INTRODUCTION
Read through all of the instructions before starting installation.
Notifications and warning texts are for your safety and to
minimise the risk of something breaking during installation.
Ensure that all tools stated in the instructions are available
before starting installation.
Certain steps in the instructions are only presented in the form
of images. Explanatory text is also given for more complicated
steps.
In the event of any problems with the instructions or the
accessory, contact your local Volvo dealer.

Turn the ignition key to position 0.

Remove the panel around the display and the media player:
Press in the catch at one of the panel's upper corners. Use a
small screwdriver. Carefully prize off the radio panel on the
same side. Use a plastic weatherstrip tool.
Carry out the same procedure on the other side. Then fold the
radio panel backward in the vehicle.
Pull up the radio panel until it detaches.
Hint
If there is difficulty removing the panel, press the panel back
into place on both sides and start the removal procedure
again. Start from the opposite side to before.
