M900 ASSEMBLY
Step 1(front foot)
Attachthe front foot (6)tothe frameusing the bolt (3),washer(4)and nut (5).
Step 2(rear foot)
Attachthe rearfoot (2)tothe frameusing the bolt (3), washer(4)and nut(5).
Step 3. (pedals)
attachthe pedals(7R/7L)intothe crankarms(62R/62L), eachpedal
ismarked withthe letterR(right)orR(right)todenotethe side of the bike
theyareon. NOTE: the right hand crankison the sameside asthe
belt cover(69). Becarefultoalign the threadscorrectlytoavoidanydamage.
Alittlegreaseon the thread shouldhelpthe pedalstoscrewineasily
and correctly, tighten using a15mm spanner, bothpedalsthreadsshould
tighten towardsthe front of the bike.

Step 4. (handlebar & stem)
Attachhandlebar(11)ontohandlebarstem(14), assemblydownplate(25),
washer(12a)bolt (26)and lock lever(12), slide the handlebar(11)until
reachyourrequired position. Using lock leverfortightening. And then put the
handlebar-stemset ontofront tube, adjust toyouridealposition., and then
using lock lever(18)totighten. NOTE: Donot ariseabovesafetyline.
Step 5. (saddle& seat post)
Insert seat post (15)intoframe'sseat tube, assemblysaddle(17)on
saddletop slider(16). Adjust sliderusing lock lever(12)forforwardsor
backwardsand then tighten until reachthe properposition. Using
lock lever(18)adjust seat post (15)and tighten inproperposition.
NOTE: Donot ariseabovesafetyline.

Step 6.7. (bottlecage)
attachscresw(10)intobottlecage (9)on front frokinrequired position
using a4mmm allen key
