” in diagonal).
HINT: You can use little silicone grease or spray on the sliding parts.

STEP 4
Attach the “T” post to the square tubing using M8x35mm bolt and M8 nylon
locknut.
Repeat for the 2nd “T” post.

STEP 5
Attach the front ‘L” support and the back “T” support to the assembly
completed in prior step and secure using two (2) M8x20mm thumb screws.
Repeat for the other post.
HINT: The “L” support should face outward as shown above to
provide adequate space for Volair Sim’s cockpit pedal base.

STEP 6
Attach the horizontal support assembly completed in STEP 3 to the posts
completed in STEP 4 and secure with two M8x20mm thumb screws and
adjust the approximate desired height.

STEP 7
Attach the Left display arm to the horizontal support sections completed in
prior step using two (2) M8x20 hex bolts and two (2) M8 nylon locknuts.
Repeat for the Right display arm. Do not overtighten.

STEP 8
Locate the Left display support horizontal section and attach the support post
using two M8x55mm hex bolts and two (2) M8 nylon locknuts. Repeat for the
Right display support. Next, attach the extension posts to completed assembly
and secure with M8 thumb screws. The post extensions will support the
weight if the left and right displays and help with horizontal alignment with
respect to the center display.

STEP 9
Slide Left and Right horizontal display support sections completed in prior step
on the assembly completed in STEP 7. Adjust the height of the left and right
support post so that the left and arms are horizontal.

STEP 10
Attach each display to the VESA standard display brackets using assorted
hardware provided in the three (3) hardware bags (4 metric machine screws,
washers, and spacers as needed per each display).
Next, thread the four (4) Thumb Machine Screw M6x40mm into the two VESA
brackets a few turns.
HINT: Do not tighten the mounting screws all the way at this time as
to allow each display to slide up/down in the oval slots.

Hang the center display first, and then hang
the left and right displays next. Ask a helper to
with final positioning displays at the desired
angle and height.
HINT: The final position of the displays
will take small adjustments at the VESA
bracket (use the slotted holes to move
and rotate the displays), tightening the
four (4) M6x40mm thumb screws, and
adjusting the height of the left and right
support posts.
When satisfied, tighten all fasteners to
prevent further movement.
After completing all electrical connections, one
can use zip ties to secure and conceal display
wiring.
