Descrizione ed impiego
“External RF Module” è un dispositivo radio opzionale
inteso a consentire la regolare trasmissione dei
comandi a Vort Prometeo HR 400 attraverso il
telecomando che lo equipaggia, anche laddove la
posizione prescelta per la sua installazione risulti
schermata alle onde radio.
• Non usare questo prodotto per una funzione
differente da quella esposta in questo libretto.
• Dopo aver tolto il prodotto dall’imballo, assicurarsi
della sua integrità; nel dubbio rivolgersi subito ad un
Centro Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato Vortice.
• Questo apparecchio non è da intendersi adatto
all'uso da parte di persone (incluso bambini) con
ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o prive
di esperienza e conoscenza, a meno che siano state
supervisionate o istruite riguardo all'uso
dell'apparecchio da una persona responsabile della
loro sicurezza. I bambini dovrebbero essere
supervisionati per assicurarsi che non giochino con
l'apparecchio.
• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in presenza di sostanze
o vapori infiammabili come alcool, insetticidi.
• Non apportare modifiche di alcun genere
all’apparecchio;

La connessione di “External RF Module” a Vort
Prometeo HR 400 comporta l’automatica interruzione
del funzionamento del dispositivo radio che ne
equipaggia la scheda madre, ed il trasferimento di
tutte le relative funzioni a “External RF Module”.

Description and use
“External RF Module” is an optional radio operated
device aimed at allowing the normal transmission of
commands to the Vort Prometeo HR 400 using the
remote control unit that comes supplied with the
system even where the location chosen for the
installation of the system is shielded from receiving
radio waves.
• Do not use this appliance for functions other than
those described in this booklet
• After removing the appliance from its packaging,
ensure that it is complete and undamaged. If in
doubt contact a professionally qualified electrician
or Vortice.
• Never allow children or infirm persons to use the
appliance unattended. Children must always be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• Do not use the appliance where flammable
vapours are present (spirit, insecticides, petrol,
explosives, etc.
• Do not make modifications of any kind to this
appliance.
• The maintenance instructions must be followed to
avoid damage and/or excessive wear and tear to
the appliance.
• Do not expose this appliance to the weather (rain,
sun, etc.).
• Regularly inspect the appliance for visible defects.
If the appliance does not function correctly, do not
use it and contact Vortice immediately.
• Should the appliance be dropped or suffer a heavy
blow, have it checked by Vortice immediately.

Connecting the “External RF Module” to the Vort
Prometeo HR 400 means that the radio device fitted to
the mother board is automatically disconnected and
all the relative functions are transferred to the
“External RF Module”.

“External RF Module” est un dispositif radio optionnel
qui permet d'effectuer la transmission régulière des
commandes à Vort Prometeo HR 400 grâce à la
télécommande qui l'accompagne, également lorsque
la position choisie pour son installation est protégée
contre les ondes radio.
• Ne pas utiliser l'appareil pour un usage autre que
celui décrit dans ce livret.
• Contrôler l'intégrité de l'appareil après l'avoir sorti
de son emballage : dans le doute, s'adresser
immédiatement à une personne
professionnellement qualifiée ou à un Service
après-vente agréé Vortice.
• Cet appareil n'est pas approprié à l'emploi de la
part de personnes (y compris les enfants) avec des
capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales
réduites ou sans expérience ni connaissance, à
moins qu'elles ne soient surveillées ou qu'elles
n'aient été instruites au sujet de l'emploi de
l'appareil par une personne responsable de leur
sécurité. Les enfants doivent être surveillés pour
s'assurer qu'ils ne jouent pas avec l'appareil.
• Ne pas utiliser l'appareil en présence de

“External RF Module” ist ein als Sonderausstattung
lieferbare Vorrichtung, mit der die Befehle an Vort
Prometeo HR 400 mit der zum Gerät gehörenden
Fernbedienung auch dann problemlos gesendet
werden können, wenn in der gewählten Position
normalerweise kein Empfang möglich ist.
• Dieses Gerät darf nur für den Verwendungszweck
eingesetzt werden, der in der vorliegenden
Anleitung angegeben ist.
• Nach dem Auspacken des Gerätes muss dessen
Unversehrtheit überprüft werden: im Zweifelsfall
unverzüglich eine von Vortice autorisierte
undendienststelle aufsuchen.
• Dieses Gerät darf von indern oder Personen mit
eingeschränkten körperlichen oder geistigen
Fähigkeiten oder mangelnder Erfahrung bzw.
enntnis nur unter der Aufsicht oder nach
gründlicher Unterweisung und Überprüfung
seitens einer für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen
Person bedient werden inder sind zu
überwachen, damit sie nicht mit dem Gerät
spielen.
• Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe entflammbarer Stoffe
oder Dämpfe wie Alkohol, Insektizide, Benzin usw.
verwenden.

Zusammenhang mit
ort Prometeo HR 400
Durch den Anschluss von “External RF Module” an
Vort Prometeo HR 400 wird automatisch die Funktion
der Empfangsvorrichtung der Mutterplatine
deaktiviert und die Funktionen werden auf “External
RF Module” übertragen.
