6. PlaceMotorandCovertogetherontopofCanistersothatallthelockingtabsarealigned
andtheextenderfitsintothepaddle.Onceyouhavemadecertain.
Everythingisproperlytogether,Inserttheplugintooutlet,andthenturntheuniton
immediately.Thiswillpreventthepaddlefromfreezingontothecanister.
7. PourthepreparedicecreammixturethroughtheMixingFeederinthecanister.
Note:itisextremelyimportantthatthecanisterbeusedimmediatelyafteritisremoved
fromthefreezer,asitbeginstothawonceremoved.Firstmakesurethattheicecream
mixtureisready,andthenremovethecanisterfromfreezer.
8. Leavethemachineonforapproximately20‐40minutes,oruntilthemixturereachesthe
desiredconsistency.Donotturntheapplianceoffduringuse,asthemixturemayfreeze
andpreventthemovementofthepaddle.After40minutesturnunitoff.
9. Toaddingredientsafterthefreezingprocesshasbegun,gentlyaddthemthroughthe
Mixingfeeder.
10. Toavoidoverheatingthemotor,thedirectionoftherotationwillchangeifthemixture
becomestoothick.Ifthedirectionofrotationcontinuestochange,themixtureis
completelyprepared,turnoffunitimmediately.
11. Removepaddlefromicecream.Onlyuserubber,plastic,orwoodenutensilstoserve
fromthecanisterbowl.Metalspoonsmaydamagethebowl.
12. Tofurtherhardentheicecream,youmayputthecanisterwiththeicecreamcontents
intothefreezerforashortperiodoftime(nomorethan30minutes).longtermfreezing,
however,shouldbedoneinanairtightcontainer.
HOWTOCLEANYOURICECREAMMAKER
Thefreezercanistershouldbecleanedinwarmwaterandmilddetergent,andthendried
thoroughly.
Neverreplacecanisterinfreezerifitisstillwet.Donotusesharputensils,scouringpadsor
abrasivedetergentswhencleaningfreezercanister.
Themotorunitcanbecleanedbyusingadampcloth.Neverimmersemotorunitinwater.

Uncookedrecipeswillyieldbestresultswhenanelectricmixerisusedtocreamthe
scookedproperly,seeouregg‐basedrecipesforinstructions.
Mosticecreamrecipesareacombinationofcream,milleggsandsugar.youcanuseany
typeofcreamyoulike,butthetypeofcreamyouusewillaffecttheflavorandtexture.the
higherpercentageoffat,therichertheicecreamandthesofterthetexture.forexample,
heavycreamhasatleast36%fat,followedby:whippingcream(30%)coffeeorlight
cream(18%)andhalf&half(10%).anycombinationcanbeused,butmakesuretheliquid
measurementremainsthesame.forexample,lightericecreamscanbemadebyusing
moremilkthancream,orbytherewillbeanoticeabledifferenceintextureandtaste.
