Please choose the earphones of different sizes (the earphones are
medium-sized earphones, and the accessories contain a pair of
large and small earplugs), and choose the earplugs that are most
suitable for you to get the best wearing and sound quality.
Boot method:
(1) Automatic boot. Open the top cover of the charging case, then
pick up the two headphones, and the two headphones will
automatically turn on. (Have Power on tone)
(2) Manual boot. When the headset is not inside the charging box,
it can be turned on manually; at the same time, long press the two
headphones to open the key After about 3 seconds, then let go, this
time is turned on.
Pairing mode:
First open the top cover of the charging box, then pick up the two
headphones, the two headphones will automatically turn on (there
is a boot prompt Sound), after two seconds or so, the two
headphones are automatically paired (with pairing tone). After the
pairing is successful, the red and blue lights flash alternately for the
main ear, and the blue light flashes for the secondary ear; then the
mobile phone Bluetooth device is turned on, search Pair the name
"V11-R" and click Connect to use the pairing mode. (At this time, 2

Single ear mode:
Open the top cover of the charging box, and take out one earphone
for use alone. At this time, the earphone will automatically turn on, 3

then search for it. The pairing name is “V11-L”, click on the
connection to use the single ear mode; (if the right ear R is used),

Play music: play / pause / cut song (up and down)
(1) Play/Pause. When the headset is in the pairing state, after
connecting with the mobile phone, select that you need to start the
APP playback software. At this time, click the main ear or the
secondary ear to open the key, then start playing music; click the
main ear or the secondary ear to open the key again. Then pause
playing music. (In the single ear mode, operate in the same way)

(2) Cut the song (previous song). When the headset is in the

Call Pickup / Hang up / Reject / End Callback / Voice Assistant /
Factory Reset
When the headset is in the pairing state, after connecting with the
mobile phone, when there is a call incoming, there is an incoming
call alert.
(1) Call answering. You can answer the call by clicking the main or
secondary ear switch. (In the single ear mode, operate in the same
way)
(2) Hang up the phone. In the process of talking to the other party,
if you want to end the call, click the main ear or the auxiliary ear to
open the call. (In the single ear mode, operate in the same way)

(3) Reject the call. If you press and hold the main ear or the
auxiliary ear for 1 second, you can reject the other party's call. (In
the single ear mode, you can operate in the same way)
(4) The last number is called back. When the headset pairing
status is connected to the mobile phone, if the call is not in any way,
any three-click main or auxiliary ear opening key can complete the
last call back. (In the single ear mode, operate in the same way)
(5) Voice assistant. When the headset is successfully paired, after
connecting with the mobile phone, press the main ear or the
auxiliary ear for 1 second to call the voice assistant, and press the
main ear or the auxiliary ear for 1 second to turn off the voice
assistant.
(6) Restore factory settings (earphone memory is clear). When
the earphone is turned on, it has been long pressed and the key is
not released until after 8 seconds, the red and blue lights are on for
one second at the same time, that is, the factory setting is
successful.
Shutdown method:

(1) Press and hold the main ear or the auxiliary ear for about 3
seconds. At this time, the two headphones display red light at the
same time, then the earphone can be turned off. (In the single ear
mode, operate in the same way)
(2) Put two earphones into the charging box. At this time, the two
headphones are always lit red, which is the charging state, and the
headphones are turned off. (In the single ear mode, operate in the
same way)
(3) When the headset is disconnected from the phone for more
than 5 minutes, the headset automatically shuts down;
Other functional tests:
(1)Automatically connect back the paired mobile phone after
booting.
(2)The TWS connection state lasts for 20 seconds, and the Bluetooth
status of the mobile phone is connected for 30 seconds. If there is
no connection, the pair will enter the pairing state;
(3)The headset and the phone are disconnected and automatically
shut down after 5 minutes.
(4) ISO system mobile phone power synchronization display.
(5) ISO mobile phone volume adjustment synchronization.
(6) Charge reset. (When the headset is placed in the charging box to

charge, the headset is restored to its original state before booting)
(7)When the battery voltage is lower than 3.4V, the low-power beep
sounds once every 120 seconds; when the battery voltage is lower
than 3.3V, (the headphone power is lower than 10%), the headset
will automatically shut down;
(8) Charging box battery capacity: 3.7V/500mAh (the charging box
can be used to fully charge the headphones for more than 5 times)
Safety precautions:
This product contains a built-in battery. It is not suitable to expose
the product to strong sunlight or fire. Do not place the device in an
environment where the temperature is too high (more than 45
degrees Celsius) or too low (below 0 degrees Celsius) because This
can cause serious damage to the equipment.
Operation exception handling method:
(1)If there is no sound due to improper operation or shielding the
earphone signal for a long time, please try to move to the range of
the receivable signal to return to normal.
(2)If the fault is caused by unknown reasons, turn off the headset
and then turn it back on.
(3)If a single product is replaced or is mishandled, the main and

sub-headphones are disconnected, and the left and right
headphones are re-paired.
(4)If the earphone is connected to the mobile phone and there is no
sound after listening to the song, please go to the Bluetooth setting
of the mobile phone, find the name of the connected headset, and if
the display is connected, click the name of the headset again.
(5)If the two headsets are paired, and the mobile phone is
connected, the headset does not sound after answering the call.
You need to check the audio output of the mobile phone. You must
select the Bluetooth pairing name corresponding to the headset
before you can make a Bluetooth call.
