Remove the battery by placing your thumb in the opening on the battery
ompartment. Allow the door to pop out. Grasp the battery pull-tab and
emove the battery from the compartment.

When the camera is working (e.g. recording/photographing) this light will

When the camera is OFF, the lightened indicator means the camera is

BUTTON FUNCTIONS
1 Power Button
a. Press the power button for 2 seconds to power on the camera, Press the
power button for 2 seconds to power off the camera.
b. Under working mode, short-press the button to enter into the Menu Screen.
2. DOWN/WIFI Button
a. Press the button for 2 seconds to activate the WIFI Function.
b. When under the menu screen, short-press the button to scroll through the
menu icons.
3. Shutter Button
a. When under recording/photo/playback mode, short-press the button to
record a video, take a photo or play a file.
b. When under the menu screen, short-press the button to select a menu icon.
MENU FUNCTIONS INTRODUCTION
Video mode
After the device has been powered on it will enter into a preview of the
Video recording mode. To start recording short-press the shutter button,
short-press the button again to stop recording.
To make changes to the video mode settings, please follow the instructions
below:
While under the Video mode, short-press the menu/power button to enter the
Video mode settings. Use the Down button to select a Menu icon. Short-press
the shutter button to confirm your selection. Press the menu button to return
or exit the menu.

Video Mode: Circle mode/Panoramic 180/Panoramic 360/4 in 1/3 in

Photo mode
The Photo mode allows you to take snapshots using the camera. To enter into
Photo mode, long-press the shutter button. To take snapshots short-press the
shutter button.
To make changes to the Photo mode settings, please follow the instructions
below:
While under the Photo Mode, short-press the menu/power button to enter
Photo mode settings. Use the Down button to select a Menu icon. Short-press
the shutter button to confirm your selection. Press the menu button to return
or exit the menu.
Photo mode: Circle mode/Panoramic 180/Panoramic 360/4 in 1/3 in
1/2 in 1/360 VR/Exit
Resolution: 12M / 8M / 5M / 3M / Exit
Quality: High / Middle / Normal / Exit

Playback mode
In the Playback mode, you can view the files that have been recorded on the
device. To enter into the Playback mode, long-press the shutter button. Use
the Down to select a file or folder and short-press the shutter button to
playback the selected file.
To make changes to the playback mode settings, please follow the
instructions below:
While under the Playback mode, short-press the menu/power button to enter
Playback mode settings. Use the Down button to select a Menu icon.
Short-press the shutter button to confirm your selection. Press the menu/
power button to return or exit the menu.
Folder selector: Normal / Event / Camera mode / Motion
detection / Exit
Delete File: Normal / Event / Camera mode / Motion detection / Exit
Delete directory: Normal / Event / Camera mode / Motion detection
/ Exit
System settings menu
The System settings menu allows you to make additional changes to the
camera’s system settings.
To make changes to the System settings menu, please follow the
instructions below:
To enter into the System settings menu, short-press the menu/power button
twice from any camera mode. Use the Down button to highlight a menu
icon, short-press the shutter button to confirm your selection.

Time & Date: Y / M / D / H / M / Time Format
Power Save: OFF / 1min / 3 mins / 5 mins
Key Sounds: OFF / ON / Exit
Screen Setting: Power-saving mode / Rotate Screen / Language/Exit
Light frequency: 50 Hz / 60 Hz / Exit
Format: YES / Exit
System Information: Displays the software version and the SD card
capacity.
Default Settings: Reverts the system to factory default settings
Wi-Fi Connection:
This device can connect to Android and IOS mobile devices by Wi-Fi, The
following steps describe the process for connecting the camera to an
Android or iOS mobile device.
1. Download and Install the “OTCam”APP from Google Play or Apple APP
store.
2. Power on the device, press the WIFI/Down button for 2 seconds to enable
the Wi-Fi function, the LCD will display the Wi-Fi hotspot SSSID and
password.
3. Connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot SSID from your mobile device, and enter the
password displayed on the LCD.
4. Once the mobile device has been authenticated, Open the OTCam
application on the mobile device, and press the link button on the screen, to
connect to the camera.
5. This button is used for switching between recording and taking a photo.
6. This button is used for the playback of the videos or images stored on
the SD Card in the camera

the shutter button to confirm your selection. Press the menu button to return
or exit the menu.
7. Long press the file name to download it into the local memory of your
mobile device under the playback interface, and view the file by pressing
this button.
8. To achieve the full effect of 360/180 video, you need to download the
playback APP UtoVR or Real 360 player. You can also
upload your video file to YouTube directly.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Automatic Shutdown and Data save:
The system will keep the last data saved when the device automatically
shuts down; video will be saved automatically should the battery run flat.
USB mass storage:
To view or access the files on a computer, use the USB cable to connect the
camera to your computer. Open the mass storage file to view the files, and
the folders will be arranged as follows: (Event Folder, Motion Folder and
Snapshots Folder). For playing back 360/180 video we recommend an
application such as Kolor Eyes or similar VR playback software.
HDMI TV-viewing function:(optional)

Connect the HDMI line to a high definition TV using an HDMI cable
(not included). Please note that the TV might need to be adjusted to the
HDMI state, the LCD screen on the camera will be off during the
connection. The camera operation will be displayed on the HDTV with a
maximum resolution of 1080P at 30FPS
CHARGING THE BATTERY
The device can be charged by connecting the micro USB cable to a power
outlet with a 5V output or using a PC/Laptop’s USB port. It is also possible
to record a video while the camera is charging. Make sure the power source
is 1A and above.
