water heater economcally, comfortably, and ecently.
For ecent use, we recommend that you have t nstalled by a dealer
approved by the local gas authorty wth experence and competence n
nstallaton.
1.1. GENERAL WARNINGS
The manual s an nseparable and ntegral part of the product and must
be delvered to the new user when the product s transferred. Ths manual
should be protected and used carefully as well as readly avalable when
necessary as t contans mportant nformaton on nstallaton.
Hot Domestc Water nstallatons must be desgned and
constructed by a competent and approved engneerng company
n accordance wth the legally determned dmensons takng nto
account the legal regulatons n force.
The project desgn should be made accordng to the current
versons of the publcatons ("Santary Installaton Project Preparaton
Prncples", Chamber of Mechancal Engneers Publcatons, "Heatng
Installatons", "Gas Installaton Project Preparaton Prncples", "Heatng
Installaton Project Desgn Gudelnes" and Indoor nstallaton - Specfcatons
for the nstallatons nsde buldngs conveyng water for human consumpton
- Part 3: Ppe szng - Smplfed method) and referenced standards.
The nstallaton and mantenance operatons must be carred out
by expert personnel wth sucent techncal knowledge on
nstallaton and they should have professonal competence
certfcate n accordance wth the manufacturer's nstructons and
the applcable legal regulatons. Incorrect nstallaton may cause dangers, n
whch case the manufacturer cannot be held responsble and t may also
damage to people, other lvng thngs (anmals, plants) or goods.
Natural gas nstallaton project; One of the dealers authorzed by a
gas company located n your cty should be preferred for the
project and survey study.
To use the water heater wth LPG tubes or LPG tanks, t must be
converted by our authorzed Warmhaus servce. The project
desgn and applcaton for LPG use should be performed by the
company supplyng the tank accordng to the local and legal rules.
1.2. GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The manufacturer company shall not have any responsbltes
wthn or out of the agreement scope due to malfunctons arsng
from the falure to follow legal regulatons n force and standards
and nformaton gven n ths manual (and any nformaton and nstructons
provded by the manufacturer) durng the nstallaton, use, or mantenance
operatons and the devce warranty shall also be vod.
The warranty perod of the water heater s 2 years from the ntal start-up
by the authorzed servce. In case of falure of the product due to materal,
producton, and nstallaton errors wthn the warranty perod, necessary
mantenance and repars shall be carred out free of charge wthout
requestng a fee for labor and spare parts.

The manufacturer s not responsble for damages caused
by any unauthorzed nterventons, ncorrect nstallatons, or
operatons.
Do not ntervene on your own or do not allow others than authorzed
servce to ntervene snce the water heater has hot w ater, natural
gas/LPG, and electrcal.
The servce lfe as determned by the General Drectorate of Consumer
Protecton and Market Survellance of the Mnstry of Trade as per the Law
No. 6502 s 10 years and durng ths perod, the manufacturer and seller
companes are oblged to keep the necessary spare parts avalable and
provde servce to the devces for ther functonalty.
The mantenance of the devce must be carred out by authorzed and
expert techncal personnel, and Warmhaus Authorzed Techncal Servce
Centers provde a guarantee of qualty and professonalsm n ths regard.
WARMHAUS s not responsble for damages caused by repars, part
replacements, and mantenance performed by thrd persons and enttes,
and n such cases, the water heater wll be out of the warranty scope.

1.3. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the entre manual before the nstallaton and follow the nstructons.
Have the water heater checked by an authorzed Warmhaus servce
techncan at least once a year. Falure to follow these nstructons may result
n serous, possbly fatal personal njury and also property and equpment
damage.
It s strctly forbdden to try to detect gas leakage wth the help of
flame.
Ths devce s manufactured to be nstalled n the country specfed
on the techncal regstraton label. Installaton n countres other
than the one ndcated on the plate may cause damage to people,
anmals, or property.
1.3.1. Installaton and Servce
• Fre hazard durng solderng and brazng! Take approprate protectve
measures when solderng and brazng flammable and combustble
materals.
• Ensure that the water heater s nstalled or servced only by a lcensed
contractor.
• Use only materals wth sucent temperature resstance for hot
components (ppes, valves, flters, etc.).
• Do not nstall ths devce n rooms wth hgh mosture content (e.g.
bathrooms, saunas)!
Attenton to our Authorzed Servce!
• Explan to the customer how the devce works and how to use t.
• Inform the customer not to make any changes or repars.
• Durng the ntal start-up of the water heater; f addtonal flue
accessores (elbow, extenson flue, etc.) other than the standard flue
set are used when mountng the flue, the parameter settngs should be
performed by the Authorzed Servce.

1.3.3. Waste Gas (Flue) Leakages
If you smell flue gas!
• Turn o the devce.
• Open the wndows and doors.
• Notfy a traned and certfed nstaller. Insucent ventlaton can cause
toxc flue gas to escape. There s a rsk of posonng.
• Never close or reduce the ar nlet and outlet (vent) openngs.
• The devce should not be operated untl the reasons preventng the
dscharge of waste gas are elmnated.
• Ensure that the ventlaton ppes and flues are not damaged or clogged
due to the danger caused by waste gases comng out.
• Connect only one devce to each ventlaton system or flue outlet.
• The ventlaton system ppes must not be connected to another ar
dscharge duct.
• Do not pass the flue system ppes through another ar dscharge duct.
• Works on gas (gas lne) components can only be carred out by a traned
and certfed nstaller due to the danger of exploson of flammable gases.
1.3.4. Combuston Ar;
• Keep combuston ar away from corrosve substances (halogenated
hydrocarbons contanng chlorne or fluorne compounds).
• Never close the ventlaton vents!
1.3.5. Inspecton and Mantenance;
• Mantenance and repars may be carred out only by a traned and certfed
Warmhaus servce.
• Correct any nstallaton errors mmedately to avod damage to the system.
1.3.6. Electrcal Shock Hazard
Make sure that only an authorzed electrcan performs the
electrcal works.
Before performng an electrcal work, turn o the power and
secure the unt aganst unntentonal reconnecton. Make sure that
the system s dsconnected from the electrcal supply.
1.3.7. Rsk of Gettng Scalded by Hot Water Faucet
When the water heater s runnng, the
temperature may exceed 50 °C. To prevent
such stuatons, the temperature n the tap
should be lmted by nstallng a thermostatc
mxng valve.
Heated water for washng laundry, dshes and other cleanng
purposes can cause scaldng and permanent njures.
Chldren, the elderly and the dsabled are more lkely to be
permanently njured by hot water. Never leave such persons
unattended n the bathtub or shower under any crcumstances.
Chldren should not be allowed to use the hot water taps themselves
or fll a bathtub!
1.3.8. Rsk of Gettng Injured by Flue Ppes
Avod contact wth the flue ppes. The temperature of the flue ppes can
be up to 60 °C dependng on the settngs of the water heater and the hot
season condtons.

2. USER SECTION
2.1. GENERAL WARNINGS FOR USER
If there s a gas smell n the envronment, frstly close the gas valves n your
house's nlet lne and your water heater, or f you use bulk gas, close the LPG
tank valves or your tube valve. Do not swtch on/o the electrcal swtches
and avod anythng that may produce spark. Call the gas company or the
Authorzed Servce. (See 1.1. General Warnngs and 1.3.2. Gas Leakages)
Intal start-up of your water heater should be performed by Warmhaus
Authorzed Servce for your safety and to mantan the warranty of your
water heater. Our Authorzed Servce wll nform you about how to use your
water heater after makng the frst checks and operatng t.
If you wll keep the water heater o for a long tme, then:
• Take necessary precautons aganst freezng (t should be n an nsulated
cabnet on open balcones, ts doors should not be left open, water
connecton ppes should be protected wth nsulaton covers),
• Close the electrc fuse, gas valve, domestc water valves of the water
heater!
• If you are unable to take the above-mentoned nsulaton precautons and
you thnk the water heater wll be exposed to freezng, take the short-term
shutdown precautons as follows.
If you wll keep the water heater for a short tme, then:
• Do not close the electrc fuse, gas valve, domestc water valves of the
water heater!
• To actvate the Ant-Freeze Protecton Functon, press the ON/OFF
button on the control panel of the water heater and leave t n the OFF
poston,
Turn o the water heater durng mantenance and repar works around the
waste gas dscharge flues.
After the completon of the works, have the water heater checked by
Warmhaus Authorzed Servce before operatng t.
Observe the followng basc rules:
• Do not clean the outer body of the water heater and do not use
easly flammable materals whle t s runnng.
• Do not hold the heater wth your hands or feet wet; do not hold
t wthout shoes and n bare feet.
• Do not pull the electrcal cables.
• In case of damage to the cables, turn o the water heater and fuse
swtches and never use the water heater.
• The electrc wrng of the water heater must only be replaced by the
Authorzed Servce.
2.2. USE OF WATER HEATER
Before usng the water heater, please check the followng ponts:
• The Domestc water and gas valves under the water heater are open,
• There s gas n the gas lne (you can check t by turnng on one of the gas
stoves n your ktchen),
• The electrc fuse of the water heater s on,
• There are no easly flammable materals and products near the water
heater,
• The waste gas flue outlet s not blocked,

2.2.2. Turnng On/O of Water Heater and Temperature Settng
In lne wth nformaton here, make sure that the cold water and hot water
valves, gas valve, and electrc fuse are open. If symbol s dsplayed on the
left bottom corner of the screen, press the on/o button for more
than 1 second. The current water temperature value appears on the dsplay.

Use the and buttons to set the desred water temperature
between 35 – 60 °C. The set value flashes on the dsplay and s stored a few
seconds after releasng the button and the water heater wll now operate
accordng to ths temperature settng. The current water temperature
appears agan on the dsplay. The water heater s ready for use.

When you open the hot water tap, your devce s actvated. It meets
your water requrement up to 12 lters per mnute at the temperature
that you set and s dsplayed on the screen. When the water
temperature rses above 70 °C, combuston wll stop and wll start
agan as soon as t falls below 65 °C.

To turn the water heater o, smply press the button for more
than 1 second, so the symbol appears n the left bottom corner of the
screen. When the water heater s n o poston, even f hot water comes
from the tap, t wll no longer heat up. In o poston, only the Ant-Freeze
Protecton functon remans actve, the water temperature cannot be set,
and the water heater does not operate on hot water demand. The water
heater contnues to reman n o poston n the event that the water heater
power s cut o n o poston and then the power comes on.
2.2.3. Water Heater Standby Poston
The water heater s n standby poston when t s n on poston, when there
s no hot water demand and when there s no malfuncton. The current water
temperature s shown on the screen and the Ant-Freeze Protecton functon
s actve. Temperature settng can be made n standby poston.
2.3. SAFETY FUNCTIONS
There are many safety functons for safe use of your water heater, and due to
these functons, some error/malfuncton codes are dsplayed on the screen,
durng whch the water heater stops workng. Some of the malfuncton/
error codes on the screen are functons that can be corrected by the user by
pressng the RESET button and restartng the devce.

2.3.2. Ant-Inertal Functon
In case of a falure and/or no hot water demand n the water heater, f the
water temperature s above 70 °C, the Ant-Inertal functon s actvated,
allowng the fan to operate for a short tme and decreasng the water
temperature.
2.3.3. Ant-Freeze Protecton Functon
In case of a falure and/or no hot water demand n the water heater, n O
or standby mode, the Ant-Freeze Protecton functon s actvated under the
followng condtons;
• 5 mnutes after the last hot water demand,
• 30 mnutes after the actvaton of the last Ant-Freeze Protecton functon,
• If the detected water temperature s lower than +5 °C.
2.3.4. Functon of Operaton wth Solar Energy Systems wth Storage
If the Aquwa 12 water heater s used wth a solar energy system wth storage,
ths functon s actvated by the authorzed servce and the necessary functon
settngs are made. Thus, the water heater wll not work for the specfed
functon duraton on hot water demands. When the tmer expres, f the set
water temperature s below the temperature as set by the functon (0-20
°C), the water heater wll start to operate accordng to the set temperature
and be turned o when t reaches the [set temperature + temperature set
by the functon].
The dsplay shows the domestc hot water temperature, the flame symbol
ndcates that the burner s on and ts load.
To use ths functon safely and to lmt the temperature n the
tap, a thermostatc hot water mxng valve must be nstalled
n the hot water dstrbuton nstallaton and used together.
