Before first use

Before first use
1. Unpack the Ultrasonic Diffuser from the box.
2. Remove any unwanted packaging materials such as cardboard, plastics or
styrofoam.
3. Wipe clean all the parts with a soft damp cloth or sponge and warm water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly. DO NOT IMMERSE THE ULTRASONIC DIFFUSER
BASE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
4. Using a damp cloth or sponge, wipe the diffuser base.
DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE MATERIAL TO CLEAN THE SURFACE
DO NOT IMMERSE THE DIFFUSER BASE INTO WATER AT ANY TIME

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE USING THE ULTRASONIC DIFFUSER.
KEEP AWAY FROM WATER!
DO NOT operate outdoors. This diffuser is intended for indoor use only. Always
have water in the tank when operating the unit.
Use only clean, cool tap water to fill the tank. Filtered or distilled water is
recommended to avoid white dust if tap water is too hard. DO NOT use hot water.
ALWAYS check the water level before operating. DO NOT operate if the water
tank is empty.
ALWAYS fill the tank with water before adding essential oil.
DO NOT pour water in any openings other than the water tank.
ALWAYS have the tank cover and the mist cover in place while the unit is
operating. Aim the mist direction nozzle so it aims away from children, walls,
furniture, and electrical appliances.
ALWAYS plug and unplug diffuser with dry hands.
NEVER operate the diffuser with a damaged power supply cord or plug.
ALWAYS place the diffuser on a smooth, flat, lint free, non-metallic, waterproof,
level surface, and away from direct sunlight.
Keep the power supply cord away from heated surfaces and areas where it could
be walked on or tripped over. DO NOT let the cord hang over the edge of a table
or counter or touch hot surfaces. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric
burner or in a heated oven.
If the diffuser is not in use, unplug the diffuser and empty the water tank.
DO NOT add medication of any type into water tank.
DO NOT cover any openings on the diffuser or insert objects into any openings.
The diffuser should not be left unattended in a closed room as the air could
become saturated and leave condensation on walls or furniture. Leave room
door partly open.
Renew water in the tank frequently to keep it clean.
DO NOT tilt or tip the unit or attempt to empty or fill it while it is in operation.
The diffuser requires daily and weekly cleaning to operate appropriately. Clean
the water tank every week using natural descaler (eg: white vinegar). Refer to
cleaning instructions.

When cleaning the unit, keep water away from the air outlet / fan vent. The
exterior may be wiped with a damp cloth, except the electrical controls, only
when the unit is off and unplugged.
NEVER use detergents, gasoline, glass cleaner, furniture polish, paint thinner or
other household solvents to clean any part of the diffuser. Always use a few drops
of vinegar with water to clean diffuser. Detergent film dissolved in the water
supply can interfere with the output of the unit.
Use in an environment ranging between 50°F and 85°F.
Use only the supplied adapter with this diffuser.
Only for external use, DO NOT place face near mist opening. This is not an inhaler.
Select a location for your diffuser on a flat surface approximately 4 inches away
from a wall.
DO NOT place the diffuser on a finished floor or near furniture which can be
damaged by moisture or water. Place on a water-resistant surface.
DO NOT place diffuser on top of a towel, or a carpeted surface. This may cause
the diffuser to overheat.
DO NOT place diffuser on a wood surface.
THIS DIFFUSER NOT A TOY! Keep out of reach of children! Do not let your child play
with this appliance. Serious injury and electrocution might be possible. This appliance
must be operated by an adult only. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the diffuser.

WARNING: Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions
listed below may result in electric shock, fire or serious personal injury. The
warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot
cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood
by the operator that common sense and caution are a factor which cannot be built
into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
CAUTION: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal
injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Extension cords are available from local hardware stores and may be used if care is
exercised in their use. If an extension cord is required, special care and caution is
necessary. Also the cord must be: (1) marked with an electrical rating of 125V, and
at least 13 A., 1625 W., and (2) the cord must be arranged so that it will not drape
over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped
over accidentally.
Polarized plug
This diffuser has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety
feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse
the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to
defeat this safety feature.
Electric power
If the electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your diffuser may not
operate properly. The diffuser should be operated on a separate electrical circuit
from other operating appliances.

below must be followed:
1. Do not place the diffuser near a heat source.
2. Never leave the diffuser unattended while connected to the electrical outlet.
3. Use the diffuser on a stable surface away from water.
4. Do not unplug the diffuser by pulling on the power supply cord.
5. The diffuser must be unplugged:
A. Before any cleaning or maintenance.
B. Before either filling or emptying.
C. After use.
D. If it appears to be faulty.

1. Maximum ambient temperature around the Class 2 Power Supply must not

2. The switching mode power supply is certified according the relevant safety

How to operate
CHECK DIFFUSER PLACEMENT –Place the diffuser on a non-metallic, lint free,
waterproof, level surface for best performance. This is to help disperse the mist in the
air and prevent it from being knocked or tipped over. Select a location for your
diffuser approximately 4 inches away from a wall. DO NOT place diffuser on a wood
finished floor or surface or near furniture which can be damaged by moisture or
water. Place on a water-resistant surface. Do not place diffuser on top of a towel, or a
carpeted surface. This may cause the diffuser to overheat.
1. Be sure the diffuser is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
2. Turn the mist cover of the diffuser slightly counter clockwise to remove it.
3. Remove the tank cover and fill with water without exceeding the maximum fill
line indicated. Measuring cup included.
4. Add 2-3 drops of essential oils (not included).
5. Replace the tank cover and then the mist cover. Diffuser will not put out any mist
unless both the tank and mist covers are in place.
6. Plug the diffuser in and choose from below options.
7. Maximum run-time on high is 5 hours.
Mist Button –This button controls the mist level.
Press one time for HIGH
Press two times for MEDIUM
Press three times for LOW
Press four times to turn to OFF
Light Button –This button controls the light
Press one time and the light will rotate in the following order:
Light blue –green –light blue –purple –red –light blue –blue
To choose one color only, press the light button a second time when it is on
the color of choice
Press a third time to turn the light OFF
PLEASE NOTE: When there is not enough water in the diffuser, the motor will stop
This indicates that the water level is insufficient or at zero. In this instance, unplug
the diffuser and refill the water tank.

Cleaning and maintenance
Portable diffusers require regular cleaning to reduce the risk of bacterial growth and
to remove any scale residue to maintain good operational performance. Follow the
procedures below for healthy maintenance of your Ultrasonic Diffuser.
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the diffuser is unplugged and switched OFF before cleaning or
attempting to clean or store the item. NEVER PLUG OR UNPLUG DIFFUSER WITH WET
HANDS.
DO NOT leave water in water tank when not in use as it may result in the buildup of
mineral deposits and bacteria that can inhibit the output efficiency of the diffuser.
PLEASE NOTE that if water remains in the water tank for more than a day or two of
not using the diffuser, bacterial growth is possible.
NOTE: When removing water tank and mist covers, water may accumulate under
both covers and on the bottom of the water tank. It is recommended to have a dry
cloth ready to dry wet surfaces.
Disinfecting the water tank and tank cover
1. Fill water tank to half of the maximum fill line (50ml) and put about 2-4 drops of
white vinegar into the water. Let stand 20 minutes.
2. Empty the base and rinse with cool water until the vinegar smell disappears. Dry
with a soft cloth. DO NOT IMMERSE TANK OR ITS BASE IN WATER. An electric
shock may result or the diffuser may be damaged.
3. Wipe all exterior surfaces of the base and the tank cover with a damp soft cloth.
4. Dry all parts thoroughly before using or storing the diffuser.
NOTE: It is recommended to clean the diffuser about once a week, or if cleaning
seems necessary, with the water and white vinegar solution as stated above.
IMPORTANT: Failure to keep this diffuser clean from mineral deposits normally
contained in any water supply will affect the efficiency of the operation. Customer
failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

Storing
Allow the diffuser to dry completely before storing. Store the diffuser in a dry
location. Do not place any heavy items on top of diffuser during storage as this
may result in possible damage of the appliance. Always check the plug before use
to assure metal items have not become detached.
Make sure all parts are dried thoroughly before storing.
If water is left in the unit during storage, it may evaporate completely and
leave deposits that can prevent the unit from operating properly.

Al usar aparatos electrodomésticos, se deben tener en cuenta precauciones de seguridad

EL DIFUSOR ULTRASÓNICO. ¡MANTENGA LA
UNIDAD ALEJADA DEL AGUA!
NO utilice este aparato al aire libre. El difusor está diseñado para uso en interiores,
únicamente. Asegúrese de que siempre haya agua en el depósito al utilizar el aparato.
Use solo agua limpia y fría para llenar el depósito. Se recomienda usar agua filtrada o
destilada para evitar la aparición de polvo blanco si el agua tiene un alto contenido de
cal. NO use agua caliente.
Compruebe SIEMPRE el nivel de agua antes de utilizar el aparato. NO utilice el aparato
si el depósito de agua está vacío.
Llene SIEMPRE el depósito de agua antes de añadir aceites esenciales.
No vierta agua por ninguna abertura excepto la del depósito de agua.

Modo de empleo
COMPRUEBE LA UBICACIÓN DEL DIFUSOR: Coloque el difusor en una superficie no
metálica, sin pelusa, resistente al agua y nivelada para obtener los mejores resultados.
Esto ayuda a dispersar el vapor en el aire y previene que se caiga o se incline. Coloque
el difusor a unos 10 cm (4 pulgadas) de la pared. NO coloque el difusor sobre un piso o
superficie con acabado de madera o cerca de muebles que puedan dañarse por el
efecto de la humedad o el agua. Colóquelo sobre una superficie resistente al agua. No
coloque el difusor en una toalla o sobre una superficie alfombrada. Esto podría hacer
que se sobrecaliente.
1. Asegúrese de que el difusor está desenchufado del tomacorriente.
2. Gire ligeramente la cubierta de vapor del difusor en sentido antihorario para
quitarla.
3. Quite la tapa del depósito y llénelo con agua sin superar la línea de llenado
máximo. Se incluye una taza de medir.
4. Añada 2 o 3 gotas de aceites esenciales (no incluidos).

NOTA: Cuando no hay agua suficiente en el depósito, el motor se detendrá. Esto
indica que el nivel de agua es insuficiente o inexistente. Si esto sucede,
desenchufe el difusor y rellene el depósito de agua.

desarrollo bacteriano y para eliminar los restos de cal a fin de mantener un buen
rendimiento. Siga los procedimientos siguientes para mantener correctamente el
difusor electrónico.
PRECAUCIÓN:
PRECAUCIÓN: Asegúrese siempre de que el difusor esté apagado y desenchufado
antes de limpiarlo o guardarlo. NO ENCHUFE O DESENCHUFE NUNCA EL DIFUSOR
CON LAS MANOS MOJADAS.
NO deje agua en el depósito cuando no lo use, ya que puede dar lugar a la
acumulación de depósitos minerales y bacterias que pueden afectar el rendimiento
del difusor. POR FAVOR, RECUERDE que puede producirse desarrollo bacteriano si el
agua permanece en el depósito durante más de uno o dos días y el difusor no se usa.
NOTA: Tenga cuidado al quitar la cubierta del depósito de agua y la cubierta de vapor,
ya que puede acumularse agua debajo de ambas cubiertas y en el fondo del depósito
de agua. Se recomienda tener un paño seco a mano para secar las superficies
mojadas.
Desinfección del depósito de agua y de la cubierta del depósito
1. Llene el depósito de agua hasta la mitad de la línea de llenado máximo (50 ml) y
ponga 2-4 gotas de vinagre blanco en el agua. Espere 20 minutos.
2. Vacíe la base y enjuáguela con agua fría hasta que el olor de vinagre desaparezca.
Séquela con un paño suave. NO SUMERJA EL DEPÓSITO NI LA BASE EN AGUA. El
difusor podría dañarse o producirse una descarga eléctrica.
3. Limpie todas las superficies exteriores de la base y la cubierta del depósito con un
paño suave humedecido.
4. Seque todas las piezas completamente antes de usar o guardar el difusor.
NOTA: Se recomienda limpiar el difusor una vez a la semana, o cuando parezca
necesario, con la solución de agua y vinagre blanco como se ha indicado previamente.
IMPORTANTE: No mantener el difusor libre de depósitos de los minerales
normalmente presentes en el agua afectará el rendimiento. El incumplimiento de
estas instrucciones por parte del cliente anulará la garantía.
