read ths manual carefully and keep t as a reference so that you can use the
water heater economcally, comfortably, and ecently.
For ecent use, we recommend that you have t nstalled by a dealer
approved by the local gas authorty wth experence and competence n
nstallaton.
1.1. GENERAL WARNINGS
The manual s an nseparable and ntegral part of the product and must
be delvered to the new user when the product s transferred. Ths manual
should be protected and used carefully as well as readly avalable when
necessary as t contans mportant nformaton on nstallaton.
Hot Domestc Water nstallatons must be desgned and
constructed by a competent and approved engneerng company
n accordance wth the legally determned dmensons takng nto
account the legal regulatons n force.
The project desgn should be made accordng to the current
versons of the publcatons ("Santary Installaton Project Preparaton
Prncples", Chamber of Mechancal Engneers Publcatons, "Heatng
Installatons", "Gas Installaton Project Preparaton Prncples", "Heatng
Installaton Project Desgn Gudelnes" and Indoor nstallaton - Specfcatons
for the nstallatons nsde buldngs conveyng water for human consumpton
- Part 3: Ppe szng - Smplfed method) and referenced standards.
The nstallaton and mantenance operatons must be carred out
by expert personnel wth sucent techncal knowledge on
nstallaton and they should have professonal competence
certfcate n accordance wth the manufacturer's nstructons and
the applcable legal regulatons. Incorrect nstallaton may cause dangers, n
whch case the manufacturer cannot be held responsble and t may also
damage to people, other lvng thngs (anmals, plants) or goods.
Natural gas nstallaton project; One of the dealers authorzed by a
gas company located n your cty should be preferred for the
project and survey study.
To use the water heater wth LPG tubes or LPG tanks, t must be
converted by our authorzed Warmhaus servce. The project
desgn and applcaton for LPG use should be performed by the
company supplyng the tank accordng to the local and legal rules.
1.2. GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The manufacturer company shall not have any responsbltes
wthn or out of the agreement scope due to malfunctons arsng
from the falure to follow legal regulatons n force and standards
and nformaton gven n ths manual (and any nformaton and nstructons
provded by the manufacturer) durng the nstallaton, use, or mantenance
operatons and the devce warranty shall also be vod.
The warranty perod of the water heater s 2 years from the ntal start-up
by the authorzed servce. In case of falure of the product due to materal,
producton, and nstallaton errors wthn the warranty perod, necessary
mantenance and repars shall be carred out free of charge wthout
requestng a fee for labor and spare parts.
Hot Domestc Water nstallatons must be desgned and

The manufacturer s not responsble for damages caused
by any unauthorzed nterventons, ncorrect nstallatons, or
operatons.
Do not ntervene on your own or do not allow others than authorzed
servce to ntervene snce the water heater has hot w ater, natural
gas/LPG, and electrcal.
The servce lfe as determned by the General Drectorate of Consumer
Protecton and Market Survellance of the Mnstry of Trade as per the Law
No. 6502 s 10 years and durng ths perod, the manufacturer and seller
companes are oblged to keep the necessary spare parts avalable and
provde servce to the devces for ther functonalty.
The mantenance of the devce must be carred out by authorzed and
expert techncal personnel, and Warmhaus Authorzed Techncal Servce
Centers provde a guarantee of qualty and professonalsm n ths regard.
WARMHAUS s not responsble for damages caused by repars, part
replacements, and mantenance performed by thrd persons and enttes,
and n such cases, the water heater wll be out of the warranty scope.

1.3. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the entre manual before the nstallaton and follow the nstructons.
Have the water heater checked by an authorzed Warmhaus servce
techncan at least once a year. Falure to follow these nstructons may result
n serous, possbly fatal personal njury and also property and equpment
damage.
It s strctly forbdden to try to detect gas leakage wth the help of
flame.
Ths devce s manufactured to be nstalled n the country specfed
on the techncal regstraton label. Installaton n countres other
than the one ndcated on the plate may cause damage to people,
anmals, or property.
1.3.1. Installaton and Servce
• Fre hazard durng solderng and brazng! Take approprate protectve
measures when solderng and brazng flammable and combustble
materals.
• Ensure that the water heater s nstalled or servced only by a lcensed
contractor.
• Use only materals wth sucent temperature resstance for hot
components (ppes, valves, flters, etc.).
• Do not nstall ths devce n rooms wth hgh mosture content (e.g.
bathrooms, saunas)!

• Explan to the customer how the devce works and how to use t.
• Inform the customer not to make any changes or repars.
• Durng the ntal start-up of the water heater; f addtonal flue
accessores (elbow, extenson flue, etc.) other than the standard flue
set are used when mountng the flue, the parameter settngs should be
performed by the Authorzed Servce.

1.3.3. Waste Gas (Flue) Leakages
If you smell flue gas!
• Turn o the devce.
• Open the wndows and doors.
• Notfy a traned and certfed nstaller. Insucent ventlaton can cause
toxc flue gas to escape. There s a rsk of posonng.
• Never close or reduce the ar nlet and outlet (vent) openngs.
• The devce should not be operated untl the reasons preventng the
dscharge of waste gas are elmnated.
• Ensure that the ventlaton ppes and flues are not damaged or clogged
due to the danger caused by waste gases comng out.
• Connect only one devce to each ventlaton system or flue outlet.
• The ventlaton system ppes must not be connected to another ar
dscharge duct.
• Do not pass the flue system ppes through another ar dscharge duct.
• Works on gas (gas lne) components can only be carred out by a traned
and certfed nstaller due to the danger of exploson of flammable gases.
1.3.4. Combuston Ar;
• Keep combuston ar away from corrosve substances (halogenated
hydrocarbons contanng chlorne or fluorne compounds).
• Never close the ventlaton vents!
1.3.5. Inspecton and Mantenance;
• Mantenance and repars may be carred out only by a traned and certfed
Warmhaus servce.
• Correct any nstallaton errors mmedately to avod damage to the system.
1.3.6. Electrcal Shock Hazard
Make sure that only an authorzed electrcan performs the
electrcal works.
Before performng an electrcal work, turn o the power and
secure the unt aganst unntentonal reconnecton. Make sure that
the system s dsconnected from the electrcal supply.
1.3.7. Rsk of Gettng Scalded by Hot Water Faucet
When the water heater s runnng, the
temperature may exceed 50 °C. To prevent
such stuatons, the temperature n the tap
should be lmted by nstallng a thermostatc
mxng valve.
Heated water for washng laundry, dshes and other cleanng
purposes can cause scaldng and permanent njures.
Chldren, the elderly and the dsabled are more lkely to be
permanently njured by hot water. Never leave such persons
unattended n the bathtub or shower under any crcumstances.
Chldren should not be allowed to use the hot water taps themselves
or fll a bathtub!
1.3.8. Rsk of Gettng Injured by Flue Ppes
Avod contact wth the flue ppes. The temperature of the flue ppes can
be up to 60 °C dependng on the settngs of the water heater and the hot
season condtons.

2. USER SECTION
2.1. GENERAL WARNINGS FOR USER
If there s a gas smell n the envronment, frstly close the gas valves n your
house's nlet lne and your water heater, or f you use bulk gas, close the LPG
tank valves or your tube valve. Do not swtch on/o the electrcal swtches
and avod anythng that may produce spark. Call the gas company or the
Authorzed Servce. (See 1.1. General Warnngs and 1.3.2. Gas Leakages)
Intal start-up of your water heater should be performed by Warmhaus
Authorzed Servce for your safety and to mantan the warranty of your
water heater. Our Authorzed Servce wll nform you about how to use your
water heater after makng the frst checks and operatng t.
If you wll keep the water heater o for a long tme, then:
• Take necessary precautons aganst freezng (t should be n an nsulated
cabnet on open balcones, ts doors should not be left open, water
connecton ppes should be protected wth nsulaton covers),
• Close the electrc fuse, gas valve, domestc water valves of the water
heater!
• If you are unable to take the above-mentoned nsulaton precautons and
you thnk the water heater wll be exposed to freezng, take the short-term
shutdown precautons as follows.
If you wll keep the water heater for a short tme, then:
• Do not close the electrc fuse, gas valve, domestc water valves of the
water heater!
• To actvate the Ant-Freeze Protecton Functon, press the ON/OFF
button on the control panel of the water heater and leave t n the OFF
poston,
Turn o the water heater durng mantenance and repar works around the
waste gas dscharge flues.
After the completon of the works, have the water heater checked by
Warmhaus Authorzed Servce before operatng t.
Observe the followng basc rules:
• Do not clean the outer body of the water heater and do not use
easly flammable materals whle t s runnng.
• Do not hold the heater wth your hands or feet wet; do not hold
t wthout shoes and n bare feet.
• Do not pull the electrcal cables.
• In case of damage to the cables, turn o the water heater and fuse
swtches and never use the water heater.
• The electrc wrng of the water heater must only be replaced by the
Authorzed Servce.
2.2. USE OF WATER HEATER
Before usng the water heater, please check the followng ponts:
• The Domestc water and gas valves under the water heater are open,
• There s gas n the gas lne (you can check t by turnng on one of the gas
stoves n your ktchen),
• The electrc fuse of the water heater s on,
• There are no easly flammable materals and products near the water
heater,
• The waste gas flue outlet s not blocked,

2.2.2. Turnng On/O of Water Heater and Temperature Settng
In lne wth nformaton here, make sure that the cold water and hot water
valves, gas valve, and electrc fuse are open. If symbol s dsplayed on the
left bottom corner of the screen, press the on/o button for more
than 1 second. The current water temperature value appears on the dsplay.

Use the and buttons to set the desred water temperature
between 35 – 60 °C. The set value flashes on the dsplay and s stored a few
seconds after releasng the button and the water heater wll now operate
accordng to ths temperature settng. The current water temperature
appears agan on the dsplay. The water heater s ready for use.

When you open the hot water tap, your devce s actvated. It meets
your water requrement up to 12 lters per mnute at the temperature
that you set and s dsplayed on the screen. When the water
temperature rses above 70 °C, combuston wll stop and wll start
agan as soon as t falls below 65 °C.

To turn the water heater o, smply press the button for more
than 1 second, so the symbol appears n the left bottom corner of the
screen. When the water heater s n o poston, even f hot water comes
from the tap, t wll no longer heat up. In o poston, only the Ant-Freeze
Protecton functon remans actve, the water temperature cannot be set,
and the water heater does not operate on hot water demand. The water
heater contnues to reman n o poston n the event that the water heater
power s cut o n o poston and then the power comes on.
2.2.3. Water Heater Standby Poston
The water heater s n standby poston when t s n on poston, when there
s no hot water demand and when there s no malfuncton. The current water
temperature s shown on the screen and the Ant-Freeze Protecton functon
s actve. Temperature settng can be made n standby poston.
2.3. SAFETY FUNCTIONS
There are many safety functons for safe use of your water heater, and due to
these functons, some error/malfuncton codes are dsplayed on the screen,
durng whch the water heater stops workng. Some of the malfuncton/
error codes on the screen are functons that can be corrected by the user by
pressng the RESET button and restartng the devce.

2.3.2. Ant-Inertal Functon
In case of a falure and/or no hot water demand n the water heater, f the
water temperature s above 70 °C, the Ant-Inertal functon s actvated,
allowng the fan to operate for a short tme and decreasng the water
temperature.
2.3.3. Ant-Freeze Protecton Functon
In case of a falure and/or no hot water demand n the water heater, n O
or standby mode, the Ant-Freeze Protecton functon s actvated under the
followng condtons;
• 5 mnutes after the last hot water demand,
• 30 mnutes after the actvaton of the last Ant-Freeze Protecton functon,
• If the detected water temperature s lower than +5 °C.
2.3.4. Functon of Operaton wth Solar Energy Systems wth Storage
If the Aquwa 12 water heater s used wth a solar energy system wth storage,
ths functon s actvated by the authorzed servce and the necessary functon
settngs are made. Thus, the water heater wll not work for the specfed
functon duraton on hot water demands. When the tmer expres, f the set
water temperature s below the temperature as set by the functon (0-20
°C), the water heater wll start to operate accordng to the set temperature
and be turned o when t reaches the [set temperature + temperature set
by the functon].
The dsplay shows the domestc hot water temperature, the flame symbol
ndcates that the burner s on and ts load.
To use ths functon safely and to lmt the temperature n the
tap, a thermostatc hot water mxng valve must be nstalled
n the hot water dstrbuton nstallaton and used together.
