adéquate dans la pièce pour garantir le

ventiler, un autre appareil à combustion (tel que
chauffe-eau, radiateur à gaz, etc.) est installé et
qu’il n’est pas étanche, il faut s’assurer que le
renouvellement d’air est adéquat pour garantir une

après avoir coupé le courant, laisser l'appareil
refroidir, éliminer la cause possible de

bloqué, obstructions en canalisation etc.) puis
rétablir le courant. Si le dispositif de sécurité
intervient à nouveau, s’adresser à un Service

• Dieses Gerät darf nur für den Verwendungszweck
eingesetzt werden, der in der vorliegenden Anleitung
angegeben ist.
• Untersuchen Sie das Gerät nach dem Auspacken auf
Transportschäden oder andere Mängel: Verständigen
Sie im Zweifelsfall sofort einen Fachmann oder einen
VORTICE- Vertragshändler. Entsorgen Sie die
Verpackung und lassen Sie sie nicht in Reichweite von
Kindern oder anderen Personen, die sich damit
schaden könnten.
• Beim Einsatz von Elektrogeräten jeder Art müssen
einige Grundregeln stets beachtet werden, darunter im
einzelnen:
a) berühren Sie das Gerät nicht mit nassen oder
feuchten Händen; b) berühren Sie das Gerät nicht,

•Keine Änderungen am Gerät anbringen.
•Das Gerät keinen Witterungseinflüssen (Regen,
Sonneneinstrahlung usw.) aussetzen
•Die Innenreinigung darf nur von qualifiziertem
Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden (Abb. 26-27).
•Das Gerät oder Teile davon nicht in Wasser oder
andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen, zur Reinigung die
angegebenen Anweisungen befolgen (Abb. 28).
•Den einwandfreien Zustand des Gerätes regelmäßig
überprüfen. Bei festgestellten Mängeln das Gerät nicht
benutzen und sofort einen VORTICE-Vertragshändler
aufsuchen.
•Bei Betriebsstörung und/oder defektem Gerät sofort
einen VORTICE-Vertragshändler aufsuchen und für
eine eventuelle Reparatur die Verwendung von
VORTICE-Originalersatzteilen verlangen.
•Fällt das Gerät hin oder wurde es starken Stößen
ausgesetzt, muss es sofort bei einem VORTICE-
vertragshändler überprüft werden.
•Das Gerät braucht nicht an eine Steckdose mit
Erdungskontakt angeschlossen zu werden, da es mit
Doppelisolierung ausgeführt ist.
•Das Produkt nur dann an das Stromnetz anschließen,
wenn die Stromfestigkeit der Anlage / Steckdose für
die maximale Leistung geeignet ist. Sollte dies nicht
der Fall sein, ist sofort eine qualifizierte Fachkraft
anzufordern
•Den Hauptschalter der Anlage in folgenden Fällen
ausschalten: a) Auftreten einer Betriebsstörung;
b) vor der Durchführung der Außenreinigung des
Gerätes; c) wenn das Gerät über einen kurzen oder
längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzt wird.
•Das Gerät darf nicht als Aktivator für Boiler, Öfen etc.
benutzt werden. Die Abluft des Geräts darf nicht in
Warmluftleitungen derartiger Geräte geleitet werden.
•Es muss gewährleistet sein, dass genügend Luft in
den Raum nachströmen kann, damit das Gerät
einwandfrei funktioniert. Wenn im selben Raum eine
mit Brennstoff betriebene Heizvorrichtung (z.B.
Durchlauferhitzer, Methangasofen o.ä.) installiert ist,
die zur Raumluft nicht abgedichtet ist, muss dafür
gesorgt werden, dass die nachströmende Luft auch für
den einwandfreien Verbrennungsablauf dieser
Vorrichtung ausreicht.
•Die Abluft des Geräts muss in einen Einzelkanal (der
ausschließlich von diesem Gerät benutzt wird) geleitet
werden.
•Die beiden Ansaug- und Auslassgitter des Gerätes
stets freihalten, damit ein optimaler Luftdurchgang
gewährleistet wird.
•Der Luftauslass des Geräts muss stets an einen Kanal
angeschlossen sein.
•Die maximale Raumtemperatur für den Betrieb des
Geräts ist: max. 60°C.
•Das Gerät darf nur von
qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
installiert werden.
•Die Elektroanlage, an die das
Produkt angeschlossen ist,
muss den geltenden
Vorschriften entsprechen.

•Für die Installation muss ein
mehrpoliger Stecker
angebracht sein, dessen
Öffnungsabstand der Kontakte
gleich oder über 3 mm ist, mit
dem die vollständige Trennung
unter Bedingungen der
Überspannungskategorie III
möglich ist.
•Die Produkte mit Einphasen-
Motoren (M) müssen STETS
an ein 220-240V (bzw. nur
230V, sofern vorgesehen)
Einphasennetz angeschlossen
werden. Jede Änderung gilt als
unsachgemäßer Zugriff auf das
Produkt und macht die
Garantie ungültig.

ANMERKUNG:
• Wird das Gerät auf einer Höhe von weniger als
2,30 m installiert, müssen folgende Teile montiert
werden (Abb. 3):
• der Rahmen mit Schutznetz, falls das kurze
Rohr an den Luftauslass angeschlossen wird
(um Zugriff zu verhindern).
• das Schutzgitter, falls kein Rohr an den
Lufteinlass angeschlossen wird (freie
Luftzufuhr).
• Die Gerätemodelle 100-125-150-160-200-200Q-250Q
sind mit einer Schutzvorrichtung gegen
Überhitzung mit Thermosicherung ausgestattet.
• Die Gerätemodelle 250-315 sind mit einer
Schutzvorrichtung (mit manueller Rücksetzung)
ausgestattet, die den Betrieb unterbricht. In diesem
Fall das Gerät vom Stromnetz trennen und
abkühlen lassen, die mögliche Störungsursache
beseitigen (abgedeckte Gitter, blockierter
Ventilator, Verschluss des Kanals usw.) und wieder
an das Stromnetz anschließen. Falls die
Schutzvorrichtung erneut den Betrieb unterbricht,
das Gerät bei einem VORTICE-Vertragshändler
überprüfen lassen.
