INSTANT HEATING ELECTRIC FAUCET

WARNING
Do Not switch on if there is a possibility that the water in the heater is frozen!!
Do Not install in an environment where freezing may occur!!
Do Not install any device at the outlet which may block water flow by any level!!
Strictly follow the installation way in this manual!!
1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 3 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
2. Children shall not play with the appliance.
3. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
4. Take precautions during installation, please see below for how the appliance is to be safe fixed.
5. The outlet must not be connected to any tap or fitting other than those specified.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Working water pressure: 0.04-0.6 MPa.
8. The appliance is not to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction.
9. Children being supervised not to play with the appliance.
10.The water inlet of this appliance shall not be connected to inlet water obtained from any other
water heating system.
11.This appliance is not to be used for a potable water supply.

1. Product Overview

Notes:
1. Highest using temperature should better be under 50 degree.
2. The first time using, connect the water first, then the electricity second.
3. The water scale must be cleaned regularly, ensure it won’t be blocked directly to proper
water pipes, not to non-standard faucet or pipes.
4. Descaling and cleaning nozzle are recommended regularly, ensure nozzle not blocked.
5. Warning: Don’t use the water heater if the water inside it was frozen and turn off the power.
Don’t install the water heater in places of frozen temperature exist.
6. The water heater must be earthed and grounding properly, don’t exceed the prescribed
pressure.
7. If the power supply cord is damaged, to avoid accidents, it must be replaced by qualified
electrician or service center.
8. Please read installation instruction to avoid permanent damage to your water heater faucet.
Do not switch on until faucet has been flushed and connected correctly.
9. Must be connected to main water or pressure hose to avoid damage to heating coil.
10. Before installation, please confirm that the power supply is switch off, heat master is in off
position, correct leakage protector is being used.
11. Heat Master must be connected according to the wiring diagram instructions, wiring must
be at a distance is greater than 3 mm and connected to a fused power supply system.
12. In order to avoid damage or electrocution heat master must not be connected to any external
appliance with switch gear such as timer to avoid direct connection to circuit breaker. The
arrows on the machine represent the direction of the water flow.

Circuit Diagram

1. According to installation plan, (Diagram 1) Vertical water inflow see installation method;
Power cord & socket on tank method of installation refer, (Diagram 2) Water under inflow,
but power socket under the tank method of installation see (Diagram 3)
2. First run water before power on, after power on, first use rotate handle right, make water
flow increase gradually, Check the link ring that there is no leaking. If in doubt ask a
qualified technician to install.
3. Circuit installation: the installation of power supply should be designated by the technician
or qualified professional person, selecting a suitable tool. Water heater need appropriative
power wire. It is forbidden to share with another power wire. Please attention to cable
coloring live (L.) brown, neutral (N.) blue, connection wiring (E.) yellow / blue.
4. Pull handle left rotation to hot water position, heating lamp indicator lights and heating
starts, rotate handle right for cold water position, heating lamp will switch off, heat master
will stop heating.
Method of Use
1. Handle switch method of use as shown in diagram 1, handle rotation range is 150 degrees,
60 degrees for hot water area and another 60 for cold water area ,30 degrees for close area.
2. Indicator light: Indicator light for power supply heating lamp, color is Blue (or red), blue
(or red) light show that water heater in heating.

3. Periodic cleaning method
Unscrew the nozzle, the nozzle should be washed with clean water, clean nozzle holes to
remove all collected dirt, use fine wire to remove stubborn residue, as shown in diagram.
With strainer tap (under inflow model) according to the diagram 3 shows, remove the inlet
strainer on the basis and clean as in section 2 to keep performance.
Then install it as before. Strainer according to the chart 4 shows, remove the inlet strainer
for cleaning, then according to the diagram 4 Reinstall.

Hydraulic pressure is too low, can’t open
power supply or circuit fault
Use the water heater when the hydraulic pressure
is normal level.
