Preset height Instructions
To program up to three presets:
•Use the up/down buttons to find a desired height
•Press “M” button. The LED display shows “5-“ then press “1” to save the first preset position. The LED display will show “ 5-1”
•Repeat the above steps to save second and third presets. The LED screen will show “5-2” and “5-3”
•Press “1”, “2” or “3” to automatically reach the height saved before
A few notes to consider prior to use:
•Ensure area around and below desk is free from items that may collide with the desk ie overhead units, units below desk.
•Do not store items on top of a mobile pedestal that may be sitting below your desk top. This will cause the Anti-Collision function to be activated, requiring
you to engage the reset procedure (see ‘Reset Instructions’below).
•Be mindful of the weight limit. The desk is rated to hold 100kg, but loading of heavy items and uneven distribution of weight on the desk may affect the
operation of the desk.
Reset Instructions
a) When the LED shows “A5r” press the down arrow button until the desk reaches its lowest height and rebounds to stop. This indicates the reset has
completed.
b) If this doesn’t work and the LED shows “E01” or “E02” (or “E03” on return desks), please check that all wired connections to the legs, legs to control box
are correct. If so, please try the reset instructions 20 minutes later. If not, cut the power, adjust the cables.
c) If when trying step a) the Down arrow doesn’t work, check the cable connection and then cut off the power for at least 10 seconds. Reconnect the power
and press the down button to start the reset process when it shows the “A5r”

Troubleshooting
No signal on LED screen
Check power connection
LED shows “A5r”
Refer To reset, step a) above
Error E01 (left leg)
Error E02 (right leg)
Error E03 (centre leg of return desk)
Related to one of the desk legs. Check all cables are connected to power, control box and to the
relevant leg. If still not working, follow reset instructions in step a) above.
Alternatively, check that the desk has not entered “anti-collision’ mode after coming into contact with
another object i.e. wall unit, mobile pedestal / filing cabinet below desk. Clear object away and follow
reset instructions above.
Desktop on angle
Check the desk has not collided with nearby objects. Remove object, follow reset instructions.
No response from “UP” or “Down” arrow
after pressing for a long time
Check if all cables are connected
Slow, sluggish movement of desk
Check weight of load on desk
