CHARGING THE 7v BATTERY
Thank you for choosing your Volt heated product to help you stay warm.
As with any electrical device, it is important to follow instructions to avoid
damage to the product, yourself or your property. Failure to follow instructions
may cause overheating, re or injury. Please read product labels and all
instructions before using your Volt heated product.
Before using your Volt heated product the battery should be fully charged.
Please follow the instructions below on how to charge, use and maintain your
7v battery.
Remove 7v battery(ies) from packaging.
Plug the 7v charger into a properly rated AC electrical outlet.
Connect the 7v battery(ies) to the output plug(s) from the 7v charger. Make
sure the plug orientation is correct as it can only be connected one way.
Failure to do so can cause damage to the plug and/or receiving port on
battery. Plug will lock into place when connected properly. The LED lights
on the battery(ies) will light up indicating it is receiving a charge.
Battery(ies) will be fully charged when all four LED lights on the battery
show solid blue. This can take between 3-6 hours.
Disconnect the charged 7v battery(ies) from the charger output plug(s).

Locate the input plug(s) on your 7v Volt heated product and connect to
the charged battery. On garments the plug is typically located in an inside
zippered pocket inside one of the hand pockets at the waist.
Press POWER button on the battery(ies) and HOLD down for 3 seconds to
turn battery “ON”. Press the POWER button again to select desired power
level setting. To turn “OFF”, press and HOLD down power button for 3
seconds. When using with 7v heated gloves you can press the 7v rubber
emblem on the gloves that aligns on top of the power button on the battery.

75% = 3 LED lights
50% = 2 LED lights
25% = 1 LED light (Lowest Setting)
Your 7v Volt Heated Product should only be used with a 7v Volt Battery. Never
connect your 7v Volt Battery with any non 7v Heated product regardless of
how similar the plugs may look, may feel, or appear to t or work together.
The 7v Volt battery has 4 blue LED lights to indicate power remaining status.
Four blue LED lights indicate the battery is fully charged, three lights indicate
75% power remaining, two lights indicate 50% power remaining, 1 light
NOTE: Battery will not be able to be turned “ON” unless connected to the
product.

indicates 25% power level remaining. A single ashing blue LED indicates the
battery is out of power and needs to be recharged.

Failure to charge 7v battery prior to use can reduce battery life.
CHARGE 7v BATTERY REGULARLY. Charge between each use and a
minimum of once every 3 months. It is important to maintain between
25% - 75% remaining power when not in use. Failure to do so will result in
performance problems and reduced battery life.
The 7v battery life is 300+ cycles before it will diminish in capacity output.
Lithium batteries provide a diminished capacity output in extreme cold
temperatures – keep batteries inside the 7v Volt product to minimize the
impact and improve the performance
RECHARGEABLE 7v BATTERY SYSTEM CARE
WARNING: Do not use 7v battery if you notice a change of shape
(lumps), over-heating when charging or if rust or corrosion on the
connectors on the battery or product is found.
WASH & CARE OF YOUR 7v PRODUCT
Remove battery and store connecting cable in battery pocket. We recommend
to spot clean with a damp cloth or hand wash in cold water with mild
detergent, hang dry. Do not twist the garment to prevent damage to cable. Do
not dry clean or bleach.

WARNINGS & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When you purchase your Volt Heated product from H2C Brands, LLC, the
heating system is guaranteed for life. The external electrical components of
the product, the 7v battery and charger are warranted for 90 days from the
date of the initial purchase. Please contact us through www.voltheat.com
with any questions or warranty claims.
Volt 7v heated products are powered by a DC current and provide a safe, low
voltage heat output but caution should always be taken when using products.
Use carefully as it may cause serious burns. You must frequently check skin
exposed to the heating area to avoid burning. Never expose bare skin to the
heating area. Do not use over sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor
circulation.
The following precautions should be taken to avoid hazards associated with
the use of electric warmers. Individuals at particular risk for warmer injuries
are:
NOTE: Volt 7v heated products are not meant to treat or mitigate any
medical condition and are designed to provide warmth and comfort from
the cold only. Volt 7v heated products are warmers only. They do have
heating panels that provide heat output and therefore the precautions
below should be reviewed before product use.
