1. Important Safety instructions

4
•If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced only by Vytronix to comply
with warranty terms and conditions.
•Do not let children or people who have not been trained in the use of a
pressure washer nor read the instruction manual operate the machine unless
properly supervised by a responsible adult.
•Before starting up your machine please check it carefully for any defects. If
you find any, do not start up your machine and contact Vytronix immediately.
•Hold the pressure gun and lance firmly with both hands.
•The operator and anyone in the immediate vicinity of the site of cleaning
should take action to protect them from being struck by debris dislodged
during operation.
•Wear goggles or other eye protection during operation.
•Take special care when pointing at tyres and/or tyre valves as they may be
damaged by the high-pressure jet, causing them to burst.
•This pressure washer must not be used at temperatures below 0°C.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
If an extension cable is used, the plug and the socket must be waterproof and comply
with the below mentioned requirements for length and cable dimensions.
•1.0 mm² max. 12.5 m
•1.5 mm² max. 20 m
WATER CONNECTION
•Connection to the public mains water supply according to local regulations.
•Inlet connection can be connected to mains water supply with a max pressure of 10
bars.
IMPORTANT!
Only use water without any impurities. If there is a risk of sand particles in the inlet
water (i.e. from your own well), an additional filter should be mounted.

5
This section will explain in detail how to make your pressure washer ready for use.
SAFETY FEATURES
Trigger lock: The trigger gun features a locking
device. When the knob is activated, the trigger
gun cannot be operated. →
Thermal sensor: the thermal sensor protects the
motor against overloading. In the event this is
triggered, the machine will cut out, the machine
will restart after a few minutes when the
thermal sensor has cooled down.
The pressure washer comes with an included
Hose/tool storage hook.
Slide the storage hook into the holder on
the side of the pressure washer to lock into place.
2. First time instructions
2.1 Mounting of storage hook

6
1. Screw the inlet adaptor (1) tightly on to the
water inlet with the provided water filter in place.
Note: The inlet filter (A) must always be fitted in
the water inlet pipe to filter out sand, lime stone
and other impurities as these will damage the
pump valves.
Caution: Failure to fit the filter may invalidate
your guarantee.
2. Connect the garden hose with a standard
Snap-fit hose connector.
1. Attach one end of the pressure hose (2) to the trigger gun (1) and the other end to
the outlet on the front of the pressure washer.
2. To detach the pressure hose from the pressure gun or machine, press the pressure
gun release (A) or outlet adaptor button (B)
3. Connecting a garden hose

7
1. Push the lance into the pressure gun.
2. When fully inserted twist in the direction illustrated below to lock. Check by
pulling the two parts afterwards to ensure the lance is secure.
3. Attach the jet nozzle by pushing on to the end of the lance. When the jet nozzle is
correctly attached, the release button should audibly click. Check by pulling the
two parts afterwards to ensure the nozzle is secure.
Use standard ½ inch garden hose (not supplied). Length should be min 10 meters and
max 25 meters.
1. Connect the hose to an outside water supply using a standard quick release hose
connector (inlet water, max. pressure: 10 bar, max. temperature: 40°C).
2. Let the water run through the water hose before connecting the other end to the
machine to prevent sand and dirt from penetrating the machine. Note: Check that
the filter is fitted in the water inlet pipe and that it is not clogged up.
3. Turn on the water.

IMPORTANT: Place the pressure washer on firm, level surface during operation, do
not sit the pressure washer in long grass as objects may enter the vents or openings.
Do not cover the machine during operation, use it indoors or in any area without
adequate ventilation.
IMPORTANT: Do not leave the pressure washer switched on if leaving unattended for
any length of time.
IMPORTANT: The pressure gun and lance are affected by a thrust during operation,
therefore always hold it firmly with both hands before pulling the trigger and point
the nozzle at the ground to begin with.
1. With the pressure washer OFF, pull and hold in the trigger on the pressure gun
until water begins to flow through it, then release the trigger.
2. Turn the pressure washer on at the start/stop button, the machine will power up
for a few seconds to prime itself and will then stop. The pressure washer is now
ready to use.
NOTE: When releasing the trigger of the pressure gun, the machine automatically
stops. The machine will start again when you re-activate the trigger.
The pressure nozzle can be adjusted by tuning it.
WARNING: Do not do this while holding the trigger
in to avoid risk of the water jet hitting your hand.
Pull the trigger on the pressure gun to test the
jet, release the trigger and twist the end of jet
nozzle to adjust the type of water spray, then
pull the trigger again to test. Repeat until desired
spray is set depending on what you want to clean.

3.5 Multi Nozzle

9
Pump, hose and accessories should always be emptied of water prior to storing as
follows:
1. Switch off the machine and detach water inlet hose.
2. Restart the machine and in short bursts, briefly activate the trigger of the pressure
gun until no more water runs through the pressure gun.
3. Stop the machine, unplug and wind up hose and cable.
4. Place pressure gun, lance, nozzle and hose on the storage hook of the machine.
WARNING: The machine should be stored in a room that will be free from frost.
Should the machine accidentally not be drained correctly and then allowed to freeze,
it will be necessary to check every part/component for damage which may have been
caused by expansion.
Never start up a frozen machine or use machine when the outside temperature is
freezing or below! Frost damages are not covered by the guarantee and can also result
in dangerous pressure releases/bursts.
4. After use instructions

10
To increase the lifespan of your pressure washer and its components, please take the
following advice:
WARNING! Always disconnect the electrical plug from the socket prior to maintenance
or cleaning.
•We recommend you rinse through the mains water hose (not supplied)
pressure hose, pressure gun, lance and jet nozzle with clean water before
initial use or if the pressure washer has been stored for some time without
any use.
•Ensure threads and connections are free of dust, sand or grit.
•The inlet filter must always be fitted inside the water inlet pipe to filter out
sand, limestone and other impurities, as they will damage the pump valves.
•Clean the water inlet filter regularly once a month or more frequently
depending on frequency of use. Carefully loosen the filter with a screwdriver
and rinse in clean water. Check that it is intact before re-mounting it.
•The outside of the pressure washer should be kept clean to ensure cooling air
can pass freely through the vents, the outside must not be submersed in water
but can be cleaned with a damp cloth. To avoid damage to plastics, no
chemicals should be used to clean the pressure washer.
•To ensure easy connection of components and to prevent perishing of seals
and O-rings, the threaded couplings and connections may be occasionally
treated with an appropriate lubricating grease.
•Only allow repairs to be carried out by Vytronix.
